WOW. I would move in tomorrow if i had this home. I don't think there is anything that is wrong with it. And, if you wanted to make the third guest bedroom into a hidden room, all you would have to do is put a book case where the door is, make it swing into the bedroom and nobody has to know that room is there. A great place to keep the things you don't want everyone to see.
I actually filmed a home like that in Albany Oregon, built by Clayton Homes.
Absolutely
@@NatesHomeToursdon't let Clayton Homes fool you!!!! They manufacture nothing but GARBAGE!!!! CHEAP JUNK!!! They scam their customers and do NOT care!!!!!
Awesome home! My kind of pantry - LOVE IT!! Would prefer water heater and furnace in utility room due to noise. Agree with other comments that a half bath would be a great addition to make the house absolutely perfect! Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!
Now that there is a pantry!! Thank you for doing this right!! ❤❤❤❤
Change the colors inside all over,no flowers in the shower.
Love it ! Only thing different I would change is cut the bedrooms down to 3 instead of 4 to make the rooms a little bigger
THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL I WOULDNT CHANGE A THING EXCEPT adding a half bath at least other than that I luv everything ❤❤😂😂😂❤
With 4 bedrooms it needs at least 3 bathrooms. It is a really beautiful home. Thanks for sharing.
Well, also with "sharing," you wouldn't exactly need 3 bathrooms anymore. ;)
Raiden is such a cool kid. You are blessed.😊
Love the pantry and I actually like not having a built in microwave. I prefer air fryers anyway. Beautiful home.
By the time you buy property, put in a driveway, water, electric and septic, this would get almost $400,000. I'd rather buy a house.
And the living space isn’t even that big honestly. The living room is tiny and oddly shaped. You are facing the front door basically with no space for a television other than in the entry way. 😂. Horrible layout.
No it won't, I just did it and it didn't even cost me $30k, my septic was $8200, water was $2k, electric wasn't a charge, our power company doesn't charge up front for power, and drive way was $5k.
@@ajaylah1 Add in the property. Lol
Good luck finding anything cheaper in Washington. My son has a worn out 100 yr old house in an old logging town, in the middle of nowhere, up in the mountains. He has a small postage stamp yard. And his house is valued at $600,000.
@@PinkieJoJothe family room is where the tv goes
I love this house! For me I would opt. out of the backplash & do my own as well as the vented hood for a microwave. I would also opt. for sliding or French doors in the dining room. Other than that this house is a plus!!!
You must be tall. i'm short and hate a microwave over the stove. Impossible to clean or use without a step ladder.
@tsgrandma9837 no, I am short as well at only 4ft 7" but I just do not like vented hoods they remind me of when I was a kid growing up in the 70's. Besides I haven't had a microwave sitting on my countertop in almost over 30 years now & do not want to start it again, let alone the need to go out & buy one just to sit on the counter. I'll just rather pay for the upgrade....
@tsgrandma9837 oh, but you still need a step stool to clean the vented hood. Especially the very tall ones
Lovely and well laid out. The only thing I might change is turning 4 bedrooms into three in order to make the guest rooms a bit larger with roomier closets. Absolutely love the pantry!
Awesome home, I like that the furnace and water tank are in a separate closet.
I love everything except the Airplanes ✈ flying and or Landing in that would freak me out living by them Hard Pass😔
I love this home.everything is beautiful
Hi Nate, you may have a future doctor there. Warming your hands is very therapeutic in any temperature. I love the layout of this house. The home is very spacious. The pantry is awesome!!!
I like the water heater and the furnace towards the back near the washer and dryer in another room.
Love this floor plan
for me 3 bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom that's a lot to ask of the little ones
when I was growing up we had 1 bathroom for 7 people. I think the kids will manage
😊The "Weeping Willow'"home is quite lovely, Nate(hello Raiden!) I didn't see anything I didn't like. Thanks for the view.😊
Love everything about this one! Great vid Nate! 😁👍👏👏👏. Love seeing your handsome assistant! 👍👏👏👏
Hi Raiden. You are such a handsome young man.
This home has a lovely kitchen and very spacious pantry. Like very much the idea it's tucked away behind the kitchen. Best part is.....the price is in decent range. Not overpriced for what you get.
Very nice would love to throw it on top of a basement here in Michigan we love our basements
I would switch (if possible) the sink and the washer & dryer. Sink by the door. w/d in the middle space. Very spacious nice home
Awe your boy likes the fireplace 😊 I do too! I would probably be sitting right there all the time! Sorry you got a goat head in your shoe! I don't miss those at all.. this house is beautiful! If I needed this much space it would definitely be a #1 for me! I love how the cabinets go all the way to the ceiling in the kitchen. I love the colors in this home! I love the storage also! And what a great price! Thanks for another great tour Nate!
