LOVE❤Love this one, did we miss the minisplit? We would need that for heat and a/c, we have property off grid in Maine, our RV is too small and cold, we are ready to upgrade. We have solar already, this house is perfect.
Too many big windows for northern states with bears 🐻 and Sasquatch looking in your windows. Black is too much in a tiny house but the Park model is gorgeous. Kudos on the solar panels!
I was thinking the same I have 40 desolate acres in northern Michigan with lots of bears and wolves I think I could use a little more privacy Don't need wild kingdom licking their chops at me C'mon🤠
This would be perfect if it didn't have strips joining the walls which makes it look like a cheap mobile home. The strips are even on parts of the ceiling.
NO SLIDING GLASS DOORS, not safe...so easy to pop off track. AC window units - no way... mini splits are best & cost soooo much less & worry maintenance free. Hardly no counter space for prepping 😢 Ugly & wrong placement of breaker box & solar panel!??😮 Not enough hanging closets😢 Hmmm those cabinets sounded like partical board😢 BUT... everything else especially up is nice...
I have never seen or known of a sliding door come off its track and I lived in northern Canada with temperatures varying from -40 to +80. The sliding doors all worked great in ant temperature.
Too many windows in most, if not all park models. Windows can leak water around if not properly installed, eventually (in less than 20 years) the gaskets between the glass panes can crack and leak out the inert gas and then allow condensation to form in between (speaking from firsthand experience), they are energy inefficient both in hot and cold seasons, they add significant additional time and cost to the build, they let in too much sunlight during the hot summer (think greenhouse) which needs to be countered with additional A/C usage, and they probably also contribute to a weaker wall structure. It's a lose, lose, lose, lose, lose situation, especially when off-grid on solar...All of this loss, just for a view?....and I forget to mention the glare from all that sunlight on the television screen when trying to enjoy a show. Want a view?...just open the door and step outside. I'm not suggesting to eliminate all windows, but about half of what's shown here would be much better.
This is so beautiful...... One of the best I've ever seen 👍🏽
I usually don’t like cabins, but I Really like this one !

Price?
Very nice with the solar panels but big Windows mean big security or you're in big trouble and that's a big problem.
How much???
Tiny home = Big Price !
Yes no sliding glass doors.

Some people like the light
Cave dwellings do have their proponents yes.
I looove the many windows. It's the only way to feel less claustrophobic.
I agree on the window above the TV. I think it's pretty but the glare would be horrible during the day.
