A usable front porch, overhead vents, no wire racks, an amazing u-shaped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, plenty of linen storage, if we can get to the end of this tour without a barn door, then this one is the best I've ever seen!!!!

Home is perfect. I love that the master is in a private area. It's hard to get that with mobile homes. Only thing is missing is I would want a den and 3rd bathroom. The fact that those other rooms are huge is Def a big bonus. Mobile home have the smallest rooms. This home is IT!!!

Yes,Chance,this was really NICE! Get rid of that carpet & built ins. Luv the kitchen,but want a pantry,2. Freezer. Is there room 4 one in the utility room if u take that rod out? Need coat closet. Sorry,Chance,but this is my needs. I can use the smallest bedroom for all of this stuff,plus my storage & desk & extra bedding,etc. I can sure make this work. No problems.

Hey Chance! Good video! I love this home! I don't know what kind of fireplace that is in the Living Room, but 'd need a gas or wood-burning one! #1) I didn't see a microwave , so would put one in one of those corners; unless that is a microwave on top instead of another oven. Don't need the dishwasher, so remove it and put in more cabinets or drawers. Couldn't tell if the cook stove was electric or gas, but I'd rather have a gas one. #2) If room in utility room I'd put an upright freezer in it. Otherwise I'd put it in the garage which we will build at the door there in the utility room. Also build a storage unit in the garage. #3) I'd use one guest bedroom as my Library Office Room, with a small sitting area with a small gas fireplace. The other guest bedroom I'd use as my Music Studio Room and soundproof it. #4) In the Master suite...that closet is big enough to use as a bedroom! But I won't! We would have to replace the barn door with a pocket door or something as I do not like barn doors in the house. I love the bathtub, but I'll have to replace it with a handicapped tub. I would keep that raised area at the head of the shown tub though. I really like that! Tile shower needs a door and that's all. Love it. Even the commode are looked like it was big enough for even me!! I very much like the sink/counter area. like the closets in the bathroom too. Love it that the closet isn't in the bathroom although that would Never be a deal breaker. Carpet in Living Room and Bedrooms and the sitting area in the Library only. Floorplan at 12:23. Large kitchen. Great floor plan for a modular. Interior is fantastic. The rear exterior looks cool which can be rare in modulars and manufactured homes. Missing a pantry however 😖😖😖

I don't like that the refrigerator is clear across the kitchen. You have to walk around the island to get anything out of the refrigerator and the stove and sink are on the opposite side
I love this one... the layout, the kitchen, the master bath... omgosh, three, THREE electrical outlets in the master bath.. so awesome... carpet only in the bedrooms, and the same flooring throughout.. the only things I would change is the color of the cabinets and using bronze fixtures for lights and water faucets.. awesome!!
Give me white cabinets and a different back splash/ counter top and I'm good. This is better than the Lillie! I love that kitchen, plenty of counter top space and wonderful natural light with all those windows! I like the floor plan on this one. No wasted space. Add a garage and it's perfect!

Love this Floorplan always have. The only problem is it needs a Pantry. Not sure where it could be put in but really needs that Pantry. I especially love the separate halls for the bedrooms. I think that's my favorite th8ng about this plan.
