Knew I would hate doing full sessions of cardio so now we just do it every time at the end without giving it a second thought, first 5 minutes, slowly making my way up to 10 when I kind of enjoy it and eventually up to like 20. Might even throw an extra couple sets in after it too just to switch it up, little lift - cardio - lift sandwich.
