    This is way better than other videos on RUclips videos that mainly work the shoulders and neck. I feel my arm muscles working more with this video. Its bittersweet. Im mad it took me this long to find a better video but Im glad I did😃

    This is my 1st week... My arms are very juicy, lol, so currious what my resukrs will be, but I am doing it every other day.. will continue for a month to see what my results are.. im excited, i think there will def be improvement!💪🏾 .. wk of 7/23/23

      @JacquelineSamm68 I fell off the wagon 🫣😄 I think it did help some, i was also do a full body toning workout as well at that time. But i def felt the burn from the WO.

    wow thank you, i really feel the burn. I used some light weights for regular exercises and no weights for the bonus! My arms feels worked. Hopefully, I will see some results.

    This is awesome, but does it really tone in one week? I don't need to lose any fat, but I do need more muscle tone. And how many days a week? You need to space out your workouts in order for your muscles to recover. New subscriber.

      Try the same e excercises but with dumbells...this will tone
