Idk, seems to me Ben is a little passive aggressive with some of his comments and Sam seems to pick it up too. Ben may be big brother but lio brother has taken the spotlight... and Ben knows it.

Ben is naturally like that like the other commenter said, I don’t believe he means harm by it. Some people are just more straight forward and less tactful, I can relate because I’m similar and I never mean harm to any of my friends. Don’t be quick to judge off one or two videos. Watch a bunch to get a feel for him. I’ve been following Ben for years now I think since 2018 and I’m a huge fan

Seems like Sam is becoming more comfortable with you guys and more comfortable with the fame. Thanks for looking out for him and remembering that he is still just a kid. I'm sure its a lot for him but I think him being with a great team like Hosstile is going to be great for his future.
Sam has a great head on his shoulders. We like to help wherever possible but he’s doing great on his own of course.
The team outings are important to me, I like creating a bond within the business when possible.

Yeah, actually bodybuilding rather than the brands that larp at it. Considering even just the guests seen on Fouad’s podcast, it’s easy to see why Hosstile is a good fit.
The passion of the channel is why I came, the absolutely wacky and fun personalities of all these dudes is why I've stayed for about 2 years or so now. That and Im also very much into bodybuilding, frankly its probably saved my life.
Unlike a lot of other influencers Sam is actually grateful for all the fame and success he has.
I’m sure all are thankful for their fame and success, but what changes the perspective is how it affects them thinking they’re more than their fans. Sam’s not like that.
I hope Same stays humble.

Bro Fouad is THE best spotter I have ever seen. On the machine presses for example, he assisted Sam for 4 reps till failure. So many spotters only help re rack versus getting more reps out. Legend.

Hey mate. just found your channel a few weeks ago. was watching you with Sam in the cereal eating episodes. The leg day tips you give about not squatting first was great. I tried warming up with leg machine first, did other lifts then squats last. Never had such a good leg workout. was able to walk the next day too. Also did my first 3 leg days in a week. Thanks!
