Thats exactly how I make my tiny 480 square foot house feel big, with outside spaces. I add to my house every year with tax return money. I built my 16'x24' tiny house on my families 30 acres in a sugar cane field. I have added a 16'x24' attached screen in porch on the rear, then a 16'x24' carport to that, then on the side of the house a 12'x24' shed, then I attached to my carport a 16'x33' covered fire pit awning, then a 16'x6' fence from my house to shed and 45' fence from my shed to parallel my porch and carport making a 31'x48' courtyard with the backyard view to the sugar cane field and woods open with no fence. Its all about porches, decks, awnings, fire pits, outside kitchens. All this makes a tiny house much more useable. Especially for guests. I have about 12 friends over all winter about 2 Saturdays a month to hangout by the fire pit and enjoy some brews, wine, and either BBQ or gumbo.
If I had the money or I would just add over time every year adding one project the only 4 things I would have done differently 1) cement slab with house on cinder blocks at least 3' off ground for easy under house working or if I had the money I would have gone about 8' off ground to have double the footprint to have 2 car garage and screened in porch underneath 2) all desks would be covered 3) fire pit area would have a covered U shaped covered pergola so enjoying the fire pit you and your guest could be in the shade 4) its about 16' tall so I would have made the bedroom on a second floor and had below it a laundry/linen/utility/pantry room where the bedroom is now. And the cover over the deck would also be a second story deck off the bedroom.

This is the most bloody amazing ‘tiny house’ I’ve seen. I’ve been watching & researching places for years, but this one wins the award for the most spacious, liveable & luxurious place I have stumbled across. I am in love ❤
This might be one of my favorite tiny homes I've ever seen. Whoever designed this deserves a hug lol. I love the consideration to place large windows throughout for natural light, full size appliances, warm and neutral earth colors materials, huge bedroom with lots of light, the amazing patio wrap around patio that can be accessed from two areas of the home. The huge tub and skylight above the best surprise because I had anticipated that the bathroom would lack that feature considering most tiny homes sacrifice a tub to save space. Well done. Is there a washing machine/dryer?
I know!!!! I love my tiny house but wish I had a bathtub....my shower is gorgeous but I'm a bather as a shower is a chore and bathing is just so relaxing. I got myself one for outdoors but as I am in Canada it is only the summer season when I use it.
This is perfection! The location, the beautiful furnishings and overall decor choices, are stunning, without making it feel cramped. The outdoor spaces give a luxurious feel to the home, but don't overwhelm the natural beauty. Love your tours! This one is a winner!
Awesome plan...Needs a square rolling center island with a matching stone overhang off the ends & one side where you will expand the usable counter space, under cabinet space & could squeeze 4 thin-profile low backed bar stools under... put an outlet in the floor under the island & wire the island & you have appliance functionality if desired...
As an owner of an 864 sq. ft. prairie ranch 2 bed 1 bath house originally built in 1945, I am a fan of smaller homes. This 525 sq. ft. beauty is a stunner - wonderfully and thoughtfully designed and decorated. As a small vacation home it’s perfect, and if done with a couple hundred more sq. ft. it would probably suit the majority of people needing another bedroom or office space. For the more minimalist it could be their permanent home.
This is a normal size home for many in Europe for a couple. The space could be furnished so it becomes more versatile and functional if you have guests. Plenty of space.
Same here. I own an 864 sq ft ranch, 3 bedroom 1 bath built in 1951. Our mortgage is smaller and overall cost of ownership is less than many others. This house is amazing.
Agreed -- The only thing I would do different design-wise is forgo the 'dinner table' and make that a small kitchen island with two backless stools. Other than that the flow is amazing.
Stunning! I have looked and dreamed 1000s of tiny and small homes. This is airy and calming, enough leg room and lack of knee bangers to feel like a permanent sanctuary. Of course, the natural beauty and privacy increase its beauty tenfold. I'd move in in a second.
