I live in a cargo van so you can imagine how luxurious this home is in my eyes. In the next five years, I plan on purchasing one of these in full. It’s my dream home really.
I would like to see a larger shower for older people or disabilities. This is nice and would be great to put at my house for my mother to live in.
This model is beautiful
And ticked all the boxes! I don't think you missed anything in this video! Thanks for posting these vids. I really enjoy them
And your presentation is always 👍 good!
Thank you so much. I try to be as descriptive as possible and answer as many questions as possible. You can always call with any questions you may have as well. 888-222-2699
This is very lovely. I have several suggestions for Park Model Homes to consider if it is possible, maybe as an option. Where the entertainment area is at in the living room maybe they would consider a smaller fireplace, then on either side have cabinets. It may require a small bump out for this, but it would be so nice to have that option. The cabinets can have a glass door option, cabinet door, or just open shelving. Not sure if it’s possible to have the fireplace set up to run on electric or gas/propane in case of a power outage. It would come in handy.
In the bedroom, and this also more than likely would require a bump out, at the head of the bed add a full wall cabinet area rather than the cabinet overhang above the bed. In the middle the addition could include small cabinet sections with slide open doors. The middle section could be a shelf. Just above that on each side in the center shelves for books, and the top shelf can extend across for a place for nicknack items or photos, then above this would be the cabinets you currently have in place, and the current side cabinets. Then have the bed in its place. Also a night light can be added somewhere handy in that center area near the bed, which can be nice if one has to get up in the night to check on a child or use the bathroom, or if a child comes in during the night it is nice to have a nightlight handy to smooth them. My parents had a bed where the headboard had the alcove in the center, then the two side doors would slide to meet in the middle. (It was a 1950s style bed.) This provided both to have a cabinet nook for themselves, and have a clock in the middle with a nightlight as well. Eyeglasses, wallets, etc, can be placed in the cabinets by each individual. Also, if someone is sick they can have a place handy to put cough syrup or other medicine they may need in the night, but still have it securely placed within the tiny cabinet.
These are just a thought, and certainly could be a nice choice for adding to a home. Beautiful homes with excellent craftsmanship.
I love the corner sink in the bathroom with all that shelving and space!!! Also love this model, it's perfect for my family. We have a 5th wheel now and are moving to some land right after Christmas. Would love to have this!!!
Definitely helps free up space having the sink in the corner. Lots of storage for everyone! Thanks, Mary. hope one day we can help you get into your perfect Park Model! Be sure to subscriber we have some really nice units coming soon 😀
@@PARKMODELHOMESNATIONWIDE oh I'm definitely a subscriber of yours now, thanx so much 😊
Hi Mary. Do u live in it full time? Im single with two boys and need to start thinking of owning something small like this. Rent is getting too crazy. Its hard to find the lots or parks for full timers where I am sadly
@@juliancrawford9143 we do live in it full-time. But my husband is a mechanic and can fix most everything that breaks by himself. If you have the money to buy a new one with a good warranty, I'd say do it. If you're mechanical at all it would work but if you don't know how to fix things on your own, you won't like living in a RV full-time. Something is always breaking. Lots of independent women learn how to fix things on their own by referring to RUclips. Our town didn't have hardly any RV parks a few years ago bit now there's a ton it seems like. We chose this way of living because we want to build on land. You will save a good amount of money too as long as nothing breaks. We also stay in one place, we don't travel in ours. Hope this helps and I pray you and your boys find an affordable and safe home. God Bless y'all
Fantastic model!! Thank you for the tour!!
This is quite a good floor plan.
Suggestions:
- I would make a few descrete shoe shelves under the coat hangers
-I would make some drawer storage (with over extension drawer slides) under the kitchen countertop (the part adjecent to the sink and closest to the wall) accessible from the living room
- I would extend that bathroom countertop space below the window and would not have the two lateral mirror cabinets come all the way down to the countertop. It would open up the entire room, give you more usable space on the countertop. Customers can also place a laundry basket underneath that extended part.
-I would personally need a double sink in the kitchen and one big long but less tall window under the kitchen elements
- Much bigger window in the bedroom
- A moving panel with a mounted TV in the bedroom infront of the closet that can be moved on a side to access the middle part od the closet (would require a little bit shallower closet) or a rolled up projector screen.
- The closet would be different, too. I would make the entire upper part for hangers with a shelf running above them and the lower part for drawers.
