I've read all the complaining comments from all the critics. Let me add some positive comments. This thing is awesome! I have spent half of my 67 years living in 'mobile' homes from 32' to 70' double wides and I must say that this unit knocks it out of the park. The vaulted ceilings make such a tremendous difference. The kitchen is far better than anything I have seen on the market. Pantry? Not even new home construction offers a pantry and for me this is a huge selling point. That pantry can serve as a safe room! The master shower blows my mind! The extra large windows provides so much light and combined with the vaulted ceiling the visual appeals is unsurpassable. You did a nice job with the tour!

Amazing ....for a person with loads of stuff, this home is like going to storage heaven. I agree that no separation of the master bath is odd (even though the toilet has a nice non-claustrophobic privacy room) but I'm sure something could be customized by the builder or a later contractor. I would find a way to install some kind of door just to keep moisture etc. relegated to the bathroom. I think his 'pantry dance' would have to be upgraded for this home, and that storage room beggars belief. Fantastic to find a home these days where you don't enter directly into the living spaces, and what a lot of optional areas for a TV area, a library, a games table, a tea table ... whatever. Although I live alone, I could easily make this a cozy dream home.
They do need to add good lighting in all the closets. Something that probably bothers only me and is a easy fix, is the wall color…it’s just too yellowing, I’d use a medium-light blue gray to lighten /brighten/ make the rooms happier ☺️🥰♥️ Carpeting helps quieten kids noise, adults high heels and boot noise, and keeps the floors warmer, especially if on a slab, etc. But, I do like the look of wooden floors, so maybe there is a compromise that could be made. I definitely want a couple of fireplaces, and a gas stove 6 burner stove in the kitchen, love the microwave/ oven wall, and would like a baking area with a marble slab for pie crust, cookies, candy. ♥️
Some folks ALWAYS remove their shoes at the entry way. I definitely feel that wearing filthy, germ laden outdoor shoes in the house is just plain 🤢 🤮 gross. It's also an easy way to keep all surfaces & the air in the home cleaner! 😊 I agree that carpet is also undesirable as it traps all kinds of unspeakable filth and a breeding ground for mites ... Many carpets exude VOC's and can cause breathing problems ...
I love how vintage this feels, very 1980s/1990s, back when people knew how to make things feel homey. The little foyer area with the wall separating the living room and the rest of the house, great touch that I don’t see in homes anymore. It was common in older trailers, though. So glad to see it back!
I saw this home in Missoula, Montana. The door to the pantry in the kitchen is called a Smuggler's door because it looks like more cabinetry and you wouldn't expect a whole other room there. The door is one where you kind of have to push on it in a certain way for it to open. You could install a lock from the inside and kind of use it as a safety hiding spot in the case of home invaders. It was a really cool feature.
Finally!!! A mobile home with unique character!!! I totally love the kitchen and great room. That storage room is perfect for people who prefer to hibernate during the winter. I would have to learn how to become a coupon queen so that I can fill up both the storage and pantry with dry goods and can goods. Then fill up the refrigerator and a stand up freezer. I would not have to leave hardly at all. I also love love love the master suite! The only thing I would change is add a shower wand as well as the rain shower head in the master bath. I even love how it was staged. I would want to buy it all exactly as it is. I would just pack my suitcase and a few necessities and move right in, haha Thank you so much for finding this one.
I'm a newbie here, LOVE the space with it's nooks and crannies and hide away pantry with quirky angles with really awesome designs throughout the WHOLE inside, definitely was not expecting this surprising joy from the looks of the outside! Sunshine in from the rain 💞

