I love this home! Perfect layout for us. Kids at one end with their own bath and living room. Behind a door! My space with bath and living room at the other! It's like a dream fulfilled lol! Great price. Great builder. Thanks Nate!!
I like the closed off rooms on each section of the house. The family room in the back with the 2 bedrooms is pure gold. Very private and closed off out of sight from guests. I would put a wall with a smaller opening in the marriage lines between kitchen and main living room for more privacy in each room. Very nice home.
Stunning home! There are 2 minor changes I'd make, ditch the ceiling to counter corner cabinet, it wastes precious counter space, the drop zone in the Utility room, to make space for a large chest freezer. The one major change is the master bedroom closet doors, the two doors is a great idea but it was also a tight fit for the dresser, make just one door. Great home though beautifully done! Love the pantry!
You didn’t show dining room! But at least we saw a peek of it as you walked by each time. I love the 4 Br homes. This one needs a half bath for main area. The Master Bath Shower needs upgrading but Everything else is great! Continue to find us 4 Bedroom homes! Thanks!❤❤
I'll take one!❤😂 really, this is so beautiful! It's the best I've seen so far. I love the open concept. My husband and I are thinking of down sizing, and this would be perfect!
The layout of this home is one of the better ones I've seen. I truly appreciate that the bedrooms, especially the master, isn't directly off of a living room or dining room or kitchen. I LOVE seeing new technology in the kitchen. I think this is the 1st home I've seen with an induction cooktop range. I WOULD ditch the racks and put in a put filler. Seems the washer/dryer hookup (water supply) are directly behind the range. Wouldn't seem to be an issue 👍
WOW !!!!!! Nate, this is a beautiful, spacious home. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is gorgeous, I to like the racks above the stove, so much storage space. The living room is beautiful with that wood byrning fireplace and stone. The only things I would change is in the Main bedroom and utility room. Having two doors to the closet, does not make sense. I would rather have built-in storage instead. Also in the bathroom, I don't like low tubs and it is beautiful, but I prefer a stand alone/free standing tub. The utility room, I would replace the lockers with cabinetry, countertop, and mop sink, for there is no storage in there. Having the option of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is great !!!! That family room is simply gorgeous, but I rather have the bedroom and bathroom. So I can use some of the bedrooms for other things and still have bedroomms. Tfs this gorgeous home, you really hit it out the park with this one !!
I would ditch the drop zone and add a pet bath/shower in the laundry room. For the master bathroom didn't care for the tub and the shower would be more larger dump the towel closet and extend the shower with bench seating and with all bathrooms add detachable shower heads. For that extra living space I would of turned it into the fifth bedroom with a bathroom with shower tub combo. It's really cheap for the price up there. I'm glad they have options on the counter in the kitchen to build how the owner wants it built cuz I would use the options to my liking. Ty for sharing really enjoyed the tour.
Nice livingroom and kitchen. Like the pantry.Primary suite is nice. Good size bedrooms & closets. Love the familyroom. Very nice house. Thanks for the tour.
This is a great price and that kitchen was really nice! I also like the tub in the primary bathroom and those windows in the primary bedroom are perfect! This was a great home tour! I like seeing what's available in other parts of the country thank!
I love the layout of this home and it has a fireplace and separate family room for TV! It's nice it also has a entryway, however, that wall as you come in is Not attractive!! Goodness!! That baffles me of it's purpose. I'd want a plain wall or get that painted..thanks for showing.
This is literally my DREAM HOUSE!!!❤❤❤🥰 I absolutely love this home! It ✅’s all the boxes down to the beautiful fire place with the mantle for hanging stockings!! Love Love Love this home ❤❤
nice Big Home. I would change the color of the cabinets to white and change the floor color to carpet in a light color and tile in the kitchen and bathrooms and laundry room. and I would have it made with two Masters and 2 secondary and t 2 master baths and nice kids bath and a half bath for company.
Over all nice home 3 baths would be better I agree it needs a sink on the utility room and there's enough room at the front door for a nice drop zone on that ship lap wall.
Well done good layout, I would delete the third bedroom add a full bath and move the laundry to that end of home for a end of home garage entrance delete closet in master bedroom move to old laundry space and extend the pantry into old closet space and you can put freezer space in pantry and that would be my perfect home layout plan. I only added 10,000.00 to the price value for the full bath, but will save in taxes for only 3 bedrooms and that will be a savings yearly for me.
Beautiful home ! I'm deciding on which modular I would like to purchase so I'm watching many vids on these , This one is great as is so many I've seen , however , the shower tile is not my thing . Its really not to pretty lol just being honest
