Love it! The only things I’d change is remove the tub and do the walk in shower and on that front kitchen window I’d put a greenhouse window for growing herbs.
Most definitely beautiful! I love the natural light! Tub/shower combo!! WOW! Yes, I'm sold, lol air conditioner & bed room is down stairs too, hallelujah for that! We can't do stairs all the time! This should sell well. 🎉
This loft space is incredible and would make two upstairs bedrooms if needed, plus room to put low storage along the side walls. The only other thing I would ask is for large bi-fold windows and doors to let the outside in.
❤Love it, actually works for me I would need the panels in the loft so you can see into each one. Also I would not want the queen size bed, I have a wooden daybed that I could pop up to a queen size bed. Good part when I need space in my room I just put the pop up mattress back under. This would really work for me and my 2 grandchildren. 🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾
I was thinking the same thing, I actually don’t like sliding doors as an entrance to the house. I always feel like people can either break it or easily break in.
Can you show more cabinetry details, please? I would like to see how the drawers are built….are the drawer sides dovetailed, stapled, etc.? Solid wood or composite material? Also, what is the material that makes up the main walls? I see shiplap for some accent walls, but never see shiplap used throughout. I love these designs, but I somehow get the feel that these are built similar in nature to RVs, rather than more solid-type foundational homes. Thx!
Just not into that apron farm sink or those countertops. Take away the fancy tv/dvd player for quartz or granite countertops. That would take it to the next level imo. 😊 Love the placement of the beautiful cabinetry. Pantry is wonderful!! Would love one of these!
Need a back/side door if expandable. Bay window over sink. Don't want big sliding glass doors as only door, replace with solid door, too many windows for me. Nice layout for site built home with bigger dimensions on small/odd shaped lamd.
This is as close as I have come to being what I want. I love that the bathroom is NOT right next to the kitchen! The cabinets and trim are just a little dark for me.
To many windows again in the front. No sliding front doors. French doors look so much nicer and add to the home. I want a regular stackable washer and dryer. Not a small one. I plan on living in it for the rest of my life.
I love this model...everything about it except for the cheap looking paneled walls. I hate those. Can you have sheet rock walls? Also, can you have a regular front door instead of a slider and no shower door? I'd rather do a curtain. 😊
I have the same questions too. I lived in one of these types of homes when my kids were little, the paneled walls drove me nuts, especially those little cheap wood pieces that they had in between each panel, it looks tacky and was asthetically unpleasing, plus they kept coming off and had to be red staple gunned a lot. One of my kids at age 3 took a butter knife to one panel and managed to carve a giant hole in the wall so I'm not keen on walls that a butter knife can destroy easily. I was also wondering if they would do all open shelving around the bed instead of cabinets, I'd rather display my books (I have a few hundred and will not get rid of them) on shelves above the bed or artwork with shelves on the side of the bed. I also wish there was a place for some of my family heirlooms like my great great grandma's dresser, vanity and hope chest because I refuse to part with them but these homes don't seem to accommodate any pieces someone might have been passed down. This floor plan is definitely my favorite though and I suppose my pieces could be put in the loft if the height of the ceiling would allow the dresser and vanity. I definitely love the ceiling height cabinets in the kitchen and all the bathroom storage but I'd rather have a curtain too and a deeper non-plastic tub/shower combo or a Japanese soaking tub/shower combo. I'd also want more than two rows of backsplash, my current bathroom has that and it drives me nuts, I wish it went all the way up to the bottom of the cabinets. All that said I definitely like both this one and the one from the last video the same company made, especially the outside bottom being sealed so rats and rodents can't get in, that's genius! I'm curious if they might be able to add a battery area for solar panels too if someone wanted to be partially or fully off grid and an incinerator toilet if they have that option.
