Just had to say Sam’s program and sense of intensity has slammed my squat from 405x2 to 405x9 in literally a month. Yes I am bulking after a month of a cut and my strength is finally improving at a substantial speed again. Preciate the vids Sam. Shits push me hard.

Finally bought a pair of unused sleeves and an actual belt other than my high school harbringer. I do give a decent amount of credit to that but Sam’s videos have genuinely shown me I wasn’t working nearly hard enough. That and having a coach with a proper caloric/macro intake has made a hell of a difference as a natty who barley took care of shit.

I’m in the same boat, was 188 bulked but wanted to cut down to a pretty lean weight, to start the bulk the “right” way. 2.5 weeks into the cut I’m 181 and seeing a lot of progress my body fat hid

It was a wild ride. ~33 lbs down over the last 27 weeks. I know same is against the cut-to-bulk mentality, but the research is pretty compelling and I wanted to see my own personal results.

Sam is 100% right about using your own brain when it comes to what works for you individually. We all have different leaver length and muscle insertions. Take "proper form" as a starting point then focus on mind muscle connection while adjusting angles slightly till you feel you're engaging a given muscle group maximally.
Sam great video myself I was fat and can vouch it is it’s own journey being a bigger guy, I started at 15 being 280 pounds after seen a picture of myself at Carowinds on my birthday and unhappy turned it around by 17 looked like a Greek god for a little while should’ve started RUclips right then in there months later broke up with my first love smoke pot for two years in sadness while just maintaining my weight loss and not keeping up with the muscle maintaining 220 age 20 back in at day 2 feels like weight loss at 15 all over again and I fuckin love it thanks for reading of you did that’s me story
After you do leg extension set. Get out of machine. Stand but sit down so knees are bent, like you are in the bottom of a squat. Keep feet close together, and hold onto something. Lean your legs and knees forward. You'll get a crazy bad pump and feel it stretch your quads. Hope that makes sense. PS it's painful but everything that is helps muscles grow, we know this.
