What I really apprechiate about Sam is how he has introduced me to different excersises with equipment that I thought I had already figured out and plateaued.
When sam was describing how good his workout was today, all of his points quite literally applied to the killer back pump I had today. Appreciate this man and his dedication and honesty.

You know whats a bit different, you might have too large of a frame to this, but give it a go. At 9:42, the guy on the other side of you, instead of doing lat pulldowns the traditional way, try it on your butt with your feet against the frame on the floor, using the other side, I find I get an amazing lat stretch, but I also have shorter arms and a smaller frame, so it may simply be easier for me due to this fact. I always need to put something under my feet for lat pulldowns, the 2 peg areas (bottom and second bottom) I use are either too low or too high.

The close grip row would basically be for lats so it doesn’t really matter if you can’t go all the way back, so it’s still a decent option