Love this home! Whoever commented that it had too much wasted space must like to live in a coffin or a cocoon! The storage room is a plus! I would put it to good use with office supplies & my crafting inventory ect... There is a place for extra fridge or freezer. Great if man and/or woman hunt to put Deer, Elk, Boar, Turkey meat in! I would add a nice sitting porch in front and a huge deck in back facing my wooded area intend to have! Perfect setting of house at where in the summer the sun does not come into main windows to keep home cool, and the sun does come more thru windows in the winter to utilize it for heating! Need that A/C, depending. I didn't notice central air ducts in the tour, but then I was not looking either.
I feel the same way Katherine! I was surprised when I read what they wrote & another one said “there was a lot of wasted space???” 😂 Not for me there isn’t! It is what drew me to the design! The openness & airiness of these rooms and it is spacious looking & feeling! Just love this overall design &’only changes I would make is probably a double front door, if possible & more windows ( as he is walking up to house long stretches with no windows!)! I have to have lots of windows & the bigger the better so not so dark inside! Otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing! Most beautiful kitchen design ever! Love all his designs!🌸
Check the floors or lower walls for the ducts. Here in the northwest, we don't put our vents in the ceiling as hot air rises. We live in colder climates and want to keep as much warmth as possible down low.
Love this home. In the master closet, they already had an area for hanging dresses. I would add another row of rods under the long rod to maximize space, or put in additional built in drawers in that area. The storage room could be used for blankets, suitcases, etc and emergency foods. Definitely get rid of the carpets. Love this!
I love love love it. This house gives everyone a chance to be together and to have alone time. You could cook up a banquet in the kitchen. I also love the tons of storage. Thanks for the great video.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE this home. We TOTALLY disagree with the comments claiming that the wrap around kitchen counter is "outdated". It is EXACTLY what we want and need, as we entertain several friends from our church and have various potlucks on Sundays. The kitchen counters, especially the vegetable prep area with the sink, will definitely come in handy for us, as I absolutely love to cook. To all the naysayers, we respond with a big eye roll, head shake and several "tsk, tsks"!
Gorgeous home! Usually there's only one main selling point to me. But there's several in this one. Kitchen is #1, #2 wide hallways for possible wheelchair use, #3 huge windows in living area!!! 😮
I wonder if this Home can be transferred out of State? I would absolutely love to have this Model with I back deck and storm doors added. Plus , I'd sit it up on 🧱 and add a Basement. I'm in Love 💕.
I love it. For me I'll change the wall colors the cabinets counter tops fixtures the trim and the outside colors I would have to lighten up the place to dark for me. I would decorate to my liking. Such a beautiful set up. Thanks for sharing.
I sold manufactured home off and on for 18 yrs, this is the most beautiful and spacious home yet. Get rid of the carpet and put a larger bed in the master . Can it be transfered out of state, length matters in some highways. Great showing, thank you . it really was raining so kudos for your perseverance.
I think it’s so rude for people to compare you to another creator. I think you’re doing an excellent job and as much as I like chance I enjoy your more relaxed demeanor more. It’s just different tastes and personalities for different people. I think you’ll be better received across the board, your soothing and easy to listen to.

This manufactured home is just Awesome I wish I could see it in person we love to have in south carolina put you are to far would love to have bigger porch, like it was said no carpet in the dinning room & round were you can put bar stools how many bedrooms & bathroom can you add garage later. What color does manufactured home come in.
This home is AMAZING! I LOVE- LOVE the kitchen and the hidden pantry. I also LOVE that storage room. I do preserve food & Can, so that would be perfect, plus there's room for a freezer in there too. The laundry room is different then Ive ever seen too. I like it!!! I like the single sink in the 1st bathroom. I prefer more counter space, and I never liked the double sink thing. The master bedroom blows my mind. This house is spectacular!!!!
Very interesting home. Loved the kitchen. When I caught a glimpse of that pantry area, I was thinking maybe it was a hidden one, but then I saw those shelves above it and didn't think it could be. How nice that it actually was! Loved that extra storage area. Laundry room was a nice size, but I would replace that desk with a hall tree and bench. With as big as this home is, I'm surprised the guest bedrooms didn't have walk in closets. I think there's a lot of wasted space in the master with that entrance. Though it is nice that you don't see the bed as soon as you walk in. Not sure about there not being a door separating the bathroom from the bedroom especially when one person is trying to sleep. They need to install a sliding barn door that matches the bathroom cabinetry. That way it can be closed so you can stand there and dressed and shaved, blow dry your hair etc. and have some privacy. At least if someone walks into the bedroom to let you know that company showed up or whatever the case may be, they’re not walking in on you while your butt naked!
This by far with watching you and your tours my favorite home, and in the next year I plan to buy one and this may be the one. I live in South Carolina and I would definitely make a trip for this one.
I meant this post for the triple wide with the wrap around bar and island, oven in the wall. That one was awesome and I loved the dark wood doors in it, the dark wood didn’t take away the natural light and make it like a dungeon.
I usually watch Chance but saw your alert come up. I think.you did an excellent job. And out of the the homes I have seen in the last 6 months, this is by far the biggest and nicest. The layout is beautiful and the kitchen was amazing. I didnt like the carpet in the dining room and would want a larger fridge. But other then that it was perfect.

I must say that this has to be the best modular home ever . How ever I did not see a door that would lead to the garage. Normally I always think that I would want a house to come to me in which I can finish the painting and cabinets even the counters not to be finished to save a bit of money. This home however is perfect I love it all I would have to get rid of the first bar and second pantry and have a feeding area for my fur babies. With🥰🥰🥰🥰 all the cabinets out of the laundry room since it has a closet. Love this place however
That would be my husband's office area. I'd just designate the space differently. I was surprised that there wasn't at least a half bath in this home. Your guests have to walk all the way around the bend, near the bedrooms. I don't care for the double doors to the master bedroom. I would like a set of double doors to the master bath. Just different knobs. That storage with shelves, is a preppers dream! All in all, this is a beautiful home! I'd love to have it!
I've gone thru hundreds of builds and I think this is "The One" for me. The more I watch nothing compares. The only thing i can think can top it is my own build. A bunch more later and I Keep coming back to this one. Thanks so much Nate, Aidin, & Family!!!! My sons name is Aidin also ^_^
At the price quoted, $350k you could have a really nice regular house built. Especially if you were far enough away from a city or big town…in the ’boonies’

