I saw another version of this same house called The Hewitt. Which I love more so than this one, because in The Hewitt there is an alcove entry way leading into the primary suite & I love that, instead of having the primary entrance directly in the kitchen. Overall, this is a gorgeous house!!! Especially The Hewitt version 🤗🤗
@@BIGDAVESdreamhomesit is actually the exact same house, 4bds & 3 baths also with the porch. The only difference is The Hewitt have an alcove entry way leading into the primary suite, if I'm not mistaken I think it is a Buccaneer Homes series....

This home is so beautiful. I do have 2 questions. #1 What do they mean by zone 3 insulation? Is that customizable? #2 Does Deer Valley have any homes that are ADA Compatible? I am disabled and use either a scooter or a wheelchair. Thanks for the great tour. Your tours are very informative.
Thank you for your comment and for taking the tour! That is a great question! The U.S. is broken into 3 zones. Zone 1 referrs to states that are closer the equator (warmer climate). These homes typically don't need as much insulation due to being in a milder climate. Zone 2 refers to homes that are more in the central U.S., like KY, AK, AZ, MI, etc.. They have a climate that gets both drastically cold and hot. So they need a little more insilation. Zone 3 refers to homes that are located in the more northern states that recieve the coldest weather. Retailers typically order homes that fit their particular zone. But we order everything insulated for the northern states with all of our homes std. There are options to upgrade insulation thickness etc...This particular builder is completely customizable to fit your needs. As far as ADA is concerned, Deer Valley does ADA friendly homes bu they do not do ada compliant homes

How do they insulate between the two sections I noticed where the two sections meet it looks like there's no insulation in between the two sets of walls so how does that get insulated to make sure that first of all there's no cold air coming in between the two sections and then also how is it taken care of for like pest control and stuff like that to make sure no bugs and mice come up between the two sets of walls

I agree with the shelving! They offer wood shelving with clothing rods throughout. As far as the porch goes, they can do that and it would turn this home into a triplewide home with the addition. But it 💯 can be done

This home is a display home that just got put together. So it is not finished out yet. All the cracks and defects get repaired/replaced when they deliver and set it up on your property. If they are fixed right now they will rebreak during transport. Every home will have defects like this. Even site built homes get cracks, but they will all get repaired. Great question! 😊
