When you are young carpeting is attractive to you. For me with open heart surgery at the age of 78; I find it impossible to push a sweeper. I like to do it a little easier and keep up with the house because I love house cleaning. So I can see your point,

Not sure they they use those '80's-'90's light bar type lights in that baths. Glad to see no window in the shower. Nice giant windows in master bath.

All that carpeting would be a nightmare to keep clean! My cats prefer hardwood flooring so they can ride the Roomba lol. I'd make that change for sure.
I love the kitchen, all the windows, the big pantry. I don't mind a stove top in an island as long as there's a vent overhead.
NO to the mirrored doors on the lady's master closet. That look is so dated. The master tub is awesome. I'd upgrade the shower.
Fantastic laundry room! I wonder if you could put a door where the window is.

Interesting design. Do not like the stove in the island, there's no exhaust fan. All I can think of with all those ledges is how much dust will accumulate up there. I don't understand the vents above the bedroom doors. No privacy. Master is huge but I would turn that into the closet, lol. The master bath looks dated. There's potential with this one though.

Nice house I like the layout, but it looks dated with the white appliances & carpet. I would definitely change out that kitchen do not like the stove in the island do not like the light color or white cabinetry, get rid of all the carpet especially in all the main living area, I sure hope that those lovely windows in the kitchen opens, because I see a lot the homes are making the windows not standard to open & closing it, I will not purchase a home that have windows or a window in the kitchen that can not open that's just my opinion. But overall I really the house, I really love the layout with the right make over this house will be a beauty!!!

I too notice some kitchen Windows that don't open which is really rediculous, it you have made a burnt mess of something you need to open the windows to air out the smoke and smell if a gas stove and a gas smell is detected you need to open the window and call about it if your cooking and get hot you need to open the windows to cool down even in cold winter the kitchen can heat up from stove and oven going for a long time like when you are cooking and baking for the holidays. I've watched another channel about a manufacturer visiting the homeowners in their home 1 year after purchase and going through and fixing this or that under the warranty and asking the homeowners what they like and why and what they would change if any thing and why. This family had a large totally open floor plan and put a big garage on the home and it was sitting on a foundation on their own property and they immediately said they wish their kitchen Windows opened because the breeze comes from that side of the home and it gets stuffy and especially when she's cooking wished she could open the windows to get the breeze

Nice home. Ceiling vents would be nice. Split bedrooms seem to be all the rage these days, but I'm not plussed by it one way or the other. I don't know that I like not having a family/utility room entrance rather than having to use the front door and tromping through the main area of the home all the time. I ceratinly don't like the lack of a community toilet in a home this size. The main baths should be solely for those who live in the home. And while I really dig the cirdular design of the kitchen I would most certainly upgrade the range top to induction. Coils on the island is a non-starter for me. All in all, though, add a little color and this is a really sharp home.

I would not allow any carpeting anywhere in the house (highly allergic to dust). Carpets have a tendency to hold onto dust no matter how many times a day I would vacuum it. I don't need that. I prefer hardwood floors to be put in. Matching the walnut in the house would be nice. The pantry door would need to be able to open outwards, not inwards. No mirrors on the closet doors in the master bedroom. There are enough mirrors in the bathroom for that purpose. That extra little room that is part of the master bedroom, I would use for putting in dressers and a table with a Keurig coffee maker on it. One bedroom can be used for my husband's office/hobby room. The other bedroom can be used for my office.hobby room.

I have a big family. What we need is a huge center with a kitchen to the far side, back and hard floors in this main huge area for eating. Then one side has a game room for the men. The other side has a music and entertainment for the women. We need two half baths downstairs. Upstairs just bedrooms with two bathrooms toilet/shower no tub. Then we would like a huge wrap-around 4 season porch all the way around the house at least downstairs. In the back of the kitchen to the far end is a 4 season porch of course but doubles as the laundry, mudroom, freezer, and huge farm sink. The kitchen can go from one side of the house to the other so we have a good pantry on one end and a good linen closet and dishes. No fireplace. Just good electric heat and one woodburning stove in the kitchen if the lights go out and one regular electric stove. Then we need a wood-burning stove upstairs in case the lights go out. I need all along the walls, lanterns that burn when the lights go out. Utilizing the modern age foldup furniture and hide-away beds for extra sleeping. The central area which is the eating area needs counters and plugins above the counters for all the food for holidays. It is cafe-style eating. Get in line and move through the counters to get your food. Then sit down in the large central area for eating. Once eating is done, men go to their side of the house for pool, TV, tables for playing cards, and a wall with a bar. The other side of the house is a room for the women with tables for tea/coffee, TV, player piano, and board games. The bathrooms are one for the men's side and one for the women's side and each is just a toilet with a big sink. Walls are done in tile for easy washing. Upstairs is an area for bedrooms and one shower/toilet/big farm sink bathroom on one side and the same on the other side. Kind of like men's and women's. Very simple design. Nothing fancy. The wrap-around 4 season porch serves as sitting and talking and playing and it goes all the way around the house on all four sides. This way there can be lots of hanging plants and the kids can play out there if they want. I need at least one good comfortable rocking chair somewhere in the wrap-around 4 season porch. I can eat in the kitchen when the family is not over for the holidays and I sleep upstairs in one of the bedrooms. Staircase can be anywhere kind of out of the way. No basement so all plumbing and pipes and vents for heating with forced air must be inside the house like maybe they could be in benches where one could sit on and the vents are in the benches all the way around the house upstairs and down. Plumbing should be done upstairs and lined up with downstairs for easy access to pipes in case of leaks. No hanging lights. Just those lights that are up on the ceilings. A heat pump would help save on heating and cooling if possible all the way around the entire house. All floors hard floors and all walls washable. No fancy cupboards. We are looking at function not fancy. Great house for holidays and parties. See what I mean? Only perhaps 3 couples would stay the night. They are from out of state. All areas are wide for wheelchairs to maneuver. One bathroom for a wheelchair person with rails. The one or two hide-away beds are for extra comfort for those that cannot go up the stairs. The beds fold up into the wall when not in use. You can put those anywhere in the house. Not the kitchen though. I live in Nebraska. We get really hot summers and really cold winters. This must be taken into account and lights go out so the woodburning stoves and lanterns along the walls would be wonderful.

