For that price I might as well build a custom home. It would cost about the same and could have all the same features. In my opinion, very overpriced and out of reach for a lot of people.
This is actually a off frame modular… when they sit it down on the concrete foundation it’s literally the same as a traditional build! It’s appraised and deeded as a home it says nothing about manufactured. And to build a 3180 square foot house for this price good luck with that!
The average cost of a new construction, stick built home is over $200 a sqft. Unless you plan on living in 12-1500 sqft, this is a great option and the fit and finish of a deer valley home is nicer than most builder grade homes
