Sam is such a cool down to earth dude. No plans in competing but still looks like he could step on stage at any time. Kids a monster. I think with proper training a solid coach he could be something huge man. Bringing us along for this moment in this kids life is just incredible. Gave me chills bro. Reaching out to customers. I’m so happy Sam gets his spot light, very few ppl actually get known for actual talent these days. Sam is himself and just does his own thing, he doesn’t need camera men or high quality video edits or amazing lighting. He’s great by himself, very proud of him. We def need more ppl like him

Honestly really happy and excited for Sam. I literally started following him when he only had around 1,000 subscribers and his channel has blown up in a matter of just a few months. I love his videos, and I’m guessing his followers do as well, just because of how raw they are. No music, no crazy editing, just Sam talking and working out. Watching his videos give me the motivation to go harder than last time in the gym, and to do my daily cardio!
My friend showed me to Sam a few weeks back, we both said he seems like a Hosstile guy. Congrats to Sam & Hosstile!

Coming back and watching this now. Just started watching Sam recently, then got turned onto Hosstile, now watching your older videos. Love the Hosstile team and Fouad is an awesome leader. Great content and awesome bodybuilding info/tips/advice.
This is one of my favorite episodes. Fouad meeting with fans that appreciate what he is building and what he is doing for the community, along with the work he and Ben did with Sam is great. The posing routine and showing how to really showcase the muscle was great and really shows the amount of knowledge Fouad had. Please keep these coming.

Man Fouad with the posing knowledge! It's incredible how much goes into posing. I Remember when this girl who has been compeating for years and with very good placings saw me one day in the gym posing room, and offered to help with a few tips. Those pics are still the best i ever looked, and i'm just a natty 75-80kg guy with not so great genetics for bodybuilding, but that day, with just a few tips i looked like i was 10kg heavier😂💪🏼

I'm glad you commented on that short range of motion I've noticed that a lot in the last few years. How many people don't do even have a decent range of motion on back training? Why did many start doing limited range🤔🤔 and wonder why they have crappy narrow backs. Hes got good size but thats why he cant get that rear lat spread open. You should have had him do the crab most muscular. 💪🏽