It's definitely nice! I dint like glass cabinet in kitchen. Not do I care for stainless steel appliances. Laundry I like cabinets over W&D and like a utility deep sink. The master bedroom I do not like shower area at all and would like hair n makeup area in-between the double sinks. Ot a single sink bowl would be nice. Just never liked double sink double cleaning is all that means lol
I like it, but a few of the cabinets needed a secondary shelf plus I wish the shower had the tile to the ceiling, would have been more impressive! Blessings and Peace ✝️❤️
Hey Nate… been following you for a while and appreciate all the hard work. One question that has come to mind recently is… Why are the manufactured / mobile homes not using tankless hot water systems. Seems like a no brained to me but I thought I’d ask someone with more insight.
Not sure, Your not the only one to ask. I could maybe email the VP at New Vision Homes and see what he says. I just met with him last Friday and toured thier factory.
I believe that all of the bedrooms should be the same size as the primary bedroom and all other bathrooms should be the same as the one in the primary and all of the bedrooms should also have a walk through closet. I also prefer a gas stove, preferably a 6 burner. Is that wood flooring? Or is it vinyl? Vinyl does not appeal to me.
NNNoo I don’t like shiplap or barn doors I would just live in a barn I would rather have larger rooms but fewer bedrooms with the exception of the master suite for the children of the same sex I would have large Lodge style communal bunk rooms It’s not too bad but it is an acquired taste
I love the layout except for one thing: any guests would have to walk through the private bedrooms to use the bathroom. The home really needs a half bath in the main living area so that private are of bedrooms stays private if you want it to. Also I’d prefer a deep sink and extra storage in the utility room not so much the drop zone
I would use that extra family room for my master bedroom because I just have so much stuff & those cabinets I would use for all my perfumes and cosmetics because I just have so much stuff and I would have to have the master bathroom put in there. I don’t like how narrow the hallways seems like you couldn’t get wide furniture in there easy, and something about it makes me feel claustrophobic and I wonder if you could even get a wheelchair in there with ease. I would have to use one of the bedrooms just as a storage room because I have so much stuff & one of the bedrooms as a closet because I have so much stuff! They need to design the master bathroom or bedroom with shelving for people who collect perfumes like from Bath and body some women have hundreds and hundreds and they need a place to display them all. I have hundreds of perfumes and cosmetics not to mention clothes and shoes and then where do you put all your cleaning supplies and tools and things because you don’t always have a garage when you have a mobile home and so you really need a lot of shelving in the utility room. For that much money I would tell the manufacturer they need to think of these things I mean really. LOL 😆
Love the home Nate…. I would remove carpet, square the sinks and add another bathroom….. also, I would need gas stove and I love the idea of having somewhere to place my hot baking dishes other than the countertop. For the size of the home it should automatically come with a half bath….. also, it needs another level of wooden shelving in master closet and I love that it comes with a wood burning stove. I’m a country girl and I love the smell of burning wood nor do I mind chopping and bringing the wood into the house.😊😊😊😊💜💜💜💜 Thank you for sharing this beautiful home Nate. Miss Teena 🫶🏼
Lord how I hate the ‘open’ concept homes. Why are utility rooms so big? That’s the last place I want to spend a lot time in. I’ll trade the utility room space for dining room space.
It's what "The People" want. "Casual", nothing formal, like a real dining room. A brand new, stick-built house in my town recently sold for almost One Million Dollars.. open plan, naturally.. the "dining area" ended up right smack in the middle, right in front of the double, north-facing front doors. Talk about slave to fashion. I hate the look, too.. I don't always feel like cleaning my kitchen and I don't want that to be the first thing a visitor sees.
I prefer if the utility room is big but in my view in the video the room is too small. Some of us like the room to be big for 5ft to 6ft freezers. Just imagine how much it's easier when moving washer, dryer, water heater and those important stuff into the utility room or out of the room.
I love this home! Perfect layout for us. Kids at one end with their own bath and living room. Behind a door! My space with bath and living room at the other! It's like a dream fulfilled lol! Great price. Great builder. Thanks Nate!!
I would ditch the drop zone in the utility room and add a deep sink, if possible. Nice home! Thank you for showing it to us😊
9:43 I was thinking a dog wash station in the drop zone 😊
I like the closed off rooms on each section of the house. The family room in the back with the 2 bedrooms is pure gold. Very private and closed off out of sight from guests. I have a lot from Oklahoma. It seems I found more 4 bed than 3 bed homes.
I'll take one!❤😂 really, this is so beautiful! It's the best I've seen so far. I love the open concept. My husband and I are thinking of down sizing, and this would be perfect!
Probably the nicest mobile home I’ve ever seen.
The layout of this home is one of the better ones I've seen. I truly appreciate that the bedrooms, especially the master, isn't directly off of a living room or dining room or kitchen.