We used to pick black berries, strawberries and apples for pies or whatever Momma was baking. Those were good times that I miss. This is a nice home and I can't believe I'm saying this, but I don't mind the cabinets in the kitchen and of course I love the pantry and that storage room could be used as a pantry as well. Also, my husband comes home from work filthy, he works out doors doing underground development, like laying pipe etc and I like that there's an area he could come into and change out of his dirty clothes. This is a massive home but I hope it hasn't gone up too high in price because at the end of the day, it's still a "house trailer" or triple wide trailer. Great video!
I love that kitchen and especially that hidden pantry!! 😍😍 Love the breakfast nook and formal dining space as well. This home is very spacious. One thing I don’t care for though is that the bathroom is open to the bedroom in the master suite, I would want to close it off. But other than that the whole house is amazing!!

I wouldn't have a door going between bathroom and bedroom and I like walk in showers with no door but the shower would have to be longer it's so nice not having to keep the darn glass clean. My shower was the right size 4.5 W x 6.5 L. I moved and sure do miss my shower!

Honestly.. it’s gorgeous. However, the placement of several rooms just wow!! A lot of useless space. We are actually looking for a double or triple wide right now and I would love to see if this home had the option to add two bedrooms in place of all that storage. The kitchen is just amazing!! Love the formal dinning area but that would have looked better beside the kitchen as opposed to when u walk in the door, that’s the first thing you see. Personally I like seeing a comfy living room first. That’s just me though, I’m sure that this home and it’s lay out is perfect for others.
I was very surprised at that "hidden" gem of a pantry. I love the floorplan of this whole house - and, would say "SOLD !" when I saw the pantry if I could buy this house YESTERDAY !!! LOL ! 😉 👍
Wow, this is huge! The kitchen, pantry and storage room are fantastic. I would definitely want to change a couple things. Way less carpet. Instead if the breakfast nook and the office area I'd want a fourth bedroom and a 3rd bathroom thats more spacious with a nice deep and wide tub. Ceiling fans throughout and doors for the master bathroom.
I'm in love with this home, the only two things that I would change is on the outside of one of the corners it's not square which looks very odd, and on the inside the master shower was a little bit of a let down compared to the rest of the house, but I think I found my retirement home!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the size of this kitchen; the Pantry is unbelievable!! The additional Storage Room is a great addition to this home. Nice size organized closet in the Owner's Suite. I would definitely need a door for the Master Bathroom. Overall a very nice home. Thanks for sharing.

Just bought this home and we actually had a door put between the bathroom and the bedroom area. It was an upgrade but worth it.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE this home. We TOTALLY disagree with the comments claiming that the wrap around kitchen counter is "outdated". It is EXACTLY what we want and need, as we entertain several friends from our church and have various potlucks on Sundays. The kitchen counters, especially the vegetable prep area with the sink, will definitely come in handy for us, as I absolutely love to cook. To all the naysayers, we respond with a big eye roll, head shake and several "tsk, tsks"!

I love it. For me I'll change the wall colors the cabinets counter tops fixtures the trim and the outside colors I would have to lighten up the place to dark for me. I would decorate to my liking. Such a beautiful set up. Thanks for sharing.
I sold manufactured home off and on for 18 yrs, this is the most beautiful and spacious home yet. Get rid of the carpet and put a larger bed in the master . Can it be transfered out of state, length matters in some highways. Great showing, thank you . it really was raining so kudos for your perseverance.

This manufactured home is just Awesome I wish I could see it in person we love to have in south carolina put you are to far would love to have bigger porch, like it was said no carpet in the dinning room & round were you can put bar stools how many bedrooms & bathroom can you add garage later. What color does manufactured home come in.

This home is AMAZING! I LOVE- LOVE the kitchen and the hidden pantry. I also LOVE that storage room. I do preserve food & Can, so that would be perfect, plus there's room for a freezer in there too. The laundry room is different then Ive ever seen too. I like it!!! I like the single sink in the 1st bathroom. I prefer more counter space, and I never liked the double sink thing. The master bedroom blows my mind. This house is spectacular!!!!