So beautiful. Love that the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Looks like a mix between a shipping container & barndominium home. Perfect. Would be neat to see how a second bedroom could be added by choosing a bit bigger layout
A tiny house is 400sqft or less. That is the industry standard. A THOW has .measurement restrictions because they are built on trailers with the ability to travel. Can't really be compared to a tiny house on a foundation...... where you can casually decide to add an extra bedroom.
That's because of the high ceilings. They could probably fit +1000 sqft inside of it with 2 floors and lower ceilings. Not sure it still counts as "tiny" house.
Nice place for one person but would need a pantry (I’m a cook) and more closet space; I’ll skip the tub as I’m a shower person but nice layout and deck space. As I live in bear country, I would put the metal fence completely around the deck to prevent bears from walking up the step and would add a cage protector to the sliding doors for reinforcement. Also thermal drapes are a must to control the climate and for privacy but I love the windows up high to let the light in. Last, to save space in the living room, I would just put the direct vent fireplace under the TV on the rock wall. Love the open concept and it’s done so well. Modern cozy! Love it (with only a few tweaks) ❤
Like people have said, the shower/tub wet room combo made me go “huh! Genius!” I also loved the walnut, green and gold designs. The whole place is absolutely beautiful and a really clever design. Definitely one of the best places yet!
That kind of layout, a tub in the shower room is typical Japanese style bathroom. The designer might take trip to Japan and stay at a hotel with such a bathroom.
@@sirmione905I think the tub is usually built in and rectangular instead of freestanding. This setup is going to be a little difficult to clean around.
The tiny house movement has lost its meaning. The whole purpose of going tiny was to save money. Most of these tiny houses are not much cheaper than a regular size house and are complete rip offs. Don't be taken!
I wish there was a way to get a breakdown for materials. This is my favorite house I've ever seen the way it's decorated, the aesthetic, all of the touches, all of it, I love it. Customizing the blueprint for my own place, and am pouring over this video to try and match the design of this. Thank you so much for posting this, truly!
Home builds remind me of where I was just a few years ago, no savings, no IRA, nothing. Thought owning a home was out of reach. But after three years of hard work and smart investing, I grew my savings to $350k and finally bought a home. If I can do it, anyone can. Graham David Fullerton was very helpful in making this dream a reality by investing towards a particular goal.
I went from having no money to invest, to working my butt off with Uber Eats for four months to save around $20k to start working with Graham David Fullerton. Now, I'm sitting at $128k, and I’m absolutely loving the progress, hoping to buy my first home soon. GLAD that you have to bring this up here.
Where do I start? How do I begin investing? I'm hopeless and I don't think I can ever get a home with the current rates. If anyone has advice, please share. Also, how can I get in touch with him?
I Love it, a lot of space to walk around the bed and the bathroom is huge for a tiny house I Love this one. Especially for 525 sq feet that’s what I was thinking a little bigger than 350 to 400 sq ft. Perfect
Nice little spot! Love that sliding wood door inside and the custom oak table in the kitchen. The owners did a great job with the overall decor. Very cozy looking 😊
Every inch of space has been utilized to maximize functionality and create a comfortable living environment. From the smart layout to meticulously thought-out design elements, this house proves that size is not important when it comes to creating a beautiful and practical home. It is truly captivating and impressive with its creative design. Congratulations on creating such an admirable project! I love it ❤️
I'd make it around 625sqft. side by side washer and dryer. Kitchen/living room slightly more space for table. Along with Japanese healthy tile in several spots.
I really enjoy your channel, but what would make it even better is a discussion about construction, both in terms of time required and budget. This might include an interview with the owner, builder or both. Or, you could just provide what you have researched before hand. I'm sure some owners will not want the information to be known, but for those that do, it would really add to the presentation.
I LOVED this one! Just what I’ve been looking for-a beautiful two person stay in Hocking Hills. That layout makes it so special! Thanks for sharing Levi.