400 sq ft. Hopefully you were able to keep it under 150$ a square foot. Tiny Home builders are putting themselves out of business by losing sight of this. 300$+ per square foot is rediculous.
Very nice Park model Tiny home 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😊😊
I love it when the kitchen is far away from the bathroom 🙂
Me too! 😊
Hands-down, the best layout for this type of tiny home IMO.
Glad you like it!
I totally would ALWAYS go with the front kitchen. Bathroom is fantastic, smart person to give lots of storage
I love this house! It's perfect 😊
Just gorgeous
Love it! The only things I’d change is remove the tub and do the walk in shower and on that front kitchen window I’d put a greenhouse window for growing herbs.
Great ideas!
I love this one. If the kitchen cabinets had been white or cream it would have looked even bigger. That would have been my preference.
Love this….its perfect for what I want. Ohhhman I love this!!!
I like this floor plan better than the others. Looks bigger.
I agree!
Most definitely beautiful! I love the natural light! Tub/shower combo!! WOW! Yes, I'm sold, lol air conditioner & bed room is down stairs too, hallelujah for that! We can't do stairs all the time! This should sell well. 🎉
Thank you! 🤗
Love it !
This is awesome!!!!
Love kitchen in front
I like how you guys coordinate your videos so they come out at the same time as Mr. Tiny's cause I like both channels.
Lol BIG Joe and the Tiny Tim show should do a collaboration. Thank you for following.
This is my favorite, FLOORPLAN IS AMAZING ❤❤
Yes im loving this one
Love this house!
Pretty nice!!
How much does it cost?
The kitchen up front makes a ton more sense.
Right!
This loft space is incredible and would make two upstairs bedrooms if needed, plus room to put low storage along the side walls. The only other thing I would ask is for large bi-fold windows and doors to let the outside in.
Very nice
I've been trying to find a model exactly like this. I dont care for the dark brown finishes on it, but the floorplan is PERFECT.
I would go with a pocket door for the bedroom. It looked awkward when he was coming out. Any info on price?
I love this home! the layout is perfect for me! I would prefer a shower only! Some day!
Yeah most people prefer a shower. Good to have options. Thanks for commenting
stunning design
Definitely love this floor plan! And the tub is a plus. Not this year hopefully next year, and I’m on the east coast, saving this!
I like the tub in case your water gets cut off due to an emergency. So you have a decent store of water. Or for washing kids or the dog.
❤Love it, actually works for me I would need the panels in the loft so you can see into each one. Also I would not want the queen size bed, I have a wooden daybed that I could pop up to a queen size bed. Good part when I need space in my room I just put the pop up mattress back under. I really really like this one. Do the prices change on these homes?
I Love It 🥰🤗
Can you get a dishwasher in this model? Also can you get this without the loft and bump out the bedroom for a king bed?
Love it
About the only thing I don't care for is the sliding glass door as the only entrance. Other than that, I love it!
I was thinking the same thing, I actually don’t like sliding doors as an entrance to the house. I always feel like people can either break it or easily break in.
What is the total cost of one of these just like the one in the video?
Nice ! What is the size and base price?
Can you show more cabinetry details, please? I would like to see how the drawers are

Nice but I would need king mattress, that's the only down side to these most don't offer enough room for that size
We can make that change in this house;)
Just not into that apron farm sink or those countertops. Take away the fancy tv/dvd player for quartz or granite countertops. That would take it to the next level imo. 😊 Love the placement of the beautiful cabinetry. Pantry is wonderful!! Would love one of these!
It would be nice if you gave the price of this model.
Can you choose the appliance color
I'd want a dishwasher
Love this design but kitchen would have to be white or a colour of my choice
Very interested have been looking all over and my son wants this please text how I I can start the process? Thank you

How thick is that pre-finished sheet rock wall board?
What is the price of this home?
The only thing I would change is the tub. I would rather have a shower. Other than that very nice I could be very comfortable living here.
very cool

I like the layout but not a fan of the color of the cabinets at all, very dated looking in my opinion.
Just my opinion, but l think black appliances look outdated and tacky.
Under belly looks like crap.
✋🏻 👌🏻
Price is important to me ?
