This is a lovely home!! I normally don't care for the brown tones, but it looks really nice in this home. The floor plan is awesome and so functional! I love Deer Valley homes. If I were ready to buy a home right now, that's the brand I would go with. They have such great designs, and I love that they let you customize them. That master closet is amazing. 💕❤.

Wow! Very nice. That master closet would end up as my crafting room since it has a separate closet within it. Gorgeous house. One of the best, if not THE BEST, floor plan I’ve seen so far. Not that I need a home this big 😂. My sister does though.

If these houses shipped outside of America,the Caribbean, to be precise; I would definitely go this way with a few changes. No heater as we are in a hot country and an extra bathroom. Loved it anyway!❤❤❤

I do like kitchen windows. And the single stainless steel sink with the spring faucet. Love the colors of gray. And the family room with the extra bedroom to the side is great for my craft room. I really like the space it gives for that because I do so many different things in crafting, I could use that extra space right now.

Hey Big Dave.👋 Was a Great Tour. You Are Very Personable and a J🙂y to Listen to. There were Only a Couple Thing's I'd Change. One would Be to Paint ALL of the Dark Trim Everywhere. Good to S👀 the Wall Oven's. Most People Don't N-E-E-D a Large Oven or Stove. L💜ve the 2nd Living Area as well as the Very Large Master Closet. A Very Nice Home and Not just an Ole' Plain-Jane Type.

They can make any doorway 36" or even do double door entrances. They can also do grab bars anywhere requested as well as handicap roll in showers and raised toilets. They are awesome!!

I believe the spot that looks like a coat rack, bench and cubby holes are referred to as a hall tree. (At least that’s what they were called when I was growing up. And the nails are railroad spikes.
