All is great, except that moldy looking shower tile in the master bathroom. Why would anyone want that in their home? No matter how often you scrub it, it’ll look dirty!!! A bit expensive too😮. But, thanks, Nate, for a nice modular home tour😊
I love this home. The only thing i would change would be the tile in the bathroom and maybe have a laundry tub in the laundry room. That sink doesn't look deep enough.
I like the home ,but tile in the master bathroom shower was hideous, was that intentional,or a mistake? Also a pantry could have been placed in the alcoves that leads from the dining area to the kitchen.
Dont like the brick pillars. Love the kitchen. Dont like closet on primary bathroom. Shower would be nicer with a different tile. Nice closet just wish it was in a different location. Very nice home. Can it be a modular as well? Thanks for the tour
I think the in laws should get the room with the super big closet because they need the room to store all the kids cute pictures and school papers and other stuff they have saved over the years for posterity
I don't like the brickwork around the fireplace, I'm thinking dust. I don't like that there's no door to the outside from the living space. It feels too enclosed
On my phone. When you push the more. The details are greyed over now and the subsections are now neon and easy to click on. Don't know if that improvement caused the other to be faded out but it's really hard to read the details of the home.
$350k without land and foundation. That's a lot of money. I guess it just depends on what part of the country you're in. In West Virginia this wouldn't work. Lotta big homes here for this price. Western states probably ok.
The only thing I think I would do different in this is get rid of That Hideous hideous tile in the shower and that ugly bathtub I would have a freestanding bathtub right there that would look so much nicer
Oh, it’s a trailer and whose idea was it to mess the shower area up like that. It’s not appealing at all. And no pantry. I just can’t get past that nasty looking shower. Needs a back/ side door from the kitchen to the backyard for grilling
😊Very nice home with lots of space, all kinds of storage cabinets and large closets. Floor plan is accommodating for a good size family.😊

Only item it's missing is a pantry. All homes need a pantry.
Plenty of room beside the oven too.
With all those cabinets really you need a pantry????
@nancyison7481 Yes! We would. 😬😁😂 We drop ship a bulk order of organic food from Oregon to Texas every month.
Love the bedroom sizes ❤
I love the kitchen. The U shape gives you more cabinets.
nice home but we need a way from the kitchen to the back yard for grilling
I was thinking the same sort of thing. I like having a door to the outside from the kitchen /dining /living room
This home is breathtaking. It love it!
I love it when the laundry room is connected to the master bedroom closet!!
Wow I changed my mind I want this one! Love that kitchen with all the cabinets and windows NICE
Love your vids, Nate! Great layout with this one.
Great Home!
beautiful! thanks!
Love that kitchen. My favorite 😂. Love the large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and Love the large front room and dining room room.
Nate, this is a lovely home. I love the kitchen with all the cabinets, and countertop space. I love everything about the master bedroom! I’m sold!!!!
Beautiful home Nate, love the kitchen. I would change the tile in the shower that distressed look is not for me. Merry Christmas everyone.
I like the tile from the other shower better. Distresed tile just looks ugly. Love the big kitchen with lots of counter space, needs a pantry.
I love Franklin Homes. I'm jelly of those that can buy them.
I love this home. The only thing i would change would be the tile in the bathroom and maybe have a laundry tub in the laundry room. That sink doesn't look deep enough.
I like living room in backsplash kitchen,is preety
Love Franklin homes sure wish they were on the west coast
Me too
Pratt is always high on the price it seems like. I was imagining 250k for this one. I know Franklin is the best, but man 350k just sounds outrageous.
It does for a manufactured home
@@betsywestbrook7169 Its Modular, so it will cost more, but still, its a LOT of money.
Thank you.

There is good reason. It's a great home. I don't like your new info about the video section. It's greyed out and hard to read.
What area is greys out? And what are you watching on? Raiden was just trying to watch YT on the TV and we had no sound. So maybe a glitch.

That would be with the foundation and setup
They should have put the sink in front of the window
Did not like the island countertop, the master shower tile, the fake wood floor. Otherwise loved it!
I" LIKE THE HOME VERY BEAUTIFUL BUT NO PANTRY ALL HOME NEED PANTRY❗❗❗
I had to google Saw . I don't watch horror movies 😆
I hate that bathroom looks like the bathrooms from NYC projects I used to live in!
The only thing I think I would do different in this is get rid of That Hideous hideous tile in the shower and that ugly bathtub I would have a freestanding bathtub right there that would look so much nicer
You don't need a pantry in this kitchen
Plenty of beautiful cabinets.

Shower ...yuk
No pantry.
Awful looking shower.
No entry or exit to the backyard from kitchen to accommodate BBQ Grill.
That shower is horrid and ugly as hell. I hated the distressed look when it first came out. People take it too far.
