Over a year and a half ago we spent time designing a unit with a custom Mrs. Scoggins and came up with beauty. This is a cross between the Liberty and the Grand Tetons so it will give you the benefits of the countertop space the liberty has and also give you the split loft and all the storage you have in the hallway of the Grand Tetons. This does showcase all our new 2024 decor choices from the tile backsplash, new feature wall for the entertainment center, right down to the newest flooring colors we have to offer. What TINY homes need to have are electronic pop-up ceilings in the loft area to raise the height, maybe up to 6 1/2 feet. They would sell ALOT BETTER if they had a higher clearance.

This is really great! I love the loft wall. I always think of kids horsing around and falling over the railing! And the window keeps it feeling open. I can really visualize living in this one.

with 55.5" of ceiling clearance on that back loft you could put a full office with a desk chair up there and just move around on wheels while up there and come close to the ceiling but never have to really crawl up there at all. you could basically just wheel around that while floor space and then get out onto that top step and have a nice office space up there. Nice!
OR, they can install an electronic lift to raise the ceiling height in the loft area (for an additional fee). Maybe up to 6 1/2 feet. Loft would REALLY make for a great office than. If vans and little trailers can have pop-ups to raise the ceiling, why can't TINY homes have a 'lift' to raise the ceiling in the loft?

The living room is really warm and cozy the way they did it in this home. The kitchen counter (L shape) helps separate the kitchen from the living room very well.
Usually when you have the loft you have to sacrifice the washer/dryer closet due to the stairwell, but they got it all in here. Kudos !

As a single guy, I can do without the loft areas; regardless of that, this is a very handsome, well-designed' and up-to-date home.
You need to think 1) storage 2) guests coming to visit. mattresses in a box work great up there 3) resale. Remember, the loft SF does NOT count against the overall SF, which is limited to 399 SF in most states. 499 SF in Florida
I actually really like the loft as a single guy. I'm looking at loft models to do a big king bed, and use the bedroom as an office.
You'll find the loft worth its weight in gold for the storage space!

Think about getting one with an electronic pop-up for the loft. It will raise the ceiling height in the loft by OVER 2 1/2 feet.
Those models come with an additional fee. But they give you PLENTY of head room.

After (30)-years in business, I'm selling out and retiring in a couple months. I would be interested in putting something like this on my out of state retirement property. However, I've learned throughout the years that generally, when someone list something for sale and does not include their price, it's usually not the same for everyone - which is why they require a telephone call prior to disclosing that information. Unfortunately for you, my search continues. Thank you for the video. It has given me an interest in these options.

I don’t need the loft space but at least I be able to use the larger one without having to crawl. Nice daybed for guest and small desk for my crafts would make the loft a nice place. Short loft would be good for my pets since it is accessed by stairs not ladder. Overall I like this one
Oh my gosh! I love this so much. But I need a big shower with a seat due too neuropathy. I’m in a fifth wheel now and I’m struggling with the stairs. There aren’t many options for widows on fixed incomes.
The display shelving looks very nice, but I would need the cabinets for more storage.

6:26 put the refrigerator there move that hutch to where the refrigerator was and put a washer and dryer in the closet - that cabinet can be used for washer and dryer items towels wash cloths bedding
One of the best tiny homes I"ve seen yet but hate the shower. I am on the fluffy side and need more than than that corner shower allows. I wouldn't change anything but the bathroom!!!
Can the patio door open on the opposite side so you can have a small dinette? Can you get a full size opening window in the bath?
I'm digging the exterior colors a lot. Inside is cozy and modern with that nice hutch and kitchen configuration. Love the fireplace, drop down bedroom and loft clearance. I want this home. My state has no allowances for these. So unfortunate. What is the price?

I would be interested to know if there is a way to have a half bath put in one side of the loft (just a stool and a sink), so guests don't have to run downstairs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. And it's always good to have an extra bath. Otherwise, it's a great model and a wonder us of space.
Most women prefer The farmhouse sink. They really need to put farmhouse sinks in these models instead of the split sink.
Is it possible that you guys would be making this very same model or pretty similar in the next year or two?
1st...love it!!! 2nd...seeing as you have that big storage area outside the bathroom...could the shower be replaced w a small tub by removing the storage area in the bathroom??? And 3...whats the price???!!!

I love the way the floors are dropped. I wonder whether you could put in a 24 inch stove and 24 inch fridge to free up some space for a small dishwasher? I could forgo the seating space to make more room if need be...kl
If you install electronic pop-ups to raise the ceiling in the loft, you would have even MORE head room. Like a regular bedroom in a house.

Every tiny house or park model host makes the same mistake. We want to see the interior first and foremost. It is ten times more important than the exterior. Also most talk to much and go too slow. When you imagine yourself living in a place, then you want to know where the water heater is, etc. That said, I love the home. I turned off the audio and kept skipping ahead.

I wonder how hard it would be to get a loan to get one of those and then around about how much the monthly payments would be.
I’m single but I love to cook and need a park model or better kitchen. And I have much I would like to bring from a family home. So I really like the loft with the 55” area as well as the option not to have the built-ins in the bedroom so I could bring an armoire and dresser I already own. This Scoggins floor plan is a nice option. One adjustment is that I’d like to bring my own hutch.
Finally, I understand a tiny builder in TN has obtained modular certification for his homes. Can’t that be done for Texas?
What would you use to pull this? Is it bumper pull or goose neck?
I would have moved the stove to the hutch, I could do without that and slide the kitchen towards the fridge to close that gap, that way the living room wont feel so cramped

Pricing may be like buying a car. You all know what that’s like. No published price seems shady. Tell it like it is, up front with transparency.

You can do it on site. We can't install at the factory.

Yes it can you will lose the closet in the bathroom to fit it. This model is 119k plus delivery from Indiana. fully furnished with all options shown.
