Maybe consider doing a quick video on warm ups - how you warm up for back day, chest day, etc. Showing the movements, etc. Would be useful and would be very easy to make while you’re warming up

I am going to be 1000% honest here. After watching this mans consistently and applying some of the knowledge/techniques I can say Ive been making massive gains in strength just by going as heavy as I can until failure then lower the weight normally by half and focus on the contraction. Boy is it harder yes but do I get a sick nasty pump yes am I gaining strength hell yes I love this mans lol
I love the calm mentality to lifting. Basically, "hey here's what we are doing, here's how I'm doing it, this is what I'm hoping will come of it, and lets keep it going."
I highly recommended doing direct adductor work Sam! It helped me out when I started to get adductor tendinitis from squatting. Also, bigger adductors will make the leg a little bigger and who doesn’t want that
I focus more on strength training for boxing, but his advice is so universal die to the fact that he focuses on comfort movements and also accessories. Love the content brotha

Progressive overload still has great purpose to increase work capacity not just strength. It's not impressive but it definitely allowed me to not lift for literally a few months and strict curl 40s for sets without being exerting. Ultimately, I'm still about drop sets, straight sets, super sets and progressive overload is last of importance for my goals.
hey sam i’ve been doing arnold split w the first leg day being quad focused and the second leg day being hamstring focused.It’s been working well and been seeing good progress
That yellow PF leg extension is the gold standard. In the last 30ys of working out at gyms every leg extension machine it is mounted to one side, and so that side closest to the stack is always tilted so you don’t get even extensions.

Chest he does- cables to squeeze the chest and does light one arm tricep push downs and sum sort of light rowing to get the lats going

Try a cup of kefir before bed I use the lifeway brand. I know it sounds weird but it regulated my dopamine and I stopped binge eating
drink water before meals and after and look for low calorie dense food
