fouad is definitely right. he’s not trying to change sam whatsoever. he is trying to expose him to multiple different styles and approaches to broaden his workouts
Definitely not tryna change Sam. His workouts are already very intense. However i am noticing he is pushing Sam closer to his limits and beyond with the amount of volume. And that’s a good thing. Sam is getting up there with the pro’s soon.
"What happened to control the negative?" "FUCK YOU" 😂😂😂. I love these videos. Get to see sam follow a different approach, he still goes balls to the wall. I like this hostility move. Big things ahead!
Wow, Sam is so blessed to have uncle fouad and bro Ian there to give him some tips and tricks and never change him as he is... I'm hype for this kid, he's gonna go somewhere for sure 🙏🇵🇭❤️
Ian is such a UNIT, Made Sam look like a classic competitor lol, but Sam got them genetics we’re finally seeing, I don’t think we’ve truly seen some post his physique this much being that conditioned, we’re finally seeing his potential on stage and he can Win
@@firelordplayz Sam would definitely look a lot better in Classic since he has the perfect mass for it, Open is just a diff beast you can clearly see by how big Ian quads is, literally slabs of muscle on the frame, Sam can always move up to Open when he’s older and developed much more muscle mass if he wants to go down that road
the editing in this video is honestly a step up when you have them talking and the workout in the background instead of just music blasting that no one wants to listen too. This video is easy 10/10 would love to see more in this style
I love seeing Foaud and Sam working together. They make a great duo. Add Paul to it too and you got a proper team with some serious dad vibes 😂. The whole Hosstile team seems to love the guy, and I'm all here for it. Including Iain the honorary Hosstile member too
FOUAD!! GIVE US MORE MORE MORE!! 29 minutes just wasn't enough. I want to see more of the talks and just hanging out. The last part with you and Sam and Iain was awesome! So legendary.
Fouad and Sam is the best duo by far . They are both super smart on what they do and know how to get shit done and quick . Love you both very much I watch every vid of hosstile and Sam as well. Keep up the work champs .
Sam is a legend. He's been inspiring me to lift harder and stop slacking on my diet. I turn 27 in 19 days and I'm gonna get this excess fat off and be in my prime health during my 27th year. Thanks for sponsoring Sam! He's a legend for those like myself a little older than him and I also hear the younger kids are inspired by him too. 💪💪
I like how Fouad explains what they're doing and that Sam doesn't typically train that way. This is interesting and nice to see. It's also interesting to see a vetran showing a younger bodybuilder ways to puch it and grow.
This is awesome! Love listening to Fouad & Iain coach Sam. Crazy seeing an elite bb like Iain pose next to Sam. Such an incredible opportunity for Sam.
I'm so happy for Sam, it must be awesome to have someone like Fouad, and his friends to bounce ideas off of, also the wealth of knowledge. I'm envious in some ways! Keep up the good work guys!
This was really cool, especially the posing tips. It made so much sense when they were explaining. I have close to no idea about posing, but them telling sam these tips made him look so much better in such a short time.
Nice! Fouad & Sam definitely have good chemistry together. I feel like these two could develop a whole host of content in the gym, educational stuff all while being entertaining. Braun meets Braun with a touch of pragamatisism.
Great seeing these two guys working together. Love how Fouad is guiding Sam but not pushing him to change his regimen. This is what training is all about. Keep it up with this style of videos its what we love to see.
Great to the chemistry you guys have. I recently decided to get more in shape and take a run at putting on some muscle instead of dropping weight. You guys are so motivating. I work out early but when I treat myself to one of your vids in the evening I have to restrain myself from jumping on the next days workout. Thanks for what you guys do. Amazing 💪😎👍
I actually really enjoyed this training session. Helping out Sam with getting more reps and telling him to control the negative on the last few reps seems like its fucking hell, but insane on the pump. Also, i like how you clarify that you're not trying to change Sam's training routine, simply just showing him an alternative, and if he likes it, he can implement it into his training. Great wisdom Fouad
Gotta give it to Fouad for seeing Sam’s potential and picking him up early in his career. This was an extremely savvy business move for all parties involved
we should all be inspired by the work ethic of this kid. only 21, pushing like its his last day on earth. he shows us how he truly wants this shit and we should all learn.
Its so good to watch Sam training with a pro and taking in advice from pros. It will definitely take Sam to the next level, and if he wants it, a future pro card would be easily done. I'd love to see him do a local comp just to see him get a taste of competition bodybuilding
4:53 The smirk on Sams face after pushing past failure with those negative reps shows how much the man loves the grind. Bodybuilding has a bright future with this guy
Fouad absolutely correct. Milk those negatives. You fight those slowly when you're already burning and you will Grow. Backed by science. I started really slowing my descent during squats and man its a new level of sore
Just to add to the pointing toes on the hamstring curl question. The M.gastrocnemius (one of the big calf muscles) start above the knee joint making it a knee flexor, so by pointing your feet you lessen its effectiveness in flexing over the knee joint making the hamstrings do more of the work. Pointing your toes in an extension should not biomechanically make much of a difference other than maybe antagonist/agonist relations. Regardless, neuromuscular control is rather complex, so if it feels good/right it's probably good stuff. Great video!! Keep em coming!
The half way to the top and full om the negative is actually amazing advice and really practical exercises like that you get the most from goung down rather than up if your slowing you release down properly
Yo this gym is sick! As a fan of architecture I can really appreciate those massive coffered ceilings with amazing detail. Not to mention all the badass OG equipment they have!
i just wanna say when I thought Sam couldnt get anymore lit he pulls up an anime PHNOK track off of Soundcloud...... IYKYK shout out Sam and Fouad big inspiration love the content!
I’m a simple man. I see Sam, i click.