My own home is only 1100 sq ft (by choice). So this is half the size. I absolutely love this place, whoever designed this did it perfectly. Those of us prefer smaller homes know they can feel amazing when designed and upgraded properly. Very nice
I LOVE that love edge barn door. I have 2 barn doors made from barn wood brought here from Michigan from a barn built in 1896. But a live edge never occurred to me. That would have to be one HUGE tree!
This is a lovely tiny home. Exactly what my husband and I have been looking for. Love the kitchen, hugh windows that brings in the natural light, the high ceilings to the big bathroom its all amazingly beautiful. The outdoor patio is beautiful too!! I’m in love with this tiny home.
There's a tiny house community south of us in Flat Rock NC. Not only were the houses overpriced, IMO, you didn't own your own land, there was a pricey HOA, and zoning was so backward you couldn't roof over a deck or make any modifications at ALL on "your" home. We ended up in a manufactured house on our own land where we COULD do modifications.. and saved enough on the house that we could afford to! And we have almost 1400 sq. ft. of living space. All on one level, no stairs.
Greetings and Salutations I absolutely admire the tiny house pocket neighborhood community I only remember my crawl space being that awesome sauce with the barter system it really open my eyes to what 14 degreed water can get me after installing a jacuzzi as well because that's loads of soap Good luck Thanks 😊
I get annoyed with people who think a tiny house requires things like a composting toilet and only one sink where you brush your teeth and do your dishes. I just don't want some three bedroom two bath ecological monstrosity.
As someone mobility impaired I love this bath room. A tub for people who want a bath but the shower area in front for people like me. The turn on at the door instead of the shower head is great. Love this layout. Just need a washer/dryer combo and a dresser and it would be perfect.❤
He pointed out the closet that holds a washer dryer. What is missing is any coat closet or storage for boots, or off season clothes. Only the one small bedroom closet. Also no upper kitchen cabinets so no storage of small appliances. And costly to cover tne windows at night in more populated areas.
If you were going to live in this then…create a mud room entry with closet, forget the tub and make that a closet in the bedroom, and upper cabinets. I love this place
This is the original plan. Looks like they used the larger closet to make that big beautiful shower www.truoba.com/house-plans/tm-220/ If you went with a tankless water heater you'd have more room in the hall closet for storage. I think my only change would be I'd make the corner of the deck outside the bedroom a screened in porch.
This Tiny House takes home the Gold Medal IMHO. WOW! Fantastic design and layout! Wonderful outdoor deck plan and the gravel sculpted grounds are a really wonderful way to frame the property and environment. A+++
Definitely would utilize the wall space more for cabinets and storage if I’d lived in this house full time. For an Airbnb this is perfect. Love the views.
This home is absolutely beautiful. We all love seeing these gorgeous floor plans come together. But the main question that we always have that never seems to be mentioned in these videos, is the approx cost of a home like this. Without the land.
For a variety of reasons these all have a very high cost per square foot. They are custom built, not cheap tract homes. The builder still has many fixed costs per building site that do not change just because the house is small. Most owners of land like this will opt for two or three times this size because once you get past all the other build expenses, it doesn’t cost mad money to just go with a larger house and hardly changes your monthly mortgage payment. The other part of real life is that most people have more stuff, kids, guests and would use more space.
I can tell you my house is also 525sqft and it’s around $700 per sqft. They aren’t cheap just because they’re smaller. Can depend on locations, trim levels, etc. things like decks, fences, concrete patios, etc add up too.
I believe technically a "tiny house" is something on wheels or that can be moved on a trailer (in one piece, vs a modular home etc), I agree with your thought...!
@@dontbeadogsbody3564 What would you call small and medium? Remembering there's also large. Then very large, huge, grand, mansion, mega mansion and more. This is just typical 1 bedroom sized living. No tiny home features or space saving cleverness. 300sqf is where things get tiny.
