What TINY homes need to have are electronic pop-up ceilings in the loft area to raise the height, maybe up to 6 1/2 feet. They would sell ALOT BETTER if they had a higher clearance.
with 55.5" of ceiling clearance on that back loft you could put a full office with a desk chair up there and just move around on wheels while up there and come close to the ceiling but never have to really crawl up there at all. you could basically just wheel around that while floor space and then get out onto that top step and have a nice office space up there. Nice!
OR, they can install an electronic lift to raise the ceiling height in the loft area (for an additional fee). Maybe up to 6 1/2 feet. Loft would REALLY make for a great office than. If vans and little trailers can have pop-ups to raise the ceiling, why can't TINY homes have a 'lift' to raise the ceiling in the loft?
This is really great! I love the loft wall. I always think of kids horsing around and falling over the railing! And the window keeps it feeling open. I can really visualize living in this one.
Had a Woodland Park Signature Series for 16 years . Fantastic product ! Enjoyed it for summers in Maine . Great Company to work with. They will custom fit for your needs !
You need to think 1) storage 2) guests coming to visit. mattresses in a box work great up there 3) resale. Remember, the loft SF does NOT count against the overall SF, which is limited to 399 SF in most states. 499 SF in Florida
I love this, perfect for what I’m looking for I have 2 grandchildren living with me so the loft area I would need a panel up so they can not look in there rooms coming up the stairs. But this would be perfect. 🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾
I don’t need the loft space but at least I be able to use the larger one without having to crawl. Nice daybed for guest and small desk for my crafts would make the loft a nice place. Short loft would be good for my pets since it is accessed by stairs not ladder. Overall I like this one
Oh my gosh! I love this so much. But I need a big shower with a seat due too neuropathy. I’m in a fifth wheel now and I’m struggling with the stairs. There aren’t many options for widows on fixed incomes.
Think about getting one with an electronic pop-up for the loft. It will raise the ceiling height in the loft by OVER 2 1/2 feet. Those models come with an additional fee. But they give you PLENTY of head room.
They can also install an electronic 'pop-up' to raise the ceiling of the loft, maybe up to 80 inches instead of the 55 inches that was shown. If vans and little trailers can have pop-ups to raise the ceiling height, then WHY can't TINY homes have a pop-up to raise the ceiling in the loft?
Wow Beautiful 🥰 wish I could buy it! We all ready have a home, but WOW it would be amazing. Ours is three bedrooms and two bathrooms with family room and front room! Wish we could downsize
If vans and little trailers can have pop-ups to raise the ceiling height, why can't TINY homes have pop-up ceilings to raise the ceiling in the loft area?
I love the way the floors are dropped. I wonder whether you could put in a 24 inch stove and 24 inch fridge to free up some space for a small dishwasher? I could forgo the seating space to make more room if need be...kl
6:26 put the refrigerator there move that hutch to where the refrigerator was and put a washer and dryer in the closet - that cabinet can be used for washer and dryer items towels wash cloths bedding
1st...love it!!! 2nd...seeing as you have that big storage area outside the bathroom...could the shower be replaced w a small tub by removing the storage area in the bathroom??? And 3...whats the price???!!!
really really like this model very clean and charming, someday i will look into these types of homes much closer. i wonder what the dimensions are? i don't recall hearing that or seeing that information in the drop down
One of the best tiny homes I"ve seen yet but hate the shower. I am on the fluffy side and need more than than that corner shower allows. I wouldn't change anything but the bathroom!!!
I'm digging the exterior colors a lot. Inside is cozy and modern with that nice hutch and kitchen configuration. Love the fireplace, drop down bedroom and loft clearance. I want this home. My state has no allowances for these. So unfortunate. What is the price?
@@PARKMODELHOMESNATIONWIDE Thank you for your reply! I'm in Virginia. We're interested in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina to settle down in.
I’m curious why this can’t have normal walls vs those panels and joints strips everywhere? Kind of ruins it for me. 😏 Love that entertainment bump out though, adding that to my list of wants. ☺️
I would be interested to know if there is a way to have a half bath put in one side of the loft (just a stool and a sink), so guests don't have to run downstairs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. And it's always good to have an extra bath. Otherwise, it's a great model and a wonder us of space.
I’m single but I love to cook and need a park model or better kitchen. And I have much I would like to bring from a family home. So I really like the loft with the 55” area as well as the option not to have the built-ins in the bedroom so I could bring an armoire and dresser I already own. This Scoggins floor plan is a nice option. One adjustment is that I’d like to bring my own hutch. Finally, I understand a tiny builder in TN has obtained modular certification for his homes. Can’t that be done for Texas?
Every tiny house or park model host makes the same mistake. We want to see the interior first and foremost. It is ten times more important than the exterior. Also most talk to much and go too slow. When you imagine yourself living in a place, then you want to know where the water heater is, etc. That said, I love the home. I turned off the audio and kept skipping ahead.
I totally agree. Don’t care as much about the outside. But I do understand price varies by how far it’s being moved and to what location and what building materials are selected
Agreed!! I’m looking to buy.. just put price in upper corner so I can just scroll on by if not my budget.. takes forever to find out sometimes and I not calling if your afraid to put price
@@rhinman, you don't have to shout! Why are your drawers in a bunch? 😂I wanted to acknowledge that it was a nice house despite my personal need for a bathtub. I was explaining not complaining.
I would have moved the stove to the hutch, I could do without that and slide the kitchen towards the fridge to close that gap, that way the living room wont feel so cramped
As a single person, I could see myself in one of these. I'm sure their not cheap, plus you have to have the land, sewer, water, electric, delivery charges added on would make it too expensive to own. Might as well buy a regular house. Is this why the prices are never disclosed? They are gorgeous though.
I'd like to know why they don't extend the length by maybe 5' to 10'. Width and Height is understandable for transport, but the length could be extended where everything isn't so crammed in looking
Needs a dishwasher. I would put an upper cabinet on hutch for pantry, get rid of pantry in hallway and allow for side by side washer and dryer. I would put exit door in bedroom instead of window as it's too claustrophobic for me. Take window out of loft overlooking downstairs and put a grid of some kind to allow for ventilation. Add a covered porch off kitchen door. Now give me a price for those changes please!

