Oh my god!!! This is by far my favorite one!! They did it! A big living room, loft bedrooms and kitchen is amazing, not to mention the bathroom and master, oh my god the storage under, just wow!
TS 0:30 Having outside storage is an absolute must. You made it so accessible. I think the pull out trays you mentioned might be preferable. TS 1:54 Lifting the living room and putting more storage underneath is a stroke of genius.
I totally agree with you on this, as I live between the beach and the Indian River and own one kayak and 2 paddleboards. That under storage is just what I need, although I think I would want the trays to make getting them in and out easier. The raised living room also made this look so much more like its own space and sets the area off so nicely... plus storage is always good anywhere! The only things I would change on this unit would be to add a spot for, or even the stackable W/D as well.... that is a must for me. I would also want to add a dishwasher as I have lived on a boat and in an older park model for years without one and I really miss that! Lastly, I would love to see a tub/shower combo in the bath being a female that likes to have a nice soak sometimes. I would hate to lose that great counter apace in the bath, though, and I am betting you would have to. Otherwise, this is just what I will be looking for in the next 6 months to a year. I am going to see if they have newer videos of similar models today. Honestly, the only deal breaker on this model for me is the lack of W/D. I cannot stand using laundromats!
Finally!!! The video of the entire house. I'm gonna build something like this with my husband. This layout is my most favorite among others and it even has a loft!! Just the perfect layout for us and our cats. Just need to put a washer dryer combo in one of those cabinets.
I love this tiny home, but I agree it needs a space for a washer/dryer. But it has plenty of space options for my clothes and shoes. Who says I need to downsize that stuff! LOL.
I've been watching these videos the last 2 years and yours, this one is one I could and would put my money into because I could live comfortably in this model, I love it. I'm 60 years old but this one works for me except I need a washer an dryer stackable somewhere...lol
I agree there should always be a washer and dryer combo in these units. And instead of having to lift the bed up put drawers under the bed. That would be awesome.
This has got to be the cutest tiny home I've ever seen!!!! It needs to be just a little bit longer in my opinion to get around the kitchen island a little easier. That would also make it possible to place a washer/dryer somewhere. Love this floor plan!!!
@@PARKMODELHOMESNATIONWIDE Can this model have an option to add a Washer/Dryer (stackable) and possibly a D/W? I am going to buy a newer park model to replace the older one I have next year and this is my favorite floorplan, except for not having a W/D!
I absolutely love this tiny home! It was really clever putting the lounge up some stairs as it makes the home look loads bigger than it is. Kitchen beautiful and usable, lounge big enough to be comfy and looks like a normal lounge with a proper sofa, decent bathroom etc and all looks great quality. If I lived there I'd buy like a shot - wish they had ones like this in the uk 😢😢
I love it! Would love a nice deck and a screened-in porch. Perfect!! I might like a built-in desk somewhere--not sure where and a built-in alcove bed would be nice in the bedroom. Finally, someone out there has a reasonable vision in regard to layout and storage.
Great tour and a perfect lil home! Great job on the build. Personal opinions like putting the sink and stove switch with a window and a stackable w/d? Then it wouldn't be turnkey.
Love the floor plan. Agree that a washer and dryer would be really nice and quite necessary. The one thing that wasn’t really shown was the front door area. Is it just a patio slider?
This one is the most beautiful floorplan. I love the raised living room. I'd change that storage in the hall near the bathroom from a pantry to a washer and dryer. And make a smaller tall pantry door somewhere else possibly?
Very nice home. My only complaint is that I do not like to look at a wall when at the kitchen sink. Prefer to have the sink in front of a window or situated such that it overlooks the kitchen.
If I had a larger backyard, I wouldn't mind having this Tiny home in my backyard, as a guest house or even use it as a sick bay, I also like the loft area I would just put a blinds on the two windows facing the living room area for privacy
Perfect!!! All the info we need on this one! Can a combo W/D go under the stairs and instead of the micro being under the cabinet, can a small dishwasher go in there? Would love feedback on this!
Wow. I love this home for 80,000 it’s great. Anyone out there knows about renting the land to park this ... I will move to any state to live in a home like this. Thank you for the tour
@@joanbeharry8456 You're welcome.. My husband and I are actually planning on building our own tiny home and renting a lot in Ashville... or you can always move to Texas, there are plenty of options when it comes to parking your own tiny home or renting a mobile home there since tiny homes are legal and are welcomed in Texas. Good luck with everything Joan!!

Wonderful Park Model floor plan! Woodland Park also has models that switch the stove to the corner with the hood over it and the sink where it was in this model with a window over it. I like that arrangement much better. You can do that, right? Also, is it possible to NOT have the vinyl on the walls, but the sheet rock wallboard taped, textured and painted? I realize it would be extra, but it is possible, isn't it? Thanks!
Definitely needs a space for a stackable washer and dryer, but otherwise, it’s a nice house. The black trimmed windows and tan siding is very attractive; the microwave isn’t above the stove, which is so convenient. Love the raised living room; it’s cozy and intimate without feeling claustrophobic... and there’s no wasted space; there’s an abundance of storage space everywhere, including the loft.
Nice model but like so many others have said, it needs to have a W/D hookup somewhere. The bathroom appears to be the only option but it's already super-tiny. Also, the kitchen sink size is a deal breaker all on it's own. Lastly, the outdoor storage doors need to have locks.
I would option for stainless appliances and farmhouse sink/ pull down faucet, stackable washer/dryer. And electric fireplace instead of floating shelf in living room. Can the shower have a rain shower head? And are there exterior decor options? We may want to be in a place that requires cabin look for exterior.
This is an amazing house. Are the windows hurricane proof for the coastal part of Florida ? And how I guess it would need to be moved during a hurricane warning ? Or can it be secured down during a violent storm ? Where are they made and do u have financing options ? And what’s the cost to bring it down to the Miami area ?
Beautiful home. How tall is the loft area? Does your company make homes with three bedrooms? Also, have you guys made any homes with lofts that are between 65-68 inches tall?

You can option in a washer and dryer if you would like ;)
I think the micro could sit next to the fridge n use that space. Yes you lose some counter but you have the island.
@@nancyshepherd5214 That is a great idea.... I would use the space vacated to a a dishwasher, though. I am so tired of washing dishes by hand!
This is actually the most functional one I've seen❤
Wait what. This is amazing and it comes with the furniture. Just wow
Beautiful!! The living room elevated is awesome!! Just add a washer and dyer!! Perfect!!
Best tiny home I've seen yet!
Awesome park model. Thank you for sharing.

For sure. I'm wondering if that area under the stairs could be modified to fit a combo unit.
