I've seen every video over the last couple years and the Cardinal floorplan is one of my favorites. But the designer touches in THIS one, the tile, the fireplace, the railing and windows are just gorgeous.
I've been looking for a nice home for myself and I want quality and quantity and the only one that has stood out in front of the others is RRC!!! I have to wait for a sale, because inflation has gone up so much that what I used to be able to afford easily is now way out of my reach!! I'm hoping that the housing market will go back down to where it was so that those of us who are on fixed incomes can afford to purchase a home. And, I don't want to put it in no park either!! They charge just as much as your mortgage payment every month just for you to have the land to put it on!! I just want some fertile ground where I can put it on and be able to grow a garden. Perhaps, even make a special back or side deck attached to the house with raised gardens inside a glass room. Like an arboretum. (I think that's what they are called)?🤷♀️😊
Likes the new cardinal look! Likes the fireplace but need to have TV directly in front of the sofa...The walk-in closet w the W & D is a big plus! Also, likes the shower look w river stone vertical pattern. Loft is a plus in a 399 sq ft tiny home, whether it is used for storage or guests!
You show so many beautiful homes that is so hard to pick one they're all day all of them they're all just gorgeous love them all hard to choose you do a great job I love the way you dress you are a very good-looking young man keep up the good work God bless you
Love love LOVE!!!! The large window in the loft makes it seem so much larger and not closed in. Kitchen living room seems a little cramped but I still love it!
I am honestly loving this tiny home. I personally would like to make the porch screened in so that when you have meals out there, there are no pests to bother. I also would make a couple of kitchen changes - these are based on how I personally use my kitchen - a smaller refrigerator would be fine. We've had the big/fancy and the standard/basic. Honestly, I prefer a standard basic, just needs an ice maker (only "luxury" we really need). A smaller or "apartment sized" stove would also be preferred - the oven is still large enough to accommodate cooking for a family or even minimal entertaining. By shrinking those, you could (hopefully) lengthen the pantry & counters/cabinets (even a few inches adds more space). As I said, this home is lovely, and while it certainly doesn't Need these minimal changes, they are just what I would do for my home. Many thanks for sharing, Mr Tiny.
This has to be my fav tiny home thus far. I love that the W/D are hidden away in a walk in closet. Well done 👍🏼. In the bathroom I think putting the half wall with glass instead of a shower curtain would make it appear “spa like” ❤❤❤
This absolutely awesome tiny home, how about the reimagine plus and change the fireplace/TV area and put it in the corner making it face the couch better. Take out the small window next to it. Then u can have couch and chair next to each other to see TV better. Otherwise this is one of my favorite. Home run on this one.
I love this Cardinal reimagined it is a beauty!! Not sure that I am a fan of the sliding glass doors for the front door. The look and colors outside are fantastic!! Great job as usual Mr. Tiny!!
I realize this video is a year old but this has to be the best floor plan of any park model I've ever seen. Specifically because of the closet/laundry room! I've never seen that in any other home. Sure wish I could afford to get one. It would be perfect!
You definitely could have saved this for Valentine's Day because I am absolutely IN LOVE WITH THIS ONE 😍 💕 🥰😍🤪 The patio is gorgeous! I am loving the stone and X railing. The stone fireplace with accent wall, the beautiful tile in the kitchen & shower, the pantry, stainless steel appliances & farm sink, the beautiful windows, counter space in the bathroom, stainless washer/dryer in the walk-in closet, and great loft. I think I would add cabinets in the loft and possibly a bed with drawers underneath in the loft and make that my bedroom with a cushion for seating near the rails. Then, I would use the walk-in closet and bedroom for my craft room. This is so nice!
I was thinking the same thing. I'm an artist too and thought that bedroom would make an excellent art studio, and that spacious loft would be amazing for a huge king size bed 🛌
Mr. Tiny Timmons you have outdone yourself when featuring this Cardinal Reimagined. This is one of best looking tiny homes that y’all have ever featured. There is plenty of inside appeal and outside curb appeal here!
I loved the fireplace with the windows on each side. The kitchen is beautiful. The counter top and the matching color island. The bathroom same loved the countertop. Big bathroom. Love all the windows. Very cozy house.
Oh God!! What a beautiful home. If only I had the money today, you could mark it sold. EVERYTHING in this tiny home is perfect. I would not change a thing!! What a magnificent job on decorating.
I'm heart broken I can't import to Canada. Nope. Our great leader says no to affordable housing. The designs here are affordable & beautiful. Perhaps I need to move to Texas🤠
You should. It's Big and we get 7 seasons. Lol sometimes 3 in a Day. Lol...but East Texas has alot of Foliage. Looks Beautiful in the winter. Even Hill country.
And yet, the great ppl of Canada keep "voting" Mr. Trudeau in thanks to voter fraud like the US and many other countries who's vote were stolen. Hang in there the good guys are winning. Texas would be blessed to have you!
These homes seem to become more & more beautiful & practible than ever! I would really love to see stand up loft models as older ppl like myself cannot be stooped or bending becaise of a low ceiling, & knee problems, thanks.
I would love to see a mixture of this and the larger Faulkner. The stone & X railing porch and fireplace are gorgeous. I like the pebble rock in the shower. I love the extra space in the Faulkner with that amazing kitchen with all the storage.
My favorite set of features was the walk in closet with a window and washer/dryer. I am seeing luxury homes where the primary closet has direct access to the laundry and there is a window in the closet. Tiny home luxury to me.
When I resided in a tiny house community in TX, the Cardinal was a resident favorite. This one is fancy! I love the fireplace (we installed a fireplace in our tiny home too), love the shelves in the kitchen, love the black hardware on the cabinets (we took off the original nickel in our home and replaced them with black), pantry is wonderful, the walk-in closet is great and having the washer/dryer in the bedroom out of sight is a good feature. I personally do not like prismatic windows nor lofts but that's just me. As a precious owner of a RRC home, I can testify to the excellent craftsmanship and materials. We loved our home while we resided in it for nine months.
I love how you made this Cardinal appear so roomy. I could do with out the loft. Also mirror the closet to the other side of the bedroom and add a deck out the bedroom, making it even more open if that can even be done. Over all I love all your video Mr. Tiny🙂
Mr.Tiny thanks for the dynamic and incredible design features. My #1. is the windows bringing in the natural light #2. the shower #3. kitchen, living, fireplace, etc. 399sq.ft never looked as elegant as resort Park models grandest designs.
Cool design makes it seem more like home n not cookie-cutter. Love the separation of kitchen/living room, the walk-in closet, the big shower, the kitchen, and the washer/dryer in the closet(Easy transfer). I'd give it an A+
I’ve loved many of the tiny homes…usually the cabin-style…but THIS one…oh my! Being disabled, of course the SHOWER was my immediate favorite! As someone else said…I’d make it an enclosed porch so I had more living space, since the living room is small..but enclosing it and opening the sliding glass doors? That would do it! 🎉. Everything else is perfect…but that loft is absolutely the cherry on top! Wow, Mr. Tiny..this one just has every wow factor! Walk-in closet? ✅. Pantry? ✅. Fireplace? ✅. Step-in shower? ✅. Windows everywhere? ✅. Loft? ✅. Fantastic colors and textures? ✅. 😊
I loved the hold thing from the curb appeal to the privacy wall in the loft. I didn’t get that real wood in the closet but this ✨REIMAGINED✨ made up for it. Great job 🏆💯👍🏾❤️
⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mr. Mike, I love everything about the Cardinal re-imagined. However, I don't need the front sliding door, where my neighbors can see me in my underwear, as they pass by. I rather have the sliding door with built in blinds, which will offer me the privacy I'm looking for. Furthermore, I would eliminate the prismatic window above the entrance door. Having said that, I would keep the other 2 prismatic windows in order to have the ceiling as you showcase it. Mr. Mike have a great week... Abrazos
You can always put curtains. I grew up with a sliding glass door and always had curtains. You can open them when you want extra light and close them when you don't. You can also put frosted glass adhesives.
@@timeforchange3786 With all do respect, when I decide to purchase something, it should be fitted to my liking, without having to add or cover for someone else's decision. However, I appreciate your suggestions.