Love this!
Love it just the way it is
Nice, I would not change a thing!!!
Thank you! My personal favorite!
How about a hidden appliance tower inside that dead space by the dishwasher? Raises up on hydraulics to reveal coffeemaker, other countertop appliances. Consider a dishwasher drawer rather than a full dishwasher. Make sure the fan in the microwave hood vents to the outside, rather than blow air back into the kitchen. Install pull-out drawers rather than shelves inside the pantry (I assume that's a pantry to the left of the fridge). Keep the entertainment/fireplace bump-out, but don't install anything there, to allow for client's existing entertainment center. Shift windows up on either side of that space to allow book/disc shelves (I don't have as many physical books as I used to, but have a good-sized DVD/Blu-ray collection). Consider a larger shower (remove those cabinets next to the current one) that is wheelchair accessible (no lip). Allow customizing for the closet area to accommodate client's existing dresser (I wouldn't want to give up my 70+ year old, one-of-a-kind, Heywood Wakefield prototype dresser). Consider a platform bed surface with storage underneath (either drawers, or the whole platform raises from the foot). Change out the heavy, dark wood railings for the stairs & loft for something less massive/dark. In the loft, take out the railing facing the downstairs and add a long countertop (with electrical plugs) to make a home office space; your legs could dangle off the edge while you were seated at the countertop. Add storage shelves in the loft area.
I would love to know a little more about the construction of your models period for example what are the walls made out of. What kind of flooring do you have?
I adore this model in so many ways!
I'd definitely like to include a dishwasher. For this one, it seems that we're not just giving up a bank of drawers, but access to that whole "deadspace" corner between there and the stove. That's a great place for the twice/year roasting pans and turkey platters etc. I'm happy to reach in there and dig them out occasionally.
Would it be possible to put the dishwasher where the other bank of drawers is located? But, opening out where the outlet is rather than where the drawer fronts are? ( Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to move around in the kitchen when dishwasher door is opened). Would that space accommodate an 18" dishwasher?
Really beautiful home, thanks for the tour!

I love these homes! One day soon!
I would add a bank of drawers under the bathroom window with the countertop extended over it. (With a few inches gap between the cabinet and the shower glass)
Love this one!
I like this layout. I would need a little more privacy on the loft area for my child. I love the entrance on the side.
You could always install a short curtain (may need to be custom made) so you can open when needed for light and ventilation and close when privacy is needed.
I like the home. But it would have to be all electric for me. And it would be permanent. Not in an RV park. What is the underneath of the home like? Especially where I live. Temps in the winter get -20 below zero. Lots of snow. Can you do no TV mount in the living room?. Just a TV mount in the bedroom. What about a house door instead of the sliding glass door?
I can make it all electric you need 100 amp service on site. The underneath is insulated with R-21 and covered with a rodent resident mesh. You want to ensure you insulated and have a good skirting underneath your unit. We can pre install your TV bracket if you would like. We do use standard 2x4 framing so you can install on your own as well.
Love the home. I wouldn't do sliding glass doors. Takes up too much space that you can use for shelves or cabinets
I like this❤
I think you need to have split units in front and back for AC/heat. Maybe I miised it, do you have exhaust fans in kitchen and bathroom?
I like this house 🏡🏡🏡
Thanks Velvet, Thank you for following be sure to subscribe! We have some really nice models coming in soon!
I would take out the sliding door put in a 9 light single door giving more space for a small area left side of entry for a coat rack/shoe space. Other than that, I loved most everything about this home. It would be nice to have some pricing ideal.
God bless u always and happy holidays to you and your family and friends always. I like this house it's just my size. Baltimore MD 🙏
Vernola, Thank you so much wish you the best for the New Years! Thank you for following be sure to subscribe! We have some really nice models coming in soon!
You did an awesome presentation of this home. I loved the dishwasher. Got to have one always 4 me. The counter tops make the home look luxurious. The bathroom looks very roomy. I am not sure I thought before when I watched one of your videos that the loft had a few inches more of head space like 48 inches because of the 1st level drop down bedroom. This looked shorter to me. Maybe I missed what you said all in all if you would include a today only price that would be great to give us an idea to have a starting point before showing up at your lot. Take care & thank you for your time on the videos.
@vanoss3248 hey I'm late. Just saw the message.