This house and spot would be perfect for empty-nesters like myself! Of course, I’d have to build a guest cabin for my daughters. Hell… maybe I need two of them🥰
I live in Canada and I'm from down the coast of port Simpson. I am at a point where I'm going to do my savings for down payment for home. I'm looking for something for myself for my retireme not too big and not too small. But elegant for retirement and this is the most beautiful home I've set my eyes on. I don't know how this could be possible for me in Canada. But it's so practical, it's so it's so beautiful. I love everything about it. I wouldn't ask for anything more with God's grace. I kept your post from my future. I thank you for sharing thit's amazing. Yours it's Rena Daniels
My tiny house cut off is typically 500sqft but decided to throw this one in at 525sqft. Sure it's not as "tiny" as some. Especially considering worldwide vs America. The floorpan was maximized and some techniques were used to make it feel and look a lot larger. No matter what you want to consider this, it was done well and made functional!
Typically, Tiny Homes/Houses are less than 500 Sq. Ft ( Although there is no set standard). Calling it a tiny home does an injustice to those that fit the criteria. Of course you can do so much more and impress with more square footage. Those that do fit into the Tiny home category suffer when compared to this.
@@LeviKellyTours and then saying loads of times too, particularly at the start. Almost like you were trying to convince people it is indeed a tiny house.
I absolutely really love this AirBnB! I would love to stay here if the price is right. Absolutely gorgeous! My favorite part is the swinging chair. I would give this 5 stars.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍👍👍👍👍❤❤❤❤❤
Loved it, The tub in the shower was unique and cool in some ways but I would be concerned about cleaning between the wall and tub. It is tight and looks very difficult to clean back there, being the shower and wet area looks like a good spot for mold to grow. It looks gorgeous. Also, personally I might have extended the roof all the way to cover the hot tub area for function over looks. A floor plan with room sizes would have been cool to see on this one. Props to the camera man for making 525SF look so big, Thats not easy.
agree with the shower/tub combo. Definitely mold/mildew central, especially in the summer months. The camera work was well done. Noticed how big the living room looked in different shots. It was definitely tiny.
It'd be interesting to see how the bathroom door reacts to how the shower was placed. I would make the entrance near the exterior wall, to keep the steam as far away as possible. I think it looks great, however, I'm not a big fan of barn style sliding doors in a bathroom. I feel that my guests would appreciate it being more akin to a vault door, sealing out sound and stench LOL
Good gracious! After years of snooping at tiny house designs, Levi you delivered this GEM! Well considered in all the ways. Love it, inside & out, what a beauty ❤❤❤❤❤
I really love the idea of a tiny house, especially if the outdoor space is well thought out. I have a feeling this one would be approaching the price of a normal house though…
Honestly, as a single person in my 50s, this is all I need. It's almost still too much space. I really am warming up to the idea of selling my beachfront home and going small (but in a gorgeous area...just not sure where yet). I'm embracing the green life in my old age. I just hope the future generations can have it as nice as I had it.
There's a lady you can search on RUclips, retired teacher gets tiny home. She has these gorgeous ceilings and she had curtains made I believe they are green you can see it in the pic of her video. It's amazing she has a fireplace on her porch. Ranch style gorgeous
This is fantastic! Love this channel. Thank you so much for featuring this house. I am downsizing and have been over sooo many floor plans and here you are showing me the perfect place. I love everything about this layout. It’s perfect for me! I have already sent this video to my contractor. 😊❤
I love this entire space, but I think part of what we all love about this tiny home is that it's set on acreage with 360° views and the openness works wonderfully there. Where many tiny homes are going, and where the biggest demand is for small homes like this, is as an extra unit (ADU) added on to a typical residential lot in a suburban neighborhood - where requirements dictate the home should be small. In those use cases, this home would not work nearly as well because everything is exposed and viewable by a neighbor. Also, the entry area and the deck with hot tub do not count in the square footage, but a municipality would count those as "footprint" area, so you would still need the required setbacks and allowances to add those spaces. Great home. I just wonder how likely it is to exist because someone with this much space around them is not as confined to squeezing out every extra couple hundred square feet to get to this size.