This is definitely one that would work for my family. I sooooo want this one. Thanks Joey I appreciate you making this video 🤗
This is a game changer, modern and light instead of dark.

Good to know thank u
This is the best looking one i have seen. Great job keep it up.
These should come with pop-up ceilings to raise the height of the loft area.
As a single guy, I can do without the loft areas; regardless of that, this is a very handsome, well-designed' and up-to-date home.
You need to think 1) storage 2) guests coming to visit. mattresses in a box work great up there 3) resale. Remember, the loft SF does NOT count against the overall SF, which is limited to 399 SF in most states. 499 SF in Florida
I actually really like the loft as a single guy. I'm looking at loft models to do a big king bed, and use the bedroom as an office.
You'll find the loft worth its weight in gold for the storage space!
This Model is really done well.❤
I love the colors out side and I love the light gray wall panels with white trimmings on inside
Love this model! Perfect!
Absolutely beautiful. Done well!!!❤
Thank you Denise!
Very nice, would love to know the price.
Beautiful home. Loved it ❤
This beautiful house would be my first & final choice, especially w/the stand up loft! Everything I would ever need or want in a tiny home!!!
OR, they can install an electronic 'pop-up' to raise the ceiling of the loft even more, maybe up to 80 inches, instead of the 55 that it showed.
This is beautiful. Love the layout.

Great unit! Very attractive! I am still dreaming and asking for one of these! Thanks for the tour!
The hutch would be a great area for a desk too in the same style and space…lovely for sure!
I love this trailer two loft bedroom and master bedroom down stairs this a good size tiny house
The display shelving looks very nice, but I would need the cabinets for more storage.
Oh my gosh! I love this so much. But I need a big shower with a seat due too neuropathy. I’m in a fifth wheel now and I’m struggling with the stairs. There aren’t many options for widows on fixed incomes.
Amazing 🤩 love it
Fantastic looking

If you install electronic pop-ups to raise the ceiling in the loft, you would have even MORE head room. Like a regular bedroom in a house.
❤❤Fantastic ❤❤
Most women prefer The farmhouse sink. They really need to put farmhouse sinks in these models instead of the split sink.
I really like this tiny house although I am wondering if it comes with a washer and dryer

Is it possible that you guys would be making this very same model or pretty similar in the next year or two?

Where is possible to see in person this park home? Thank you
Is there any shelving or closets that are available for upstairs in the loft?
So how much is this model kitted out as you have shown?

Beautiful but nowhere to put my antique furniture ☹️
Pricing may be like buying a car. You all know what that’s like. No published price seems shady. Tell it like it is, up front with transparency.
Same with their website
LP siding?? How long will the noxious gases be emitting from that?!
I would make a lot of changes with this one

Очень хороший дом.Есть всё необходимое для проживания в нём.
I wonder how hard it would be to get a loan to get one of those and then around about how much the monthly payments would be.
What would you use to pull this? Is it bumper pull or goose neck?
It it possible to add a 2nd bathroom on the second floor? A bathtub?
The only thing missing is a proper table. I would think you could have a drop down table from the open shelving area with folding chairs
Love the Color Scheme....NOOOOO LOFT Please
That gaudy gold watch looks really heavy.
What is the price of this model? I love it!
Can we see 2 bedrooms also
Helo what about the cost. Beautiful home.
What is the BTU of the loft A/C?

Can build stand loft?
Is it possible to run propane in the fireplace? Or is it possible to run a true log burning fireplace?
You can do it on site. We can't install at the factory.
I like the loft and drop down bedroom. The bathroom is way too tiny, especially the shower. The kitchen is great.