Wow
I have had two back surgeries and with the washer under the washer i
I wouldn’t be able to get down the there
Do you have offgrid park models? I love the design of your models, but I live offgrid.
Watching these is like watching my dream home die right in front of me...
How do you manage moving a tiny house that comes with a front porch? Is it stable enough or highway-legal to transport the house with that porch attached? Just curious. And I do love the porch!
I would replace the combination microwave- fan for a fan that is properly vented out through the ceiling. I have the combination microwave- vent and I absolutely hate it! It blows all condensation, grease etc to your ceitling and cabinets. Damaging the cabinets and ceiling everytime you cook.It would really make a difference
One thing i look at is R-rating for winter.
Cieling, walls, and floor.
Also i understand the reason for that roof line. That wont work in a heavy snow environment. Is there a steeper roof option that could be fitted to these roofs once on site? Too flat.
Why don't Manufactures make a Loft that Raises? During Transport, it is at Normal Level but once on site.... Push a Button and the Loft Raises to give you Full Height Ceilings of 6ft 6in Minimum ( me being 6'4" ). Now that would be Nice to see/have...
For manufacturers of park models the reason is simple, keeping the counted floor space just under 400 sq. ft. With the pop top you are proposing then the loft would be counted as useable floor space and bring it above 400 sq. ft. Then it could no longer be built to RVIA standards, the unit would need to have a second door + a lot more.
Can you put in a bathtub in this unit and leave out the side cabinets?
This one was absolutely beautiful. Is it possible to get this model with an enclosed loft?
Can you make one with storage closet with drawers thruout upstairs in loft
Where are you located? And what price range are these ?
These homesare beautiful. So many designs. Sad reality is the majority of people who want these their simply too costly. This is the American dream....... 😢 only the rich.
How much does this one cost to buy.
What is the starting price?
Where do I see prices??
like the plan, but there is a ton of wasted storage space in the corner of the kitchen between the stove and dishwasher.
I mean queen size bed is only big enough for maybe one person when you get old because you need a space so what are you do you make a bigger bed right.❤
How wide are the door jams and hallways. Are they smaller then standard. They look very narrow.
I have seen thousands of Tiny Homes. I love this layout!!! This is one that meets All my needs and Wants!!!! I love it!!!!! What price am I looking at?
This unit is by far my most favorite this unit is 115k fully furnished just the way you see it. Price could be lower if you don't need furniture.
Where can I look at pricing?
Call us at 888-222-2699 we can give you an exact quote delivered to site.
What are the walls made of?
❤
I always like too know the price and there measurements? Is this 11 or 12 ft wide? How long is it? Ty
About 115k plus delivery. It's 11ft 2in wide and 35ft 6in long. Right at the 399sq ft.
@@PARKMODELHOMESNATIONWIDE ty so much!
Isn’t there anything longer a bigger than where you can put a king size bed and still be able to walk around
Yes here is one of those units that fit a king I just uploaded it a month or so ago ruclips.net/video/kV4G038hmnw/видео.html
Are all your models using wall panels instead of sheet rock(drywall)?
No we do drywall as well.
Or you could buy a teak, waterproof bench and put it in the shower.
Can you get the porch off the back?
If you don't do the dropped floor in the bedroom you can add a porch of the bedroom
Turn the covered porch into another bedroom with at least a half bath
Good Idea unfortunately we cannot exceed 399 sq. ft. per RVIA code.
My house was damaged in a fire. I've had no electricity for over 4 months now and the pipes burst 2 weeks ago so now I have no water, either. I'm in a mobile home park and would love to replace my damaged house with a tiny park model house. What can you do to help me with that plan?
Give us a call on Monday. 888-222-2699 ask for Brandon.

Can you request drywall in your units versus the panel walls?
Only certain manufacturers do drywall
But yes it is something we offer.
Am I seeing seems on the walls? The walls look like they use RV panels. I wouldn’t want to feel like I live in an RV. Drywall for me please.
Dude, I'm really interested in your tiny homes. But I have to ask you. Why do I have to ask every video? What is the dimensions of the actual home width and length? It matters for many of us that have the tight fit to get it into the backyard.... Knowing the width is essential, but you never wanna give simple information.
Can’t you have a wood fire place and if you can’t let me know,or why can’t you just have a real fireplace?
We can't do wood or gas burning fireplaces unfortunately.
Cheap build. There are better units available.
