I would love to see this same exterior elevation and features applied to a single section. Give the standard old single section a facelift. Make them more rustic getaway instead of trailer park home.
As a twice divorced 51-year-old man, who wants to live alone and has a property in the country, this looks absolutely amazing. I'm in Central Texas so the porches MUST be screened in and screen door's must be installed on those porches.
@@dr.brycebanner5676 For all but the 3 coldest months of the year we have so many insects to include flies and mosquitos, wasps and yellow jackets, flying tree roaches (giant cockroaches that can fly), and lots of spiders. These critters will drive you mad. It's no joke either.
I'd leave the big picture windows out of the living area and bedroom for an accent wall, leaving the half size picture windows up top. Other than that...Beautiful!!!
This is a next-level jaw-dropping tiny home. I'm blown away, guys. The Starling looks like a designer tiny home inside and out. I love the way it looks on the outside, but the inside is even better. The ceiling design has a fantastic aesthetic appeal, and I like that it's still high even where it's lower. The black accent wall with the picture windows in the living area is great. Very classy. The galley-style kitchen is simple and functional. No complaints there. The bathroom is a great size. Doesn't look cramped at all. I really like the fact that you chose a tile shower for this model. It matches the look of the rest of the home. I don't usually comment on the washer and dryer, but I like the way they're tucked away almost perfectly in this model. But my favorite part of this model is the bedroom. It's like you've stepped into a small resort bedroom. The bed box is a smart addition for storage, and it's impressive that there's still plenty of walking space with a king-size bed in there. The cherry on top is that you even classed up the closet with the wooden bifold doors. This is easily one of the best tiny home bedrooms you've ever featured.
Starling is amazing, I love the windows, but I have grandkids, I would need windows that don't break easy. I would also like the windows tinted and I can see you, but you can't see me. I would lose the drawers to accommodate the king size bed to allow for two twin beds. I would shorten the rear porch to allow for more closet space. This is a beautiful home, your best so far for a tiny home.
The roof pitches are so smart... pitching it the opposite way in the middle is so cool bc you need the extra height in the bathroom, but not above the cabinets. Also don't need the height on the couch wall, but nice to have on the opposite wall for a view. Even in the bedroom the shorter side is by the headboard, and taller side is on the walking side of the room and nice tall view from the bed. Just a super smart use of roofline to provide a great look, lots of functionality, and makes the small space feel huge. A+ right here! 👏👏👏
Love this model, Mr. Tiny, and the style and finishes are stunning. Just a few things, though, would make it perfect to me. I'd like to see the porches screened in to make them more livable. A small dining area, I feel, is essential, and wall space for a TV is pretty important. IMO there are too many very large windows. I'm all for natural light but, for my own comfort and feeling of security, smaller windows would be preferable. That said, this home is a beauty!
The ridiculous amount of windows is kind of the point on this one, isn't it? I love it - add a small center loft with a few more windows LOL. Maybe you get the windows that you can only see out?
The exterior colors are perfect and I love the picture windows throughout. In the livingroom, you could add a sofa table with stools for a little dining elegance. Also, that bedroom might be king size, but it is perfect for a Queendom, especially with the back porch ( I'd close it in, with 2 privacy walls). Symmetry and light made just right.
When I think of wood cabin, this modern stylish plan is my idea of cozy comfort. Mr Tiny, since everyone loves this model, but some cannot go 399 sq ft, how about putting a larger single section model in the works, that's at least 15 wide, with expanded living area, walk in closet, pantry, side by side w/d, extra storage, possible tub ( cause you know Queens like to soak ), and maybe even a desk area for taking care of business, along with the 2 porches. And if they can't be porches, maybe they can be small balconies, same on both ends, still keeping that symmetry in focus.
Looking great Mr. Tiny!! We need another Monoslope Armstrong 2.0. That is a beauty!!!! Love that ceiling on the starling! RRC is bringing the best to the market! Stunning home!!!!!
This is absolutely the best-looking "Tiny Homes" ever! The wood accents, the peaks, the bathroom, the KING BED! OMG Mike this is a grand slam presentation of an amazing home! I've been researching so many of these sites and yours is the best! Who wants to live in a 150' square box with no walking around the bed and have to crawl all over it to just change the bedding? It's bright the window are big so it is less cluster-phobic. When we're ready to buy I'll definitely be calling RRC! CONGRATULATIONS