I'm glad to read some other practical and critical reviews. I posted this earlier, but you're so right and the windows would cause noise issues. This is a beautiful house and the ceiling height and windows are dreamy, but it isn't a well-designed house and could be so much more functional,. alas, it's built for very short-term living, so it would be perfect for a weekend! As far as long-term living goes, The TV and Record player by a heat source, stove is too big??? Bad design - situating the toilet in front of the door. I'm living in an old (1940s) 525 sq ft apartment that is very well designed. It has an entry hallway big enough for Nelson platform bench and overhead cabinets (5'x9) that leads to either the galley kitchen and dining nook (6'x8' with banquet and 42" pedestal dining table that very comfortably seats 4 and 2 chairs can be added. The dining nook sits between the kitchen and living room area (15x11). On the opposite wall, there is a back hallway leading to the bedroom, bathroom ( with full, deep tub. Not as big as the one in the video--which is difficult to clean around and 2 shallow bath armoire at 12" Depth) and 2 hall closets ( 1 closet can accommodate a stacking W/D unit). I wish my 10'x10' bedroom was a foot.larger, but as it stands, I can fit a queen bed with 2 attached side tables, a small lounge chair, shallow armoire (12" deep), it has 1 window and a closet. WITHOUT FEELING CRAMPED. There are 4 closets total. 1 bay window in living room, 1 window in dining area the same size as the one in the bedroom. Other units in my building also have a window in the bath above the tub. The takeaway is that while perhaps counterintuitive, small spaces ACTUALLY functions better with more wall/divided spaces rather than open-planned. This "looks" great, but my small apartment actually feels like small house!
That is the cutest most useable little house I have ever seen. I especially like the size of the bathroom with a tub yet! And the deck, everything you could need.
It's perfect for an Air B&B but would be difficult to live in as a house due to the lack of cabinet / storage space, laundry, closet space, and room for bedroom furniture.
Very nice. It would have been useful to see an actual floor plan of the house. There were a couple of unfortunate details that were jarring to me: the sliver of cut tile at the top of the bathroom walls - should have ended on a full height tile. And the bedside light switch straddling the joint between the slats. It should have been located either centrally on the slat or centrally on the joint. But I know I'm just being picky with the snagging!
It's gorgeous! I love the architecture and the design aesthetic. It's also probably a $300k tiny house judging by those beautiful, high-end finishes they went with.

GORGOUS HOUSE! Thanks for sharing. I love looking at designs especially tiny homes to get ideas I may be able to add to my place.
If I had the money or I would just add over time every year adding one project the only 4 things I would have done differently
1) cement slab with house on cinder blocks at least 3' off ground for easy under house working or if I had the money I would have gone about 8' off ground to have double the footprint to have 2 car garage and screened in porch underneath
2) all desks would be covered
3) fire pit area would have a covered U shaped covered pergola so enjoying the fire pit you and your guest could be in the shade
4) its about 16' tall so I would have made the bedroom on a second floor and had below it a laundry/linen/utility/pantry room where the bedroom is now. And the cover over the deck would also be a second story deck off the bedroom.
It's lovely - for vacation only.

Use his name to quickly conduct an internet search.
This is helpful, thanks. I'll message him right away.
I searched for his complete name on the internet and located his page. I sent an email; now, I'm awaiting his response.
It's a great floor plan for a ST rental, but I'd need more room to stay for an extended period of time. Great tour!
I love this tiny home. The bathroom sliding door is beautiful and adds so much character. The house looks so cozy and comfortable to live in.
I really liked this home, especially the bathroom door. So unique. Beautiful location. Great layout. Spacious.
I really like this place. Looking to downsize myself, this would work perfectly as a regular home.
So Well Done!
Love,Love, Love It!
I’d like a half bath and another bedroom. Where the privacy screen is would be great to put an outside shower to rinse off after jacuzzi.
Very cozy looking 😊
the door was my favorite!
@@LeviKellyTours How does it close?