Very interesting home. Loved the kitchen. When I caught a glimpse of that pantry area, I was thinking maybe it was a hidden one, but then I saw those shelves above it and didn't think it could be. How nice that it actually was! Loved that extra storage area. Laundry room was a nice size, but I would replace that desk with a hall tree and bench. With as big as this home is, I'm surprised the guest bedrooms didn't have walk in closets. I think there's a lot of wasted space in the master with that entrance. Though it is nice that you don't see the bed as soon as you walk in. Not sure about there not being a door separating the bathroom from the bedroom especially when one person is trying to sleep. It would be noisy. Tfs Nate! Saving this one in my Nice parts of Home playlist for the kitchen, pantry, and storage.
They need to install a sliding barn door that matches the bathroom cabinetry. That way it can be closed so you can stand there and dressed and shaved, blow dry your hair etc. and have some privacy. At least if someone walks into the bedroom to let you know that company showed up or whatever the case may be, they’re not walking in on you while your butt naked!

This by far with watching you and your tours my favorite home, and in the next year I plan to buy one and this may be the one. I live in South Carolina and I would definitely make a trip for this one.
I meant this post for the triple wide with the wrap around bar and island, oven in the wall. That one was awesome and I loved the dark wood doors in it, the dark wood didn’t take away the natural light and make it like a dungeon.

I usually watch Chance but saw your alert come up. I think.you did an excellent job. And out of the the homes I have seen in the last 6 months, this is by far the biggest and nicest. The layout is beautiful and the kitchen was amazing. I didnt like the carpet in the dining room and would want a larger fridge. But other then that it was perfect.

I must say that this has to be the best modular home ever . How ever I did not see a door that would lead to the garage. Normally I always think that I would want a house to come to me in which I can finish the painting and cabinets even the counters not to be finished to save a bit of money. This home however is perfect I love it all I would have to get rid of the first bar and second pantry and have a feeding area for my fur babies. With🥰🥰🥰🥰 all the cabinets out of the laundry room since it has a closet. Love this place however

That would be my husband's office area. I'd just designate the space differently. I was surprised that there wasn't at least a half bath in this home. Your guests have to walk all the way around the bend, near the bedrooms. I don't care for the double doors to the master bedroom. I would like a set of double doors to the master bath. Just different knobs. That storage with shelves, is a preppers dream! All in all, this is a beautiful home! I'd love to have it!

At the price quoted, $350k you could have a really nice regular house built. Especially if you were far enough away from a city or big town…in the ’boonies’

We used to pick black berries, strawberries and apples for pies or whatever Momma was baking. Those were good times that I miss.
This is a nice home and I can't believe I'm saying this, but I don't mind the cabinets in the kitchen and of course I love the pantry and that storage room could be used as a pantry as well. Also, my husband comes home from work filthy, he works out doors doing underground development, like laying pipe etc and I like that there's an area he could come into and change out of his dirty clothes.
This is a massive home but I hope it hasn't gone up too high in price because at the end of the day, it's still a "house trailer" or triple wide trailer. Great video!
I love that kitchen and especially that hidden pantry!! 😍😍 Love the breakfast nook and formal dining space as well. This home is very spacious. One thing I don’t care for though is that the bathroom is open to the bedroom in the master suite, I would want to close it off. But other than that the whole house is amazing!!
It just needs a sliding barn door so you can slide it close when you go in and have some privacy since you’re walking around in there undressed before and after you shower and hopefully not wake up your partner with the noise running water and when you’re blow drying your hair etc
I wouldn't have a door going between bathroom and bedroom and I like walk in showers with no door but the shower would have to be longer it's so nice not having to keep the darn glass clean. My shower was the right size 4.5 W x 6.5 L. I moved and sure do miss my shower!
Love this home. Office / Activity room is a great spot to put a stairway if you place this home on a basement foundation.

Love everything about this home. A person would be crazy not to like it. By far my favorites home ever.
Honestly.. it’s gorgeous. However, the placement of several rooms just wow!! A lot of useless space. We are actually looking for a double or triple wide right now and I would love to see if this home had the option to add two bedrooms in place of all that storage. The kitchen is just amazing!! Love the formal dinning area but that would have looked better beside the kitchen as opposed to when u walk in the door, that’s the first thing you see. Personally I like seeing a comfy living room first. That’s just me though, I’m sure that this home and it’s lay out is perfect for others.

Wow, this is huge! The kitchen, pantry and storage room are fantastic.
I would definitely want to change a couple things. Way less carpet. Instead if the breakfast nook and the office area I'd want a fourth bedroom and a 3rd bathroom thats more spacious with a nice deep and wide tub. Ceiling fans throughout and doors for the master bathroom.
I'm in love with this home, the only two things that I would change is on the outside of one of the corners it's not square which looks very odd, and on the inside the master shower was a little bit of a let down compared to the rest of the house, but I think I found my retirement home!

if you google pinehurst 2510 you can see the 3d walkthrough. Husband and I ordered the one at Gillispie Homes. Check out their 3d walkthrough. They did some upgrades in their model.
I've never seen this model. I believe it is my new favorite.