To make this spectacular home even more spectacular... offer that back porch as the master suite with an onsuite and a walk in closet. I'd consider that one.
15 ft wide, add a floating fire place, and that would be crazy. Love the colors and wood inside. Great job on your videos by the way, I enjoy watching. Thank you for a great job.
Off top, Mr. Tiny is educated, knowledgeable and funny all at the same time. To me, it's one thing to talk about a property, but when you present yourself both mentally and appearance- wise, its no wonder why Mr. Tiny is as captivating as he is. I am a few months away from my 1st purchase.
WOOOW!! This is the one. I don’t know how you did it but I’ve been waiting for one with a bigger bedroom. This is perfection. I love black houses too with cedar wood. Personally, I’d go with a grey decking if I couldn’t match the pine ceilings. Also, I’d match the same wall in the bedroom with the black living room wall.
I don't think I could go down to 399 square feet, in all honesty, but this home is really beautiful. And I absolutely love that the bedroom is larger than what we usually see in the tiny homes. You have outdone yourself, Mr. Tiny!
Yes correct. Nice for us OCD folks. Lol. My fave is the structure/angled ceilings. Gives it more depth and contrast and has a wonderful quirky appeal. Not the boring status quo at all.
Beautiful tiny home. The material used is quality. This does not look like a tiny home. RRC once dold tiny homes $57,000 -$99,000. Now the tiny homes are more than $110 000. The Starling is a very nice looking home.
Gorgeous! If I EVER get a tiny home, I will definitely buy from y'all. No other company even begins to compare to your floorplans and excellent materials. Just wow!
Stunning! Except. Too much glass in the bedroom and I wouldn't feel secure with the sliding glass door. I would put French doors with only one side opening. That's just me, lol But this is by far the most beautiful design I've ever seen. Being a little OCD, The symmetry makes me feel good. Congratulations on this one!
Wow, Mr. Tiny I love the windows all through the house, unfortunately I need room for my granddaughter & grandson. Showing all these beautiful homes but not enough room. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🤗🤗🤗
I love it, except for the window wall of windows in the living and bed room. I think they should be like the windows above the couch for more furniture arrangement possibilities and privacy 🤔
What an awesome home! I can't believe how HUGE the bedroom is! Gotta love the front & back porches as well. Great for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening!!
I’ve been watching the RRC videos for almost a year and oh my goodness I think this is my favorite. I’m currently looking at some land in Colorado to put a retirement home and this one hits all my marks that I want, beautiful if I can wake up in my bed and look out those beautiful windows at the mountains go catch me some trout wow!!
Love this perfect for a weekend getaway house, vacation house, guesthouse, ADU in law unit etc. this one is nice. I like all the features the shed style roofs the front and back porches are awesome and add so much living space
I greatly appreciate the window size over the couch in the living room. I would have even put that size windows across from bed-so I could put my dresser there. Thanks for sharing Mr. Tiny! If it only had side by side washer & dryer. Those porches are really nice!
This is the best tiny home I've seen. It's perfect for a single person, and those porches are wonderful for relaxing or even entertaining. I love the wood accents and the symmetrical layout.
I watch many many many tiny home videos I really liked the starling so so spacious and the two decks that right there is a no brainer. I’m glad I found your channel and will be watching for more.
Wow! You knocked it out of the park with this one. My favorite so far! I can't pick one favorite thing because I have five-hundred-millon- thousand favorites on this one. 🥰
Wonderful tiny home, that is not so tiny. I love that it does not have a loft, I prefer the higher ceilings. I am in the UK and I just wish we had tiny home parks and the electrics would have to be changed to 240v to comply. Land is not so plentiful here and where it is available, it is expensive. This home is on my wish list, maybe my dream sheet is more accurate. Thank you for a great vid as usual, Mr Tiny.
Mike, you ALWAYS BLOW ME AWAY AT DESCRIBING THESE BEAUTIFUL HOMES!! YOU WERE MEANT TO DO THIS FOR THIS AMAZING COMPANY!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE STARLING!! THEY GOT IT RIGHT!! SO SPACIOUS AND BEAUTIFUL 🤩 WELL DONE....♥️
I would love to see this same exterior elevation and features applied to a single section. Give the standard old single section a facelift. Make them more rustic getaway instead of trailer park home.
This home is gorgeous, and one level, with a king size bed!!!!!! Wow!!!!

