The Nightingale is a newly designed floorplan that is making its special debut on the channel today. With a triple shed roofline, cedar red wood stain with shadow gap accents, and an exterior rock accent wall, this new tiny house exterior is a true show-stopper. And the new window placement and design will knock your socks off. It comes complete with an 8 foot covered front porch, prepped with a TV jack and outlet and featuring our all-new shadow gap accent wall. On the front of the home we added cedar red wood stain with shadow gap accent, encasing the black sliding glass front door.
The modern aesthetic on the interior of the Nightingale will be sure to take your breath away with every design feature chosen. The elegance in the Nightingale speaks for itself with black and gold accents going throughout this 399SF tiny home. It's loaded with EXCLUSIVE RRC options. Check out the new floor to ceiling custom vertical patterned tile wall with a built in white rock, electric fireplace.
In the kitchen we installed custom quartz countertops, a custom gold backsplash, and we added another accent of the Canna Blanca tile on the front side of the bar. Admire the custom sink with gold sink accessories and the gorgeous under-cabinet lighting.
The feeling of luxury is ever-present in the bathroom with stunning gold accents, a custom mirror, and a complete floor to ceiling, step-in tile shower. The private bedroom is a cozy space with tall ceilings, sliding barn doors on the closet, the all new RRC Limited Run "fandalier" and enough space to fit a queen size bed!

I love it in the bedroom because I am lazy so I have no excuse not to put my clothes away or to wash them and I can hide it in my bedroom if I get busy and don't want people to see my dirty laundry

Same, plus the machines kick off extra heat, making the BR extra cozy in cooler climates.
My only complaint is the placement of the fridge, but I'd get used to it.

Absolutely beautiful for a young adult. My grandson, age 16, loved everything about this tiny home/ apartment. Keep it up, Mr. Tiny by the time he has reached 18, he will have one.😊

I absolutely really love the layout of this place. My favorite parts are the exterior and the design. This would be nice for someone starting out or someone who wants to downsize.

I love how smooth and seamless and “unbusy” and yes elegant it all looks. Love love love the white quartz. My personal fave. And I love that tile. It’s lovely without attacking you with too much crazy color going on. Lol. Also tiny transoms I like as well as the fandolier.

After looking over dozens of tiny homes, this may be the best one I’ve seen. The floor plan is TOP tier. The closet. The bathroom doesn’t look cramped. The only thing I’d change is including the fridge in the kitchen and put a pantry where the fridge is originally

This is a GORGEOUS Tiny home!!! My husband and I love the design/features, the front porch, the kitchen layout (and design), & the shower. This model would complete & perfect by adding: a back porch & a loft!! We're hoping that these features could be added, even it means an extra cost. We're excited to visit the Rockwall lot & see this in person!!! As always, you do a fantastic job showing the homes!
Just when I think I have found my favorite RRC model, a new favorite is presented. If only I had a place to put one. No, I don't want to move to The South. Been there. Done that.
Beautiful home, my favorite feature is the tile accents which are subtle but add such an eye catching richness to the appearance. The details are so well thought out with style and just enough flair. The bathroom is awesome 🤩 bedroom fan/ light fixture is very cool .

Nice model. I’d love to see the track finish going all the way over the washer and dryer so you could cover it with the door. Also would love to see beamed cedar ceilings. And can there be brushed nickel finishings instead

Fixtures and design are lovely. Not so lovely is the washer and dryer in the bedroom with nothing to hide them. I would want a barn door hiding those when not in use. No pantry in kitchen - just that linen closet/storage area outside of bedroom. You have other 399 sq ft homes that have those features, so those appeal to me more. However the Black and Gold design elements and fixtures and quartz countertops are choices I would like to see in your other tiny homes.

This is gorgeous…a few things someone MIGHT predefined: smaller stove/oven and dishwasher to allow for more counter and cabinet space. That would be a great option for someone ordering a unit from scratch. Also…the fridge around the corner…not sure if that’s a very convenient feature. But this is finished beautifully!! Love the option to upgrade counters and tile.

This is on point with my style…but, I want a loft. I’m sure you can do that, Mr. Tiny!
This was such an inspirational model for me. I would buy this today if I could as is. After watching it several times I would make the following upgrades. Counter tops AND the entertainment center would be in quartz with WAY bolder gold accents. I would extend the top cabinets all the way to the ceiling. I think the angle is a cool feature. They would be finished out formally, very high end etchings. If the fridge opens towards the kitchen it’s a win. I do not mind it there because you have nice big hallway unobstructed making the whole house feel larger. The bathroom would also be sheets of quartz with mega gold inlay. I would put a sheet of gold across as the backsplash in the kitchen. I like the floors. You could easily fit a California King in there on the wall underneath those high windows and have room. I would add a barn door to the two in the bedroom. I would have a tub separate from the shower with a built in vanity.
