Mini Sam Suleks at my gym in Sweden now, can clearly see who those young guys are inspired of when it comes to outfit and the way they train. One thing incommon, they train hard, and that's nice to see 💪

Part of me says "I wish I would have had this much passion for the gym when I was in my 20s" The other part of me says "I am so happy to be 39 going to the gym changing my body". Sam and Fouad are passionate and that's genuine. In the words of Joe Dirt, "Keep on Keepin on!"

Just got done training shoulders and chest on some Bloodshot and man ..fellas if you haven’t tried Bloodshot you are missing out. My post lift pump check was unreal ..so full, and chest was round as fuckkkk 🔥🔥 felt so good.

It’s horrible and extremely dangerous, don’t do it.

If you're not a bad spotter and you help before the bar starts going down, the lifter and the spotter are both guiding the bar and not much effort is required from the spotter. I've one handed spotted a stalling bar that had more than 405 on it and it required almost no effort.
