@NatesHomeTours Really? That would be cool designing my own. I have often wondered why they don't offer different configurations of the same space that you can choose from since mobiles are standard sizes. Or add a guest suite like an add a porch when your needs or finances change.

Sometimes I watch just to see the way they do the decor. I know that sounds weird. But I do watch most for my daughter and son in law. They are looking. But I always hit that like button.
Love the office and the kitchen with the wooden hood vent. This one is a keeper, nice size bedrooms and big closers in the guest bedrooms. Love the floor color and the dining area. The Master bathroom is great too. The only thing I am a little disappointed with is the Master Closet if a bit too small.
This home for the most part is a great design and beautiful. Some things I would like to add; another shelf in the pantry and a power outlet on the opposite wall in the pantry, add a hand held shower wand in the master shower, and change the electric fireplace to gas log or wood burning in traditional style with same stone accent front as what's on the exterior. Some things missing that this place absolutely needs linen closet and coat closet. Things that personally bug me is too many windows in the living room one option if I could would be to either leave the windows at either side and delete the two in the center or keep the two center and delete the two at the sides. The second bedroom windows two placed next to each other but shoved to the side just immediately bugged me when you walked in. Loved the dining room separate from kitchen and living room, love the kitchen, love the extra room they are calling the office (my music room and library). Sad fail is the Water heater inside the master closet behind a panel. If possible I would like to see it moved to the laundry room in that open space next to the washer hook up area and put a door to access it. This could be a very very good home that ticks all the boxes if some of these changes that are needed were done. Again the NEEDED CHANGES move the water heater, add a coat closet and linen closet. Those are Needed the other stuff comes under preferences.
This home is ok, would want the water heater outside some where enclosed in, having it inside is a flood fear for me, have seen it happen to many times before, what a disaster, but good job showing the home, keep up good work
I do like the color of the wood floor look awesome, the whole place looks awesome. Why do they always have the refridge a mile or two from the stove, sure beats me. Hi Nate.

Here in Montana it is the same way. Alot has to do with how much markup a dealer does and how much freight there is. The average for freight is $12 a mile right now.
@@Got2BeGigi I have filmed more Sunshine homes than Franklin's, but from looks alone I think they are about equal. I haven't had much exerience with either when it comes to long term. If you can get Chance to respond, he would know better, since his brother sells both brands at his lot.
Looking at the web site from the link I included in the description, under the constructin tab it says, Floor Joists: 2 x 8 24”O.C (On frame mod 2 x 8 16”O.C - Off frame mod 2 x 10 16”O.C.)
That front door is just saying "please come break in!". I'd have a solid, reinforced door and frame, both front and back. I wouldn't have a window in the pantry, or just a small window close to the ceiling. It's not a primary bedroom, it's the MASTER BEDROOM! I'm so sick and tired of everyone having to be so politically correct about everything, just so that they don't hurt the snowflakes' feelings!

Great office I would add a closet, the utility room needs a deep sink . Pantry needs some electric outlets, no tub in MB. Love the home otherwise!

Not yet, Most all homes have a primary and guest, unless it's a tiny home or 1 bedroom.

Sunshine Homes website states it is only manufactured, not modular.

The office would be my library and craft room. The pantry needs more shelving and more outlets. Great home otherwise.
