I've been looking at tiny homes for three years and have to say that this company has impressed me anew! So many look the same from one company to the next, but your homes have taken tiny homes to the next level!!! I've seen two of the models that I would definitely choose to make mine if possible. Just amazing!!!

Love the BIG King size first floor bedroom. Living area is a bit small however. All these companies do shelves and open upper area. It makes the space appear bigger but I have lots of dishes that I would not have a home for. Need upper cabinets!!

I just love the style and design, the big bathroom and the bedroom downstairs. I personally would have preferred the washer dryer combo under the stairs and horizontal tiles in the shower.
Totally! This was a totally custom build, so our client was hoping for it that way, but you could build it however you'd prefer!
It is very nicely styled and pretty. I understand that this was custom made for the specific client which is very nice. For a tiny home in general, I would like to see a bathtub in the bathroom as well. That's an important feature for anyone with a child. Also I think there definitely needs to be a much higher ceiling in the loft area as it would be uncomfortable for anyone to keep bending down or crawling to sleep each night. The lower ceiling makes it impossible to use the extra area for an office. It would be nice to be able to walk upright -- and its also nice when there is an opportunity to use the roof as an additional deck to enjoy or exercise in -- as some tiny homes offer.
Because there are height restrictions on these types of tiny homes, there is no way they can make a loft you can stand up in, unfortunately.

Excellent design. I would move that couch right into the corner and swap the copper light over to where that fig plant is for a smoother looking lounge area. Pity the washer dryer is in the kitchen. The kitchen table is rather big. It would be great if the kitchen table could be hinged somehow so you could drop it down and make it smaller when needed. Otherwise, a very liveable design.

This one is a home run for sure. The only thing I would change is the w/d, I don't want to walk in my house and that is the first thing I see, it takes away from the aesthetics surrounding it but other than that beautiful.

Too many windows for me, especially in the kitchen, but everything else is spot on. Good to see proper thought on storage and layout, and a proper sized shower; but not a stupidly over-sized bathroom, well done!
Agree! I see so many tiny homes with a massive bathroom. I don't want to spend much time in my bathroom, so a decent sized one is all I'd need!
I like a larger bathroom and this one is perfect. I agree about the windows, especially in the bedroom where I like it very dark for sleeping.

Beautiful . but by the time you pay for this and the land are you really saving that much ? Maybe depending on where you live ....but its nice that you can just drive it anywhere . this is still a very limited housing segment .Not geared for poor people who can't afford a house in the cheaper markets .

I get it's 'trendy' to have the 'music' on the background, but people looking at tiny homes want to hear you and what you have to say about your home. This tiny Home is really homey,The kitchen is nice and reasonably spacious for prep work. Only disappointment is you have to crawl on your hands and knees in the bedroom.Many people just do not like that especially elderly & those with disabilities.That is really unfortunate.

Fantastic design! Having the stairs next to the bathroom keeps a much less cluttered living space. Good storage. This is truly one of the better tiny designs I've seen.

Beautiful. For up in that loft they have these things called “scoot stools” that might help someone comfortable getting around up there.

Nice Tiny Home, but the Tiny Home builders here in New Zealand have really are hands down, the best designs. Functionality is the key. And its not in this Tiny Home.
i'm old fashioned the out side remind me of a huge box, dislike the sink, prefer farm sinks hate the accent wall cuts the living area up ! makes it look like a closet..it is mode3rn and just not my style, but nicely done.

One of the unwritten AND written rules of using royalty free music is giving the artist credit for their hard work if you're going to use it to enhance your video. It's really vile when content creators have no problem using other artist's hard work and then not giving them any credit... but here we are. It literally doesn't cost anything to add a credit or link in a description but, "Tru Form Tiny" apparent feels entitled to not follow this basic standard practice of decency.

Great house! I was watching on mute because I’m in a meeting. ;) Missed what you said about height- although I noticed in the bedroom you mentioned it. How high was that ceiling? You didn’t seem to have much clearance, but you seem like a tall guy.

Can the roof be on a hydraulic lift so that once parked you can pop it up and not have to crawl around upstairs? At 60, I don't want to be scooting around or paying for half a tiny house I cannot use. Otherwise the layout is perfect and no bathroom directly off the kitchen!
Great house but i never understand why people set their living rooms up in these house so that they cant watch tv, even when they have one. Always baffles me.