@@LeviKellyToursThou$ands
@LeviKelly Definitely a STATEMENT piece. 😊
I love it ❤️
I'm in love! I want this home! It's perfection❤
I'd make it around 625sqft. side by side washer and dryer. Kitchen/living room slightly more space for table. Along with Japanese healthy tile in several spots.
i'm manifesting this kinda home for my self in next 3-5 years
I really enjoy your channel, but what would make it even better is a discussion about construction, both in terms of time required and budget. This might include an interview with the owner, builder or both. Or, you could just provide what you have researched before hand. I'm sure some owners will not want the information to be known, but for those that do, it would really add to the presentation.
Beautiful home! Love that there's a wood stove AND a hot tub for those chilly winters! Thanks for sharing Levi!
The stove inside is gas.
@@JunkinsallyGas is more practical but a outdoor fire pit would be easy on deck or on the ground.
I LOVED this one! Just what I’ve been looking for-a beautiful two person stay in Hocking Hills. That layout makes it so special! Thanks for sharing Levi.
Is this available to rent? I have been looking for a place in hocking hills to plan a mini vacation
My first house was 525 sqft in Kansas City. Had a big garage too. I really liked that house and neighborhood
It's lovely. It's an air bnb house though, or a house for serious minimalists. These cute little homes don't incorporate much storage.
My own home is only 1100 sq ft (by choice). So this is half the size. I absolutely love this place, whoever designed this did it perfectly. Those of us prefer smaller homes know they can feel amazing when designed and upgraded properly. Very nice
1100 sq ft would be a very comfortableand expensive 3 bed, 2 bath, hall kitchen balcony apartment in most of Asia!
Seen tons of videos on this stuff. This is by far, hands down, absolutely doable. RAD. A bit small, but expandable. Rad!
FOUND THE FLOOR PLAN! 🏡 This is Truoba Mini 220 house ❤❤
Yes. "The market" is trying to find ways to make Tiny homeownership less attainable. Perhaps not intentional, but true.
Thank you for sharing videos like this. Those of us considering building custom homes get lots of ideas from all the unique places you visit.
I love the high ceilings. It's the one thing I miss about my old apartment (it was a studio loft apartment).
Greetings and Salutations
I absolutely admire the tiny house pocket neighborhood community
I only remember my crawl space being that awesome sauce with the barter system it really open my eyes to what 14 degreed water can get me after installing a jacuzzi as well because that's loads of soap
Good luck Thanks 😊
This is the first tiny house that is both beautiful and not lacking space and functionality in any way. Bravo!
I get annoyed with people who think a tiny house requires things like a composting toilet and only one sink where you brush your teeth and do your dishes.
I just don't want some three bedroom two bath ecological monstrosity.
Best Tiny House I have ever seen. I live in an apartment that size, but the high ceilings make a big difference.
One of the best, if not the best space layout for the square footage. This is a dream, 5-7acres yes......
This Tiny House takes home the Gold Medal IMHO. WOW! Fantastic design and layout! Wonderful outdoor deck plan and the gravel sculpted grounds are a really wonderful way to frame the property and environment. A+++
It's not a tiny house.
Definitely would utilize the wall space more for cabinets and storage if I’d lived in this house full time. For an Airbnb this is perfect. Love the views.
No book shelves
I want this house! Perfect for just me alone. I would consider a second BR as an office space. Great video!
Love the interior paint color. It’s an earthy green without being muddy and dirty looking. Wish I knew what it is!
The huge loveseat, wood burning stove.. windows, hanging chair outside.. overall style - love it!
This home is absolutely beautiful. We all love seeing these gorgeous floor plans come together. But the main question that we always have that never seems to be mentioned in these videos, is the approx cost of a home like this. Without the land.
Never do they give that, ever. not even an estimate.
I'd call this a cottage or "modern cabin" rather than a tiny home. Regardless, it's a beautiful home and really well thought out. I'd live there!
Yeah, it's not a tiny house. But it's gorgeous!
