I’ve taken sams approach to training the past couple weeks and I’m not kidding when I say I’m getting stronger very quickly , I’ve never put the intensity into training until watching Sam. My approach was very slow and methodical, Time under tension, and I’ve change to less sets, higher intensity and it’s insane the difference in just a couple weeks , Sam is the bro , for real
For all the homies who have trouble doing cardio, one Sam video is always right above 25 mins. So just watch Sam while you do your cardio and boom you watch Sam everyday and you get the cardio in.
@@Shiftttttdoing cardio isn’t necessary but it is important for your health. Depending on you fitness goals you should do cardio after you lift if you want to absolutely maximize muscle growth. That way you prioritize your energy for your lifts.
Just ended a fairly long relationship with a heavy breakup, and your videos have inspired me to get back to bulking. Grinding at it for the past 2 months and I'm up 10 pounds more, definitely going hard, but I could've gone harder on today's legs. Thanks for always making great content and advice for lifters of all ages and sizes! The 11 set mentality has been working great so far, and keeping my gym sessions short and diesel.
5:55 Laying Hamstring Curl 9:05 Cable RDLs 10:48 Barbell Squat 13:01 Leg Extension 16:40 Pump Check I hope this will clear some confusion🙏🏼 Keep in mind when he says 7-11 sets that does not include your 1-2 warm up sets per exercise. Also it's 7-11 (working) sets per muscle group (chest) per work out (day). Each set Sam does is AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) When it comes to legs Sam has his quads, hamstrings, and calves all as separate muscle group. And same with arms.
Yeah he does warm up + feeder sets working up to his working sets No pyramid sets Once he gets to his top weight He does straight sets to failure and he chooses how many sets he will do per movement Which usually falls at 7-11 sets
This is exactly ruclips.net/user/postUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS what I needed to get some exercise while I'm stuck at my desk all day. It's just the right size. Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.
Sam you’re getting so popular so fast brother congratulations! There’s a lot of hatters out there trying to piggy back on ur success don’t change for anyone!
Hey man, just stumbled upon your channel yesterday and I really enjoyed the raw vlog style footage. I really want to start a fitness journey and its overwhelming. My town doesnt really have a gym that I can attend so I have some dumbbells I picked up and I am going to focus on bodyweight things. I had a severe spinal fusion when I was younger and that has caused me pain for years. I understand that losing some weight will drastically improve my day to day life. Do you or anyone have any motivating words for someone wanting to get started, but unsure as to a base to start with? I have over the past 3 months, cut out a lot of the soda I used to drink and I am trying to go on daily walks which has been a big moral boost to me. If anything, I will keep watching just to know that someone out there is going hard and maybe I can match your energy! Keep it real man!
Bro Sam, we all love you very much. Take care of your health bro, even if you are on gear (I'm not against it) just have your health in check regularly. All love dawg!!! ❤