I'm once divorced! Do you have room for more tiny homes on your property???
Curious why are screened in porches with screen doors a must in Central Texas?

@@dr.brycebanner5676 Bugs!
How much to deliver to Carson City?
This is a PHENOMENAL new design ‼️ Didn't expect to see modern elegance in a tiny. This model should have been called "black beauty."
I'd leave the big picture windows out of the living area and bedroom for an accent wall, leaving the half size picture windows up top. Other than that...Beautiful!!!
My thoughts exactly. Maybe screen back porch as well
I've watched for years & have seen some great models, but hands down, this is absolutely my all-time favorite by far!
That’s a small house not a tiny home, Tiny homes are out the door now I guess and I guarantee there not a tiny home price either
This is a next-level jaw-dropping tiny home. I'm blown away, guys. The Starling looks like a designer tiny home inside and out.

Agreed.
It really was impressive
It is indeed beautiful! Love the huge windows, large porches & it’s overall modern, airy design! Gorgeous!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
I'm in love with this model. I hope someone buys this to see it in living time. The bedroom is bigger than some apartments I've seen!!
best model ever , exposed rafter tails, farm sink and rainshower, beautiful
There is not one thing I don’t like about that. Absolutely breathtaking. I would live in there in a heartbeat if I just had $114,000.
Mr Tiny is rocking is his own "Magic with his personal Aesthetics!!! He is so smooth. O the house is nice too!
Love this one but would need MORE square footage to Enjoy it..!😉❤❤
I love it!! No loft and a great bedroom! It is an amazing tiny home!
Loft out of the question for me. The bedroom is great! You can get a tall lingerie chest of drawers on the wall next to entry door.
Love it. Just wish it had two bedrooms
Love the bedroom! And the porches. Now need a place to locate it!
That sink is divine. This entire home is exceptional

Oh, how I wish they made this one a bit larger, 700 -900 sf for those
Of us who can’t put a home that’s not HUD. I LOVE THIS HOUSE!!!!!❤
If Mr. Tiny is included…….then we have a sale😍
Sale? U Funy. You don't even have enough money for a Dog Collar for the Pit Bull tied to a stake in your front yard.
😂😂

I L-O-V-E THIS !!!! Come on Lotto!
Aw. MAN!!!!! I could use that suit!!!!!👍
My FAVORITE of ALL!
Thus is a beautiful tiny home very modern and Art Deco style. But I still love the SUNDANCE AND I WANTCA DOUBLE LOFT!

I really like the two shed roofs. They really help it look more premium from the street.

Give that man a raise he's great at his job.
Gorgeous! If I EVER get a tiny home, I will definitely buy from y'all. No other company even begins to compare to your floorplans and excellent materials. Just wow!
Waauw love the lay-out beautiful.
I don't like how most bathrooms are right by the kitchen.
It may be because of the convenience and cost savings to the builder. Plumbing and electrical all close in 1 area
Prettiest one yet. Perfect to retire in. Make one porch a catio!!! Seriously impressive.
What a fun house with all the symmetry.
Nice plan of Tiny Hones. Like 👍 the two porches. Love Joanne Resh ❤️
OMG - they finally showed a bed in a bedroom!
Stunning!
This needs a dishwasher and an outdoor fireplace and it would be perfect. Everything else is stunning! Great job RRC!!
This is now my favorite one. I'd love a pet gate on the back patio of this one.
Love it!! Especially all of the natural light coming in through those windows.
Love the modern aesthetic of this home, but can easily see it placed on a wild woodland hillside. Really pretty build :)
I love it, except for the window wall of windows in the living and bed room. I think they should be like the windows above the couch for more furniture arrangement possibilities and privacy 🤔
Hello Tracy
What an awesome home! I can't believe how HUGE the bedroom is! Gotta love the front & back porches as well. Great for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening!!
Love this is so big i want one im going to see mr tiny as soon as it gets. Warm

Hands down the most beautiful tiny home I've ever seen
I’m a builder and extremely picky but you literally knocked this one out of the park!
Love this perfect for a weekend getaway house, vacation house, guesthouse, ADU in law unit etc. this one is nice. I like all the features the shed style roofs the front and back porches are awesome and add so much living space
Out of the ballpark with bedroom and living room!!!!
I greatly appreciate the window size over the couch in the living room. I would have even put that size windows across from bed-so I could put my dresser there. Thanks for sharing Mr. Tiny! If it only had side by side washer & dryer. Those porches are really nice!
My favorite so far!
This is BEAUTIFUL. I like the lofts, but this is awesome without it.
This home is amazingly beautiful tiny home. Thanks for the post.
Awesome presentation!
I am looking and I have been following him and he never disappoints! I really love this from the coloring to the appliances! Love it!
Beautiful and lux.
This one is so amazing. We have nothing like RRC up in Michigan
Absolutely STUNNING!!
WOW! That house is truly bada$$. It might be the best home you guys have ever had created…..
Im loving this home , I think I could convince my hubby with this model
Tiny, you don't miss a detail!! Love the sofa windows
Hello Linda
The inside & outside are Wonderful. But I would still need a loft. 😊
Wow my favorite so far 👍…..sharp dresser
This is the best tiny home I've seen. It's perfect for a single person, and those porches are wonderful for relaxing or even entertaining. I love the wood accents and the symmetrical layout.
I really like the entire floor plan on the Starling. I would screen back porch in.☺👍👍
Love this home, so beautiful. The bedroom is huge for a tiny home, that's what I like about this model.
Loving this tiny home with plenty of space especially that king size bedroom. Also the 2 porches.
I see a baseboard and I want to paint it black. I love this new Starling park model. LOVE IT. It's beautiful.
Impressive. Do this same layout with a loft.
Lovely lighting in the kitchen. So warm and inviting
I love this model I am on a fixed income so I can't afford it. But it's my favorite so far.
I watch many many many tiny home videos I really liked the starling so so spacious and the two decks that right there is a no brainer. I’m glad I found your channel and will be watching for more.

This is one of the best ones yet!!!
So cool. I like this one! Man only if it only had a pantry..but think it could be worked out. Did a good job on this one!

Mike The Starling is the mack daddy of RRC!! What a beauty!! I love it. Y'all pulled out all the stops with this one!!
