There is a problem with the kitchen its not big enough and the sink is on a tiny island with no back splash anyone who has those know they can make a mess of water spilling ovee the back end and with not enough counter space elsewhere for appliances and chopping veggies the sink on the island takes up what could be usable chopping space

I understand people may say what you said about the pricing. But there should still be a general pricing provided that doesn't include miscellaneous stuff. Your not doing yourself any justice because if the base house is say $175K people understand there is many other cost associated with Land, shipping, permits etc. But not to give a price at all will turn people off right out the box.

My family has Land in Texas. And New England I am hoping that? Would not be a problem. Getting a house?

I’m a little confused on why they would go with floor vents in a house of this caliber. Is it possible to opt for ceiling vents? I’ve been advised to steer clear of floor vents on any mobile home. Thanks for such a detailed tour and explanation of the building quality of Deer Valley.

Wish the price was available. Don't want to fall in love with smth that's out of my price range 😅. I just viewed one in Idaho that had a guest sweet that was spectacular. This one didn't use the square footage to its advantage. Liked the kitchen but not laid out well. My favorite room was the 2nd LVRM because I really liked the wooden accent wall. Loved the porches as well. Thanks for the walk thru.
