In the video he says a wrap side porch is intended to be built. The front deck and it will make one large deck. Doing so is smart because if you put a door there you would lose the wall space

I'm kind of in love with this home. I love the design, it's really practical but also gives you enough storage space in every room. I love that you used Corian countertops. I had them installed in my kitchen at a previous home and I loved them. My husband and I are looking to put a tiny house on a piece of property once we retire. The high ceilings, all the windows and the light airy colors you used make the home feel more spacious. I'd rather downsize as we get older because I don't want to spend all my free time cleaning my house. It's just the right size.

Did this home go to Star Valley Ranch? My neighbor has this exact one and I love it! She put a deck around the side to connect to the front porch and I must say it is my favorite in the entire park. I also loved that it didn't have the horrible off-gassing from the cheap materials that so many park models are made from. A very quality unit...

With a shoe rack on the bottom & a shelve on top for hats, gloves, scarfs. I always prefer to have a separate coat closet for these items at the entrance of my home. Would love to know if that's a possibility.

It totally depends on where it's being delivered to. We are in Washington and freight to get a unit to us is 14k. So this house is 130k or so delivered to Washington. Now if your on the east cost, you will be around 115k. This is why we don't list pricing because we deliver nationwide. The base price on this house is only 80k plus options and delivery and local sales tax. Also these videos stay up on our channel for years and as you know pricing changes all the time.I hope you understand why we don't list pricing on our videos but when you request pricing we can provide you an exact quote in your city.

If yall really wanna be unique. Do what non has done before. 2 seperate bathroom. Back to back. One for toilet and sink. One for shower and bath. Make the bathroom japanese style. And put compost/insinerator toilet for toilet room. And don't skimp on the sink size. The counter should be a good size. That'd be unique.
You can step it up one notch by adding a genkan/mudroom. Like a proper one. In the front fo side. But it would be alot easier to do in the front. Do front to back entrance on the far right and far left of each end.
