This is way better than other videos on RUclips videos that mainly work the shoulders and neck. I feel my arm muscles working more with this video. Its bittersweet. Im mad it took me this long to find a better video but Im glad I did😃

@JacquelineSamm68 I fell off the wagon 🫣😄 I think it did help some, i was also do a full body toning workout as well at that time. But i def felt the burn from the WO.
wow thank you, i really feel the burn. I used some light weights for regular exercises and no weights for the bonus! My arms feels worked. Hopefully, I will see some results.
@@5-minute-workouts yes, these exercises allow for inclusion of weights. I just love the simplicity of these exercises. Some require such contortions or complicated movements. These are great!
This is awesome, but does it really tone in one week? I don't need to lose any fat, but I do need more muscle tone. And how many days a week? You need to space out your workouts in order for your muscles to recover. New subscriber.
@@katrieng9662 Thank you for your reply! I haven't worked out for quite a while, and I'm 73, so I'll just start without weights. I've worked out enough over my life that I can feel while I'm doing them if particular muscles are being worked. 😊

Try the same e excercises but with dumbells...this will tone
@@srvntlilly you can do these excercises daily, if it is just for toning and using dumbells of max 3kg. I do it everyday for 20min.