Heck with the window, I love the fact that the fridge is close to the stove, nice job. That pantry you could fill it up and still have more room. I love this house, can take one of the bedrooms and use if for an office. They thought of everything, even room for a freezer.
I really like the layout. Thanks for putting up the closet sizes. 😊
I love it all! Could use a drink station with a spot for the microwave, but they make furniture that works well for that.
You could also do away with some of the backsplash and put a hood vent with a built in microwave. Or maybe do a microwave drawer in the island. The problem with that is that you’d lose drawers.
I love everything about this house. Especially the pantry!
I like the lsyout. When you went to the family room, I recognised the location.
Great home, Nate, even if I prefer more separation between the living room & kitchen. The kitchen was so nice looking, that it didn’t bother me as much as most open floor plans. Beautiful wood cabinets in the kitchen & bathrooms, with lots of storage space. And, hallelujah, there was a closet in the foyer, which is a rare find in most of these homes! Thanks Nate, for a very good tour!!! And tell your son that it was nice having him there too 😊
needs sliders out the back other than that I love it
Lovve the den. Nice large kitchen and dining room and diagonal layout in the kitchen by the range and the nice big pantry. Good to see Raidon
Your poor foot :( thank you for bearing the thorn for us. ❤😂
I like seeing brown cabinets again. I like the kitchen. Love the pantry. Dining area is nice & big.
Like the den. Like primary closet love all the closets in primary. Beautiful home. Thank you for the tour!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the pantry and guest bathroom
For all the room and storage that is a great price!
I really like this one Nate, the kitchen layout is perfect for me and the master bath is just the way I like it. Family room is great and plenty 0f room for the big screen television and sound system. When you were in the family room there was a doorway going into another room and maybe I missed that room if you showed it earlier but there wasn’t a doorway so I’m guessing it was an additional space. Great job Nate, and that young man is growing like a weed.
I wish I had that pantry
Rayden is a little comic isn't he. So sweet. Nice home
Nice to see your son
Master were to small and only one tub,Orther then that I ❤❤❤ It.. Merry Merry Christmas 🎅🏾🤶🏽🧑🏽🎄🎄🎁
Beautiful home. Love the pantry.
I really like this! For me, I’d change the colors (seems a bit “sterile” to me, but I’m sure there’s no issues if I was to purchase it! Price is reasonable. 😊 Oh, and I love the pantry!
Absolutely gorgeous! 😊
This is a beautiful home.😊
This is beautiful
Oh, wow!! Beautiful
Very nice, can it be updated for a gas stove
Very pretty 😍 ❤
I don’t like the water heater and furnace next to my bedroom it gets loud. I would definitely have to sound proof those walls. Do you think they will have that option?
Very nice!
Absolutely beautiful home
THAT is my kind of dream home! 😮❤ Lots of closets and rooms. That pantry is definitely a dream come true!
Really nice
Great home!
That is a nice one. I'm not sure I could that pantry, but it would be fun trying to.
Seen wood burning Stove with Fan on top to puch the warm air around
I like everything about this one.
Other than odd placement of shower handle in main bath, set up is liveable
One thing i'd really like to see is grab bars in the bathrooms. It's a good safety feature and doesn't take much room just more bracing in the wall and they can be used like a towel rack if the person doesn't need them.
Beautiful home!
I love it. Good job.
I didn't see a outside water outlet either it is Dldefinitely needed. I also like screens on windows and screen doors . Do they put them on or not? I do like the kitchen not seen when you walk in the front door. Not crazy about the back splash. It would be nice to have a sliding door in the dining room. I really like having a den. I am not crazy about the windows above the bed I like it dark in the bedroom . door. I do like 2 closest in the master bedroom. I like a tub in the bathrooms.
I like almost everything in this home minus the bathroom next to dining area.
Beautiful
Beautiful ❤
I can actually imagine my family living in this house ❤❤
I would like to see glass doors on some of those cabinets
I love it all. 2080sq ft.
The pantries are awesome. So is the den. But the master needs a bathtub. I wish it had a wood fireplace.
Very pretty home!
I would use that has a bookshelf closet😂
Love it very nice like kitchen preety
Awesome
No tub
Needs gas fireplace and stove
Miss Teena 💎
I love this home! It just needs multiple shower heads in the masterbath. All in all, a WINNER!!! 😊
Nate I think I would have them figure out where to put the furnace and water heater in the utility room, but other than that I wouldn’t change anything else
Love It🎉❤😊
Love this
No tub in the master suite ,and i prefer that the bedroom buy the den wouldve been a bar & 1/2 bath and built in the footage of 15/1600 feet .😊
Pou a small cabinet bar in the primary bedroom then a small cabinet bar in the den. That way you can entertain or just fall in bed either way
It’s a beautiful home. Is there any way to zoom out more so we can see from floor to ceiling at all times? Thanks for your video’s.
