I would like to see no carpet in the dining area, food and carpet doesn't mix.
It's an area rug.

I’d be happy with no carpet at all. No matter how often you vacuum, how clean you are, the dirt and sand goes under the carpet and doesn’t come out. I’ll never have carpets again.

This is one of our favorite floor plans! The only thing we would change is to remove the carpet in the dining room. What an incredible house!

This is really a great house. Change to wood floors and put up a wall to hide the kitchen and this would be perfect for my family. This is being saved as one of my faves.

This is the nicest mobil home I have ever seen, I just love everything about it, starting with the front porch, but my best room, was the DEN, I have a den in my home, and for me that is a great feature in any home. Thanks for the tour.
I forgot to add that I really like what you called the retreat area of bedroom. That looks like a really cozy area.

This floorplan is almost perfect! I think it would be even better if an exterior door could be added into that bonus room attached to the in-law/guest suite. That would allow extra privacy and not disturb the rest of the household!
The kitchen layout and pantry are excellent. However I'd change the cabinet colors and put in a different refrigerator...a french door style or even one that has no freezer incorporated, and put a really large locking, frost free upright freezer in the utility room.
I would delete EVERY STITCH of carpet from this home, opt for LVP flooring, and use area and throw rugs instead. I do appreciate the amount of closets and how they have wooden rods and shelves! Yay...none of that cheaply made, godawful vinyl coated wire rack mess...UGH and YUCK!!
I would also go with a different wall colors in the entire home.
Love the front porch, but would love to see a deck for the master and guest suites.
All said, it's still a pretty home.
BTW Nate, those are vessel sinks in the master bath...since you asked us to let you know in the comments.
Did I miss the laundry or was that with the were tge freezer was to go? Can thus triple wide be placed on a lot on new jersey?

It has a nice lay out and some nice surprise features however, starting with the front door as you come in, no entry for that size of home. As far as the kitchen island it's a must. Should set the kitchen. This island is lacking style and I didn't notice anything special about it. In master bedroom, I was disappointed in the shower! In TX especially.. take out that garden tub and extend down! I have never been excited about those garden tubs! No doors on a office room isn't good. No. I'd not want personal information and etc in there. I'd put a fire place in the retreat. That would be great!! Thank you for showing.

For the size of the house, the kitchen is underwhelming. The stove is scrunched up in the corner. The microwave placement is very awkward... left-to-right flow to use - what if you need to set the dish down in order to open the microwave door that hinges on the left? Now you're fighting a pesky swinging door in your face and competing for space with whomever is cooking.
Air handler visible from the living space, right as you walk in where ideally there's should be a closet. c'mon guys, do better.
Such a beauty in many ways but it makes you scratch your head about some of the choices that were made!
Almost as if the house was designed by two people who never met and worked separately, never collaboratively.
@@ginnyjohnson2332 yeah. Electric one. It'd warm all through the bedroom. Or at least in this state. It gets 16 degrees at times. A fireplace gives a cozy feeling. It's pretty.
Hello Nate and son(Raiden)however it is spelled; this "LaBelle" is truly a thing of beauty, spacious, and simply elegant. I would agree it is one of the elite floor plans I have seen yet!!! Modular style I am probing the difference. I am sure it is too pricey for me, but surely I enjoy your tours. Thanks, Nate.😊

Wow! The layout is a little choppy, still... Wow. What I really want to say is whomever staged that home is a very talented individual. The Mid Century vibe is exceptional and the warm colors & funky textures just pull you right in. I don't think I've ever seen a model home decked out so fine. Just Wow! 😮

My upgrade on this home? Screening in that front porch! What a beautiful spot to hang out in the summer minus bugs! LOL 'All Season' that porch even. (Am I the only one just really tired of 'barn doors'?)
No, I see it all the time, get rid of barn doors.
I agree also. Those barn doors are not very practical. When open, you can not use that wall for furniture. It would be much nicer as a solid wall there and put French Doors opening into den from the kitchen.
This would have been the perfect home for me, my Momma, and my niece and nephew.
The only thing that might make it better would be the Jr. Suite being on the end of the home with the other 2 bedrooms.
In the Master Bath I would want a wand along with the rain shower head.
I love this home. It is my dream home. I had seen this home previously done in a really bad video on another channel 3 or 4 years ago. I was so happy to see it is still available.

Very nice floor plan ...I had same one in other channels but the decor made alot of difference ....there are some areas which I really liked .e.g master bedroom and inlaw suite...thanks for a detail tour....
That home is so beautiful but that master bedroom is to die for and that double vanity sink in that bathroom is gorgeous I can just live in the master bedroom alone probably never come out unless I'm hungry . When you said this was a triple wide mobile home it is definitely that just saying💙💞🦋

The office needs a door. Beautiful kitchen with a walk-in pantry! Nice sized guest bedrooms with walk in closets. Two furnaces? Wow! 😮 Perfect utility room, I like the idea of hiding the hot water heater access behind a shelf. I would rent out the last bedroom with the retreat area. The bowl sinks keep water from getting everywhere. Beautiful master tub and shower with a nice long seat. The master closet is dreamy! 🥰 Too much house for me but fabulous! 👍 You sound better.

This is the one I wanted for my huge crew before I bought my site built home. Perfect for extended family. But that price tag didn't match my budget. Thanks for letting me see it again. Great layout. I wish all guest baths were as nice as the one in the granny suite. It's almost a perfect home. Needs a larger pantry for all of the people's that would fill this place. And I hate the mismatched tub and shower.
I too would prefer a wood floor in the dining room area. I would want a hand held shower head to clean underneath and get the soap out. With such a huge closet there is no need for dressers, would prefer book shelves. The office could use cabinets over head. and or book shelves.

Remove the wall separating the dining and entertainment room and remove all the carpet all the way through the entertainment room, opening that space up entirely creating a real great room!

I love this home but would change 2 things the office would have doors and be the pantry, microwave area would be a double convection ovens . No barn doors that area would be dinning room . Bonus room would become a second master closet . Would do a lot of upgrades . 😊

The is one of the largest homes I have seen yet. I would make the barn door to the rec room a full wall, all the way up and double doors at the other entrance (kitchen side) into the rec room. The far end bedroom near the master, I would take that extra room and make it part of the "Master.: Whew, that is it. 😊