Love how everything is laid out on this home.

😮 i liked this one.

Thanks for watching

This house would be almost perfect if it had a half bath
Just beautiful home love layout awesome colors pretty I have big family I need lot rooms love kitchen layout awesome thank you for sharing ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
This is literally my DREAM HOUSE!!!❤❤❤🥰 I absolutely love this home! It ✅’s all the boxes down to the beautiful fire place with the mantle for hanging stockings!! Love Love Love this home ❤❤
Yesssd, i really like the wire racks above the stove, that's pretty neat😊
nice Big Home. I would change the color of the cabinets to white and change the floor color to carpet in a light color and tile in the kitchen and bathrooms and laundry room. and I would have it made with two Masters and 2 secondary and t

Love that den. The entire home Wow
I really love this one. Definitely going with the 5 bed 3 bath and use that small bedroom as an office.
I would change a lot of things in this home. Over all a nice home for the price.
Thanks Nate
Very nice floor plan
Gorgeous home. Not crazy about the metal shelving in the kitchen but the racks are pretty cool. Love the fireplace.
Wish there was a powder room for guest to use rather then going through the private bedroom area:(

You could let bread dough rise on the shelves above the stove 🩷🩷
Wouldn't that be a little drafty up there?
It needs a 1/2 bathroom as well as sink in laundry room. Otherwise, beautiful home!!!!
Another good one with unique features. Still hoping for a shower bench to sit on. 👍🏻
Coming soon!
@@NatesHomeTours YAY!! Will keep looking!
The stove is nice. I like the option of having the racks/shelves on stoves
Beautiful home😊😊😊😊😊
hate that cheap-o front door on such a nice home--put a nice front door with glass in it--beautiful home
This is it. My new home.
That's a beautiful home
Super nice!!
Love this home! That family room is awesome!
Really nice home
This home is awesomely.
I love this home and size. Also proce is not bad. Good job!
Very nice!
Love it!
Beautiful home. I would make a few changes, but nothing terribly significant.
Nice kitchen

It was shown with Vinyl but you can get the LVP flooring.
Kinda far to get it made where I live
With the prices you have been giving for the last 2 homes down there, I might have to change my name from Montana to Oklahoma.
Real nice
"WHATCH??????" lol Sorry just trollin".
One word describes this home Rustic...

Where is that one at Nate? I know few people that would love that one...Aaron and Eva..
Titan Factory Direct in Oklahoma City, have them mention they saw it here.
Do they sell the models??
I would use that extra family room for my master bedroom because I just have so much stuff & those cabinets I would use for all my perfumes and cosmetics because I just have so much stuff and I would have to have the master bathroom put in there. Price
$225,000 just starting out? You can build a real house twice this size for that price!
Deliverer to Illinois?
It's made by Champion, You might be able to get it built there and delivered by a local dealer.
Can I get it in AZ?
This is made by Champion Homes, so I would think you could or at least something very similar by them.

How are you doing Nate
Needs a 1/2 bath
Love this beautiful home, Nate!
I don't like the tile kitchen or bath 😮
Lord how I hate the ‘open’ concept homes. Why are utility rooms so big? That’s the last place I want to spend a lot time in. I’ll trade the utility room space for dining room space.
I don't understand how they most always give you a huge kitchen and small diningroom.
You could use the space to make the room closets bigger.
The price is nice lol

Nice home was a lil disappointed in the master 🛁 bathroom