It has its pluses but the water heater and furnace next to the master is a no go for me. And the den is too far from the kitchen. Thanks for the tour.
It would be nice if a home would be all this plus an in-law suite away from the master area.
Sweet baby sweer
Its a fancy mobile home
OK, I'm liking what I am seeing so far for the most part. I really like the amount of light in the kitchen and the stove in the corner. The flow is nice and I REALLY appreciate the fact that the sink is NOT in the island. I would change the windows in the dining room into doors to access an outdoor space. As for the "linen closet," I would opt to make that into a place to put the microwave and a small coffee bar area.
Moving on to the guest bath, I like everything except the location of the toilet. It's fine behind the door with the tub,, but it looks a bit too close to the wall. I personally think it would be better functionally and aesthetically centered on the wall. I really like the vanity area in the guest bath.
The guest bedrooms are fine, but I don't like wire racks.
The den (family room) is nice, but I don't really care for electric fireplaces or TV over them. I would put the TV on the wall to the side and angle the furniture to take advantage of both the entertainment center AND the fireplace (gas).
I can't say I'm a fan of the location for the water heater or furnace. I can deal with the furnace, but I think the water heater should be closer to an area without carpeting, such as the utility room .
I've always disliked having those small windows over the bed in a master because I have a particular piece of art I want placed there. I think that might not be a problem in this home as the windows are very close to the ceiling and aren't very large. I think they could work.
I like that I could have all of my bedroom furniture placed without having to have it all crammed together. The closets are nice, but again, I would do away with wire shelves.
The only thing I really miss in the master bath is my tub. The shower is nice, but I would add a door that opens out. I love the location of the toilet and that it is NOT in a closet. That linen closet is nice with the extra depth.
I would love this but wonder if this is a available in Indiana or can we buy blueprints for this if not available?
Where does the TV go? The only wall is where the clock is, but then the LR is tiny
So nice! Do you know if there’s anything like this in Texas?
Is this a modular home or mobile home? Where is this located at? Very nice..
Just the right size.
My first home after I married was a double wide. Had it 10 years and it burnt.
Beautiful ,but i prefer lighter color cabinets and wall tiles
2080 sq ft. Nice home.218k.
Practically impossible to work on water heater or furnace in such a tight space. Also, hate that you have to go into the bathroom for the second closet and that there is no tub in main bathroom.
Super small living room
This is not a guest bathroom. This is the bathroom for 3 bedrooms.
how big is that shower area?
U can get a nice house where I live for that price
Enjoyed your enthusiasm. However anything over 1 FOOT is then referred to as FEET (plural). Thanks for getting it right from now on. Also, they’re technically referred to as outlets not plug-ins. Otherwise you did a great job showing this mobile home.
I like the pantry, linen closet, spacious utility room-though id not only like room for a folding table but also for a clothes line to finish off drying my comforters and blankets.
Complaint: Why do these home manufacturers refuse to make generous sized bedrooms and closets that can also hold weight.
I do applauded that all the bedrooms are actually bedroom sized. Instead of your 3 bedroom house where the 3rd bedroom is never bedroom sized. Likely only good for a small office/study area.
Think of the rooms as if a king sized bed and allllllll the furniture is going in there, plus your pets and generous closets.
You or at least I can fit my bedroom furniture in those and I don't even have a king sized bed! I need space to move.
The vanity is closed in and doesn't have proper lighting for makeup, no storage for beauty stuff.
The (extra living room) Family room is huge. Id rather the regular living room be bigger and the bedrooms.....or idk....
I grew up in a small bedroom. I gotta have space. While these bedrooms are ok in their size, for maybe the average person, for my lifestyle they are inadequate.
Unless you're lucky to purchase or already own your own property with all the hookups there, it will cost a fortune just to do all that!
Lastly, why don't the manufacturers ever winterize these homes?
The pipes would be easily and heavily winterized with heated tape or something, plus insulation etc.
There's just so much room for improvement.
The kitchen is fine, and the dining room is fine. The bathrooms are fine except they should have grab bars as standard insulation....whether you "need" them or not.
I just get so frustrated with the homes because the most important things are overlooked and/or they sacrifice space and misuse the sacrifice.
They should make those homes soooooooo energy efficient-especially those types of homes.....
The one plug in the kitchen is too close to the sink. That surprised me. It takes less than 7 minutes for those homes to totally burn down in a house fire
Of course the bedrooms are small!!