I'm a new subscriber to this channel. I'm a fan of most of these models except the living room area! They need to work on the sitting/TV viewing area!!
Mr. Tiny, I love love love the LR w/ Fireplace, but am concerned about the width of the FP upper wall in regard to the amount of room available for a TV. Can you please tell us the measurements? If too narrow, could one special order an upgrade to increase stone veneer to cover that whole wall up to the wood trim??
This is the one!!!!! Craftsman, bright and cheery even on a cloudy day, the pebble accent in the beautiful walk-in shower, the laundry in a walk-in closet (say WHAT?!) and the loft for guests! Love it!! Now I just need to find land! WI, our home state doesn't allow these homes except for seasonal use (April thru Oct) in an rv park. So far, not zoned for private property. 😭 Wanted SO MUCH to meet you in person, Mr Tiny! But this nasty winter storm will take us further SE. This model is being saved as a favorite! Thank you! Hope to get there next time around! No one designs park model homes like RRC!
I LOVE this!! I'd love to see it without the loft and a raised ceiling. At 61 years, a loft is not really what I am interested in-but this version with a raised roof would be amazing!!
The Cardinal is my absolute favorite! I love the sliding doors in the entry way. No door swinging in or out to take up space. Instead of an island, I would prefer a small table with comfortable chairs.(I’m not a fan of stools) I would also eliminate the bathroom door leading into the bedroom. It’s not necessary and I would prefer the wall space.
I've seen every video over the last couple years and the Cardinal floorplan is one of my favorites. But the designer touches in THIS one, the tile, the fireplace, the railing and windows are just gorgeous.
I agree 👍 💯
TOTALLY AGREED!! VERY PRETTY💙
Everything about is 💓💞💞💞💞 well thought-out 🥰