I love the huge kitchen counter, but not a fan of the stove location and vents in the floor. Having the Mst bdrm at the end is a great location, with a retreat (wish it had pocket doors or barn door between the bedroom and the retreat. Thanks for sharing with us.

What I don't like about the Kitchen is that you lost a lot of upper cabinets for windows. I love a lot of windows, but I need the upper cabinets. Yes I know there is a Pantry- but that is not the same thing. Other than that lose the carpeting and add a tile shower in the Master Bath and I'd love it. This is a great price for a Triple Wide.

Love this home but the color throughout makes it look so out dated...I would definitely change the stove, refrigerator to stainless ,color of the cabinets, the glass doors to the closet in the master and remove the carpet...Overall,this home is very, very nice and spacious.

Amazing space in this home. I like the overall layout with a few minor tweaks. Colors of cabinets, counter tops, flooring and tear out the carpeting etc. would need to be changed, it feels dated currently. Plenty of space for a nice tile shower. Added to my faves for unique & spacious layout. Edit: stove needs to be moved and a range hood needs to be added above it.

I think I already commented in this one but I am viewing the again after viewing the PRIMROSE located in Albany Oregon. There are many things I like about both homs. so e things I really prefer about one or the other. NOW let's see if I can keep them straight! Entering THIS one it has a more cohesive feeling in the loving room. The Primrose has kind if an odd shaped formal loving area. I like that this one has the cut outs as you enter and the little 2 sided China cupboard/ pass through from the kitchen. Thus one has a nicer living room. type area where as the dining area in the Primrose felt more formal. The kitchens while having the same layout (L💓ve, love, l😍ve the wi does and all the counters in both l, the Primrose looks better quality/more upgraded to me with it's butler's pantry and the way the appliances are arranged. it has a spot in the pantry for a freezer. BUT I think there is more roo. for food I. the pantry in this home. The family roo. in this home has a beautiful fireplace where as the Primrose doesn't have one. The Primrose has a 1/2 bath between the livingroom and the family room (I think it's where the entry closet is in this one, if this one has ine I missed it) The primrose has a little bit different layout as you go down the hall as well. 1st the closets are different in it. It has long double door closets in each "guest/child" room. I thinkthat while nit being deep they are also bigger. BUT there is the center section between closet doors that where the rack continues things may be harder to reach in that little area? The closets are also.different in the hall with these 2. The Primrose has a linen closet in the utility room and this kne has a nice walk in pantry sized one near the master and across from the utility room. This utility is larger and has a place for a freezer ( so you still can have it either house just different locations) Then comes the master. again there are things I like better about each of them. This one the master seems bugger to me. it has 2 walk in closets where the Primrose has 1 that is nice but I may prefer the 2... could go either way. I like the bathroom better un this one. However the shower in the Primrose looks bigger to me? This one has a countertop that wraps around kinda echoing the kitchen. It also has a nice makeup vanity. The Primrose has storage in the water closet that I like and the tubs while.similar are different. That takes me back to the hallway bath for a second. I like the layout of the one I. the Primrose better. I think the tub is larger in that one too. But I like how the toilet is kinda hidden behind the door in this one. Back to the master. The sitting areas are flip flopped between the 2 houses. this one has ut through the master and at the back. The Primrose has it with a door leading out into the hallway and it would be to the right if this bedroom door so I thought it would make a great office allowing private entry for clients, customers, or congregation members In our case. I love the ceilings, dormer window and ceiling joists in this one as well as the shelves that run around the public areas of this house. I do t like that this one doesn't have a utility room door leading to the outside or garage. This house I think has 3 external doors where the Primrose has 4, The Primrose I think has an additional 1/2 bath and I like the location of it. Both have so much to offer and I guess its a matter of taste , need or perspective which you prefer. I thunk iver all I like the Primrose better but I would combine the things I like better about this one with that one if I were purchasing one. But I really love them both.

This entire home looks so dated but I’m sure the price isn’t dated though!!! The layout is weird but really large and I love that.

Hope things have improved over the years. As a couple of decades ago, I've lived in a couple of different modulars both had large garden style bathtubs. However, neither one had a water heater actually large enough to allow you to fill the tubs more than 1/4 to a 1/3 smh. Very very disappointing. Had a couple of different friends that experienced the same problem.

The living/dining room feels awkward. I like the layout of the kitchen and it's adjoining living room. I like all the windows in the kitchen but on the other hand it would be nice to have more upper cabinets. The pantry is great! The master bedroom is nice, the retreat would be my library. I agree with some of the other comments about all the open shelving above the walls in the kitchen/ dining/ living, I don't like it. I want to like this home but something just doesn't work. Thanks for tour. 😊😊😊