He sounds like me when I workout w my little brother and I’m trying to not be a dickhead or discouraging but tell him he’s fucking up at the same time

Fouad and Sam are a great combo to watch - both down to earth guys with no BS.
Yeah man sam at hosstile is good shit
Hosstile was one of the best companies to sponsor Sam because their chemistry and personalities match better than most tinder matches
i miss paul on this one
he wouldve been so awesome at the end Paul roots for Sam so much and thats why we root for Paul aswell@@burningchrome8622
Great vid, especially bringing Ian in! You guys are fantastic mentors and spilling great knowledge 🤘😎🤘

That line made me subscribe
😂😂
“what happen to the negative “ had me dead
Lmao same
Sam is living the dream man, just casually hanging out n working out with Fouad, Iain, Mike.
Agreed. He definitely earned it tho 😂😂
@@Khalid-jm2zsHow about it’s a mutually beneficial relationship which is why it happened in the first place
@@stj8614Yea... it's the mutual part that makes this brilliant...
They are as well being able to hang out with Sam look at all the videos they have with Sam they’re bringing in the most views
Fouad seems like a great dude. I’m glad Sam linked up with someone who’s got his best interest in mind.
yesss
Yeah Fouad wants to make as money off of Sam as possible.

These guys are definitely levelling up Sam's intensity, you can see it in that strip set

“What happened to controlling the negative 🤨 “
Sams the best 😂😂😂
Sidenote: Iain Is HUGE
DUDE how cool is it to have Iain and Fouad to train with. Sam is the best. Thanks to the Hosstile team for reaching out to Sam and befriending him.

This guy gets so much love… it’s actually refreshing.

Sam explaining phonk edit music to Fouad sounds like me describing dubstep to my dad back in 2012
Watching this while doing my ACL rehab just fires me up even more to get better again.
Fuck yeah bro! Wish you a speedy recovery
Hell yeah you got this 💪🏻
The fact the Sam has Fouad AND Ian who is a top 10 Olympian is fucking crazy!
He’s in really good company!
24:09 - Squishing the Ham into the other one... TOTAL game changer... GREAT advice Iain...
I thought Sam’s legs were huge, they are massive no doubt, but once lain showed his legs I was just appalled by this dudes mass
Sam dropsetting till failure on smith squats while "put on" is playing in the background is by far the most badass clip of Sam.
great work Sam! showing how coachable & humble you are. Going places.
Was waiting yesterday to watch this XD Man Sam is so damn humble. You’re going far bro! Especially with Hosstile by your side!
Daddy Fouad sharing them decades of knowledge. Brah, that strip squat set was nuts. Absolutely no BS.
Man this duo is refreshing. Foaud is a great mentor, now you throw in Iain into the mix, Sam is blessed!
So glad Fouad mentioned/ recommended walking lunges. Absolutely couldn't agree more. So underrated. Look forward to seeing Sam implement these.