I believe technically a "tiny house" is something on wheels or that can be moved on a trailer (in one piece, vs a modular home etc), I agree with your thought...!
525 square feet? Seems pretty tiny to me.
Exactly what I was thinking
This has to be my favourite small house floor plan so far.
I’m in love ❤❤❤ the details the colors, interior everything is gorgeous ❤
Love that shower / tub! Never seen one like it. Lovely place Levi! Just perfect for a little vacation in the woods.
it is perfect!
Wow. Very creative execution of this house, and a great video as well Levi.
That's gorgeous. It's the perfect amount of space. No fuss, modern and elegant.
Love it. By far the best small House I've ever seen
@@ducking_up honestly couldn’t agree more.
@@ducking_up Perhaps it was my mistake to call it a tiny house in the video!
Congratulations on achieving both functionality and aesthetic appeal in your project!
@@LeviKellyTours and then saying loads of times too, particularly at the start. Almost like you were trying to convince people it is indeed a tiny house.
very well designed and decorated - love it
Oh, I love this! I will be selling this home. My dogs and I are all that’s left. Just really love it❗️
Beautiful
This would be perfect for my aspergers son who needs help with daily living.
I thought about the same issues you had with the shower area. Otherwise gorgeous.
agree with the shower/tub combo. Definitely mold/mildew central, especially in the summer months.
The camera work was well done. Noticed how big the living room looked in different shots. It was definitely tiny.
I wish i knew the floor plans thats exactly what im looking for
Ideas: automatic security widow shutters. On the repair side each window will have a code for replacement ordering. Things happen. The vent nice
1:21 With the lens you're using, the tv looks 15-20ft from the couch... next shot is a side view and it's like 7.
Super cool, wise use of space, high ceilings, and well decorated. This small home is a winner.
So luxurious, tastefully highlighted.
THE CEILING HEIGHT IS EVERYTHING.❤
I really love the idea of a tiny house, especially if the outdoor space is well thought out.
I have a feeling this one would be approaching the price of a normal house though…
There is no magic in housing. You get what you pay for. Also, in these small houses, it is nominal extra dollars to make it slightly bigger.
Yep
this one could save you a lot using sweat equity(aka do a lot of the work yourself or with buddies & get it done faster because of the small size)
Ranch style gorgeous
a beachfront home sounds like a dream though so I hope you find a a woodsy beach somewhere
I love how you were able to maintain insane house price in a smaller package. Great job!
Wow. Beautiful. I could live there comfortably alone with my dogs. And I really love the covered and not covered deck. Perfect ❤
A beautifully designed tiny home, with tasteful colour scheme and nice pieces of furniture. Love it.
This is absolutely gorgeous, Levi! I keep thinking I've seen it all with tinies, but you keep pleasantly surprising me! Thanks for sharing 👍
This is fantastic! Love this channel. Thank you so much for featuring this house. I am downsizing and have been over sooo many floor plans and here you are showing me the perfect place. I love everything about this layout. It’s perfect for me! I have already sent this video to my contractor. 😊❤
If you're comfortable doing so, please share the details as you proceed!
This is the most amazing house I have ever seen!!!
Other than lowering the TV ... Perfect
I think he mentioned the laundry behind the doors just outside the bedroom.
Absolutely perfectly done. I wish i could own one just like this. I have to wonder about costs because the finishes are stunning.
i really like the high ceilings, theu the eyes of this video that house feels really spacious.
Gorgeous. I'd make a dedicated island with seating rather than that small, uncomfortable table. That would make the space seem even more spacious.
What a beautiful small home - and the landscaping around it is simple yet effective. It looks easy enough to add on another room if you needed one.
Glad someone here said small not tiny.
It's gorgeous! I love the architecture and the design aesthetic. It's also probably a $300k tiny house judging by those beautiful, high-end finishes they went with.
500-1000$/sq ft + land seems likely
Yeah, finally saw it near the end….$317/sf
$317 a night to stay......Not $317 a sq/ft to build.......
