I LOVEEEE this house! My absolute favorite thing about this model is that each of the 3 bedrooms has their own area of the house…usually all of the rooms besides the master tend to be grouped together. As a single mom of 2 teenage daughters, the extra space between rooms would be Heaven-sent! Chance- Thank you for all you do! You have single-handedly given me the knowledge and the confidence to make the decision that prefab is the right choice for me and my family. Also, I LOVE when you let us know what your wife and Cullen are up to while you are touring and making content for us. It really makes it feel like I’m touring models with a friend and that’s what I love most about your channel❤
I love everything about this home!! The layout is extra cool...love the tile and attention to detail. The master is stunning. Especially the bathroom with tub and shower. Perfect for an elderly parent that needs the walk in shower and the bench. Couldn't be any more perfect!!! Absolute perfection!!!
Yeah this is a solid 5⭐for me. I personally prefer the front door opening to the kitchen area. The living room should be a bit hidden, more like a sanctuary. The kitchen is very much a gathering place, so I like it up front personally. I love that the microwave isn't above the stove, there's plenty of cabinetry. Also the front office is a nice size. I love that the 3 bedrooms are separate, and the laundry room is closest to the master bedroom. Also, the master bathroom has a tub in it. LOVE this house.
Oh I agree! No one should design a kitchen with a microwave over the stove! I’m not short at 5’5” but I can’t lean over a hot/cold stove and lift a heavy dish with hot liquid in it down from something that high. Children can’t reach up that high, and definitely not on a stool or chair! I want a nice efficient range/stove hood over my stove. Our current MW is at face level and that is awkward to lift a 6qt Corning ware dish filled with hot liquid and food! So if I see a MW over a stove it’s a deal breaker on buying a house, if there are no options to change it.
I love this home..I love the fact that the master bedroom isn't in the living room..the bedrooms were not group together and were more in its own place the bedrooms were large as well..the kitchen was soooo beautifullllll I loveeeee it wish I could buy one in my area but I live in Cali..love your videos Chance and of course I love you and your beautiful family‼️💜❤️💜💞🙏🏾💞
Oh my goodness! This home is absolutely beautiful! The pocket door to the office, the back splash, the amazing guests bathrooms with real tubs and tile is the best! The master bedroom and bath oh my! This house is perfect! Love the layout! I entertain a lot and I actually love that it opens into the dining with wet bar and then kitchen. These are the areas I prefer to keep my guests in when having large gatherings and off my expensive couches lol. Love how the bedrooms are separated… and the master, perfect!

Lovely home, wouldn't change a thing. Great storage everywhere in the house, and another home manufacturer that knows that the backsplash runs down to the counter tops. Very practical design decisions in this home. They stayed away from the glitzy garbage and designed an elegant home.

Maybe with all the space in the kitchen you don’t really need a huge pantry. Whereas, in a small home the kitchen is smaller so less space more need for a pantry. Just my thought.

I enjoyed this house. I'd love to see a larger pantry, a pot fillers and an area to have people sit to remove shoes. Although I understand those are probably able to be gotten. I always enjoy your videos and hearing about your family. Makes it like I'm touring with a friend. Would find it interesting if any of those plugs have USB ports or any cabinets have built-ins. Other that fantastic video. Did I miss the Franklin that you'd said was built with handicap accessible features? I usually don't miss a video. I'll look through videos.

Palm Harbor homes are so well designed, and this one is no exception with so many outstanding features! Yet, there's always room for improvement. In this particular home, in the kitchen, since it IS so wide, I'd opt for the "service" cabinets and countertops (opposite the appliances) to be the same depth as the ones that house the appliances. That way there is PLENTY of storage and "buffet" space for big gatherings/dinner parties. I love the coffee/wet bar in the dining area...perfect! The bedroom layout designs are very desirable and lend to good privacy. I appreciate separate tub and shower in master ensuite, but I'd opt for something other than fiberglass tub and shower (and the same in the other 2 bathrooms). Yes, I'm old-fashioned and prefer cast iron or a heavy metal tub with porcelain enamel coating and REAL ceramic tiles in the shower areas! The guest bedrooms deserve larger closets with organization (cubbies, shelves, etc)!
I think I’m in ❤️. I especially like that all the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house….like one bedroom on each side so none are near each other. I wasn’t a huge fan of walking into the dining room & having to walk thru the kitchen to get to the living room but I could get used to it. I still love everything else. Yes, Chance, I've been to Plant City, and yes, I've been to Clearwater. When I was growing up, my family lived an hour and a half north of where you are, in Ocala, FL. We were there for a few years. I live in Nebraska now, about a half hour from a Champion Manufacturing plant. I love the shower in this house.

The island is awesome, i can have the familyin there talkingto me while gettingsome things together. (That office space was great. I need and office with a door. ❤️❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾) Yes, the natural light is a Hugh bonus, I'm just recently getting into plants. 😍😍😍😍 Fireplace is awesome as well. The sitting area is spacious and open. Yeeeesssss. (The backslash throughout is absolutely beautiful.) The master is just a dream come true. Great walk through. Loved it. ❤️❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾
You'll find that Palm Harbor are built with 2X4 and 2X6 framing. Back in the 80's it was the only home standing after Andrew roared through with cat 5. I was one of truckers bringing relief down from North Florida.( In Homestead)
Love the dining spot set up with water, wine rack etc..kitchen has plenty of room, prep area and serving area, cabinets cabinets cabinets! The windows and ceilings in the living are eye catching and tying in the stainless steal ceiling fans were great and i loved all the back splashes as well. All the rooms seemed roomy enough.The largest bedroom with the two closets was just too smart and lights under the sinks! Great home.
This house is really nice. The other bedrooms are kind of on the smaller side, but I can see myself living here. I love the color scheme except that green in the guest bathroom.

You'll find that Palm Harbor are built with 2X4 and 2X6 framing. Back in the 80's it was the only home standing after Andrew roared through with cat 5. I was one of truckers bringing relief down from North Florida.( In Homestead)

Love the dining spot set up with water, wine rack etc..kitchen has plenty of room, prep area and serving area, cabinets cabinets cabinets! The windows and ceilings in the living are eye catching and tying in the stainless steal ceiling fans were great and i loved all the back splashes as well. All the rooms seemed roomy enough.The largest bedroom with the two closets was just too smart and lights under the sinks! Great home.

This house is really nice. The other bedrooms are kind of on the smaller side, but I can see myself living here. I love the color scheme except that green in the guest bathroom.