I think the fireplace takes up too much space. I would rather see a flat one instead.
I think I'll ALWAYS prefer the one with him shirtless, can't recall a thing about it, except him☺️😍
I love the walk in closet with the washer/dryer in There. That is perfect placement!
Prismatic windows , starburst , river rock,craftsman style ,fireplace…💥💥💥
Love the ceiling in the living room and the four prismatic windows
Likes the new cardinal look! Likes the fireplace but need to have TV directly in front of the sofa...The walk-in closet w the W & D is a big plus! Also, likes the shower look w river stone vertical pattern. Loft is a plus in a 399 sq ft tiny home, whether it is used for storage or guests!
My fav one yet!!!!

My favorite is the star ceiling and the walk in closet !😊
This is probably the most beautiful and functional tiny home I've ever seen! Thanks Mr Tiny for showing this awesome tiny home! ❤️
Love, love the colors inside and out. Also the fireplace is a keeper. And the flooring. Thanks Mr. Tiny, another great job.
I would totally sleep upstairs and turn the back room into an office, per se. Love the Cardinal reimagined.
AND, loved the throw rug! really made for a 'warmer space' per se. can envision more usage because of it.
I love the walk-in closet.
This floor plan is the best ever!
Missed you🥰 the closet had me laughing so hard, you made my day " plenty of room/storage " maybe for my shoes 😆😅🤣😂😉😂🤣
I've been subscribed, like I should be the last 5yrs and this is the best one yet!!💯👍👍
This one is a Homerun!!! That shower tho 🥰
Love love LOVE!!!! The large window in the loft makes it seem so much larger and not closed in. Kitchen living room seems a little cramped but I still love it!

This is absolutely beautiful and well-designed. The designers did a phenomenal job with this one I wouldn't change a thing❤❤❤
Gotta love Mr. Tiny's enthusiasm: it's infectious, always bringing a smile to my face. :3
I love the washer/dryer hidden in the walk-in closet!
Beautiful-absolutely supreme! Love the windows and large walk in closet in the bedroom!!! Love it Mr. Tiny…😮
Mr Tiny God bless you 🙏🏿 more grace from God
This has to be my fav tiny home thus far. I love that the W/D are hidden away in a walk in closet. Well done 👍🏼. In the bathroom I think putting the half wall with glass instead of a shower curtain would make it appear “spa like” ❤❤❤
Exactly!!!

RRC have the classiest Tiny Homes!! No one can compare to their quality imo
I love the walk-in closet with washer and dryer.
I love this Cardinal reimagined it is a beauty!! Not sure that I am a fan of the sliding glass doors for the front door. The look and colors outside are fantastic!!
Great job as usual Mr. Tiny!!
I love, love this home....my favorite of any tiny home.
B A YOUTIFUL.... Thank you Mr. Tiny. ❤
Love the whole home...kitchen and bath great. Front porch great.
Love the shower and the "fireplace".

Love it, would add a dishwasher and a vented dryer for the clothes. Great job Mr. TINY, keep up the great work.
The walk-in with w/d has always been my favorite. This is my favorite! ❤ ❤
I just love everything about this tiny house ❤ prismatic
Oh God!! What a beautiful home. If only I had the money today, you could mark it sold. EVERYTHING in this tiny home is perfect. I would not change a thing!! What a magnificent job on decorating.
I think is my all time favorite. Well done RRC!
Beautiful, seems spacious and comfortable. Great design. What's not to love?

