I agree with your assessment about closing off that end piece of shelves in the kitchen, but if you guys could find a way to get rid of that mobile home wall moulding, that would be great.
Excellent unit. We have a Kropf; the storage is excellent. We use all of the storage. Your suggestion s are consistent with our experiences. You know your product well. Thank you for the informative video.
It looks like a great tiny home. However, my only criticism of the unit is regarding form rather than function. The way the walls are constructed, they look like walls in mobile homes from the 1970's. By that, I'm talking about the strips that cover the seams. It makes it look like a dated mobile home.
Same it makes me go back to other sellers when they don’t tell us the price, I’m looking for easy affordable prices and I dislike getting the run around on what the costs are.
People are more apt to move on your product when they know the BALLPARK cost [range} they are dealing with. To attempt to make them call so you can give them spiel is less effective then you may think. Just something to ponder. Transparency evokes trust. People understand that price has adjustment according to location, time of sell, and ad-ons etc.
A lot of kitchen space! We have amobile home and have considered this to travel and see family ...or just live where u like ...i have portable dishwasher, washer and dryer now...the kids are all grown and have homes of their own ....I don't know the laws of Missouri regarding these though....I thought of these long before they came out😅
Just a personal choice but I don't like the storage loft, also I prefer the single entry door versus the sliding door because I believe it's just a little more homey, besides that you make a very beautiful product.

He said it was a standard feature. You can get them with sheet rock.
Would love to see more units with front kitchen with upper and lower cabinets.
I like this unit a lot Joey.
Thank you!
Love it!
Price at the time of recording would be nice. How much?

Nice.

I like this house but no vent in the floor and smoke detection. Baltimore MD 🙏
There is ductwork and the smoke detectors are shipped loose for install on site.

Kropf can build it any way you'd like. Give Joey at PMH a call and he will help you :)
I love this unit! I assume I can’t trade my 30 foot travel trailer? I have the land and a shale slat ready for this tiny home?
Wow I really like this model, I would like some more information on this one!
Give us a call at 888-222-2699 tomorrow would love to get you more info.

I googled the cost and it said $98,000 on one site.....Geez I thought that it would be cheaper......
Price?? Even Chance's Mobile home channel gives you a ballpark price. Just a waste of time to watch without that..
I just looked at this on Thursday and it cost &98k
I might have missed it but how many square feet, minus lofts, does it have?
This is nice, not worth paying $625,000 for it.
I am not sure who told you it is $625,000??
@@austinfleck593 Are you suggesting this is worth $625,000? It is nice but come on, not worth anything close to that.
@@NujwOayk I am NOT saying that. You are the one that mentioned $625,000. No one is charging $625,000 for this lol.
Well how much is it,delivered ?
For real?!😮
Kitchen and front room. Air vent middle of the floor?? Why???????????
Do you know of a company that helps SSI recipients with tiny house
And do you deliver to MA ❓
Yes we do!
How much is it going for and can someone with a low credit get one with $5-8k down payment ❓
It is nice, not worth paying $625,000 for it.
@@NujwOaykyou’ve stated “ not worth paying $625,000 for it two times and deny saying it. It’s not anywhere close to that and you clearly have issues.
$72,000 - $99,000 and not likely
Apparently you don't cook. There's no work space by the range.

That's alot to respond to. All great questions! Can you call us tomorrow would be glad to answer your questions.
That's a beautiful floor plan and set up. That furniture is terrible though. In all honesty the floor looks more comfortable than that couch.
You get your ass out of that little house
Layout is great but pricey
The loft is just wasted space, in my opinion
