Finally found someone Kentucky based! - You sir have just gained a new subscriber on that alone! - I highly appreciate those two rows of shelves in the closets. Wonderful cabinet linen storage too. Oversized tubs are a must. I would ask to add one more backsplash piece to that sink area in the guest bathroom though. One for the other side of the wall and to maybe move that power plug. For me I'm not fond of the floor choice. I'd also rather not have my microwave above the stove I'd much rather have a hooded vent fan there. Maybe have my microwave tucked somewhere else (Even if I had to remove a cabinet or put it on the bar area across.) I would LOVE to see a space for a deep freezer in this home! (In the laundry area tucked away if possible). You missed the master sink. I'm hoping thats a one sink with the counter space that could actually fit two. Wire shelves in the master closet aren't a deal breaker Its nice to see a extra added in.

The great news is that they are a super customizable builder! I would love for you to come visit me here a the Bowling Green location so I can show you this home in person!

If you go to www.deervalleyhb.com and click on retailers, it will bring you to a list states to choose from. Click on the state and it will give you a list of retailers you can purchase that home from.

I do not post pricing on my channel due to these factors and my store only being to service a 200 mile radius. I will be more than happy to go over pricing in private via the ways listed in the description!

Deer Valley homes are built in Guinn Alabama. There are several retailers in your area that carry these homes

Pricing can vary due to geographical location and state and local codes. In our area this home ranges in the $185K range setup. Hope that helps a little bit.

Thank you for your comment and for taking the tour! That's a great question/comment. Deer Valley Homes do their own trim finishing work. So, when they are done with it there will be no transitions. The ceiling is floated it or a wood beam boxes it in where it is not seen. Just depends on your preference. The marriage point in the floor is covered and all drywall edges are finished out. They want their homes to be completely seemless when you move in!

@@BIGDAVESdreamhomes im so scared to step out and due this my husband and family that say that i should wait and see about a normal home. my dream is to to own a mobile home. I have loved them since my childhood but the cost of them have gone up so much. I would love a double but would settle for a single wide.
@demetriusnorthington3849 I completely understand with all the uncertainty with the housing market today, but manufactured housing is the future of housing because it is still affordable even though home prices have gone up. You can't build a site built home to the quality of today's manufactured homes for the price. It's not even close. So per square foot manufactured homes will win hands down every time. Safety wise manufactured homes are outperforming site built homes in wind and safety testing. Little known fact that in Hurricane Katrina, more manufactured homes were left standing than site built homes. Hopefully this will help give you some ammunition to fight your husband with lol.