Ok! No! I want this one! LOL! I am actually a Los Angeles Realtor and I CANNOT get over how inexpensive these are and the designs are so adorable!~

Okay this is for me. Now if I can get a hold of 116k. 😍
I would love to see a mixture of this and the larger Faulkner. The stone & X railing porch and fireplace are gorgeous. I like the pebble rock in the shower. I love the extra space in the Faulkner with that amazing kitchen with all the storage.
my favorite--great design

I loved the walk in closet and the pantry
I love this one!
I like this but could you reimagine it with The Starling and include the porch/deck outside the bedroom
Love this, great job Mr Tiny
Love the way you show your tiny homes and how beautiful they are. If I every make it to Texas I will definitely come visit you.

The NEW STYLE of CABOOSE LIVING!!!!!! Love it oxo
I loved the hold thing from the curb appeal to the privacy wall in the loft. I didn’t get that real wood in the closet but this ✨REIMAGINED✨
made up for it.
Great job 🏆💯👍🏾❤️
Wow, this Is amazing! I love it. My favorite part is the living room ceiling. I like anything unique, like that.
If you made this model where you could stand up in the loft, this would be unreal.
I love the color of the floors-not too dark, not too light, not too gray.
⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mr. Mike, I love everything about the Cardinal re-imagined. However, I don't need the front sliding door, where my neighbors can see me in my underwear, as they pass by. This whole home is my favorite feature!
Love the stone & fireplace. The layout is great. RRC does it again!!!
MR. TINY I LOVE YOUR ENERGY. MY FAVORITE FEATURE WAS....UM...YOU💜
DO YOU SHIP TO CALIFORNIA??? I HAVE LAND ON THE BEACH, MAYBE BUY THIS AS AN AIRBNB
I think that this is a perfect tiny house. I like every feature on the house. Very cool
Gorgeous. Too many favorite features!
This is my favorite so far, even after watching these videos for the last couple of years. Just stunning and functional.
The deck on this place is amazing best one so far. 👍
I love the Walk-In Closet, and Brick Fireplace is the best features💙😊👍👍👍
Hey Mr Tiny! I KNEW you played football!!! Arkansas, huh? Hooray for you! Razorback huh? May God continue to Bless you!
I'm a new subscriber to this channel. I'm a fan of most of these models except the living room area! They need to work on the sitting/TV viewing area!!
They have some with bigger living areas if you go be back, but you can only have it so big with point 399 square feet.
Mr. Tiny, I love love love the LR w/ Fireplace, but am concerned about the width of the FP upper wall in regard to the amount of room available for a TV. Can you please tell us the measurements? I LOVE this!! I'd love to see it without the loft and a raised ceiling. At 61 years, a loft is not really what I am interested in-but this version with a raised roof would be amazing!!
They've shown a no loft version of the Cardinal a few times, I think most recently about a year ago.
Love, love, love it! I would not change a thing!
Such am interesting exterior and porch - love those features. Great outside appeal.
Just beautiful, all of it!
Beautiful work. I love this the best so far. Come on keep bringin it. SWEET!
I absolutely love this little model I needed for my mother in Cornville Arizona😊
Digging the Craftman's look!
The pantry, the walk-in closet and the shower tile are my favorites. The porch railing is nice too.
This is absolutely beautiful. I love it. 🙋🏻♀️💕
Love the Cardinal!
Would like without a loft and with a mono slope
This is one of my favorites , this and th cardinal
Talk about reimagined, you've definitely done it with this one. Beautiful!
well I’m in LOVE❤ you knocked it out of the ball park with this model. Would look lovely here in East Tennessee Mts. 👍
This home is so beautiful. Mr. Tiny you did a wonderful job and very knowledgeable about everything in this home.
Wow, fantastic home! No favorite part just a great home
I really like this model. I've been watching it for 10 months now 🤩
The Cardinal is my absolute favorite!
I love the sliding doors in the entry way. No door swinging in or out to take up space.
Instead of an island, I would prefer a small table with comfortable chairs.(I’m not a fan of stools)
I would also eliminate the bathroom door leading into the bedroom. It’s not necessary and I would prefer the wall space.
This house is gorgeous! Might be my favorite!
