I would add 1/2 bath in the utility room so guests on the porch don't have to walk through out the house to go. The bedrooms need ceiling fans.
Take away the mud room as he called it by the entry, make that the half bath.

Beautiful layout and lovely colors, no wasted space no where windows inside restrooms. Nice Landry room, beautiful kitchen just need gas stove. Master bedroom closet is big and spacious and nice for the price.
Love the home. As others have said, no carpet, add ceiling fans, and add several more plug in outlets around the kitchen island. Also, my personal taste is that all windows to be able to open and as heat rises, I like floor or wall heat vents. Rather than ceiling vents. And add the half bath.

That is a cut above 😀. The layout is nice, with the bedrooms off their own hallway. As someone else has said it could do with a half bath maybe in the utility room. The only thing I'd change is just because of taste, is the interior doors, I'd add a removable shower head in the master shower and I wouldn't want the drinks fridge. This is a beauty 😃

This is a dream home . I love the island / dinning area . The amount of cabinets in this home is spot on . I would want the cabinets a different color , just too much whiteness going on . The bedrooms are a nice size , minus the carpets . The master bedroom and bathroom are 😙 . Thanks for sharing this one with us. 😊

I think this home hit all the checkmarks and honestly... I'm sure theres quite a few upgrades in this home as its being shown. ONLY thing I have any complaint about is theres no deep freezer space. I'd take out the cabinets from the "Butler's pantry" and put one there more than likely. - I saw a wine cooler fridge and such in the corner of the kitchen. I personally dont need that but I'm sure it could be used for something else or delete it and put a regular cabinet. Could save on some of the cost.

I really like this home. The carpet has got to go. Add ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Add a halk bath for your guests. Conceal the safe in the utility room, and the home would be pretty much perfect.

Somethings seem mixed up. It's like the kitchen is all stretched out and I'm not sold on the bench for part of your dining room table. You have to walk through the laundry room to get to the porch? Not a good idea.
I think they need to redo their floor plan on this one.

Floor plan says the middle of the cabinets in the quest bath. Plus you have all those cabinets in the laundry room you could use.
