I have watched vids like this for years, and this has to be my fave so far, the whole time I kept hoping it wasn't too expensive and the price seems extremely reasonable. I'm not even a big fan of the materials that were used and would take it as is... it's a great options for mult generational households, too. I feel like the two porches and foyer give the master a lot of privacy. The back porch is great for letting your kids entertain friends where you can keep an eye on them but they also get some privacy, that and my family doesn't like being outdoors that much, but I've always wanted an outdoor entertainment area to get fresh air while doing what we normally do. We'd also use it as a catio lol.
This is the first video of yours I've ever seen, and this is the first home from this builder I've seen. I'm impressed all around. They take pride in their work, finally!! Thank you. 😊
I love this home! The only issue, it is way more home than I need, or can keep up. I would love to see Titanium Cottages do a 399 sq.ft. Park Model Tiny Home in the same Coppertop , with the brickwork backsplashes, and the same sturdy closet rods and shelves, etc. because the quality really impresses me. I am a lady with lots of clothes, purses, shoes, and a nice sized faux fur collection, so need a walk in closet, even in my tiny home. I could do without the bathtub, but the walk in shower is a must, as is one of the nice fold down bench seats. I am a widowed senior citizen who is currently paying off debt, so I can seriously save for my dream tiny home. I hope Titanium Cottages sees my request and goes to work on it. I suspect the home would fast become a top seller for them.
Love the Master bedroom and stand alone tub and the kitchen. Love the counter top on the island. Nice back deck and nice large bedrooms and front room.
Let me get this straight... A fancy wall heater in the home and the fireplace is on the back porch? So when your power goes out in the dead of winter you can heat your back porch but not your home? Yeah, that makes sense! Fireplace, a real wood burning one not those electric wall heaters, inside of the home; and a fire pit on the outside of the home. This setup would drive me insane if you couldn't change it!
@williamadams4843 I live in Michigan, not really a concern of mine... other than the fact people will start flooding here when they stop ignoring climate change.
Being from Michigan I've experienced a lot of winters at my grandparents who burn wood. I prefer it for outside entertaining, indoors it gets way too hot, then we have to start opening windows anyway. To me woodfire heat is just too unpredictable. Plus, I've thankfully rarely had power go out in winter, it tends to happen every other time of the year right here on Lake Michigan.
Nate, I love everything about this home. It’s absolutely stunning!!! The exterior is beautiful. All the wood trimmings brings out the homey feel. I absolutely love it!!! Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!
I would change it too….. the first thing that I noticed but then I would change the stove to a gas stove too and I would keep the wood burning stove on the porch
I agree with the other that said fire place better in dining room and family room. That way we stay warm when the power is out. Even if you want to warm the whole house.
It's really nice, love the overall look! I don't think I'd want that back porch taking up much needed interior space though. I'd move the living room in it's place and turn the living room where it is into a bedroom or something.
This was a very nice looking home, and the front and back porches were a huge plus!!! The wood trimming and the great looking wood finishes in the shelves and on the walls were the look I really like! However, I wasn’t a fan of the black exterior and on the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. Hopefully, the colors can be changed to a lighter color. An overall fantastic floor plan, even if the kitchen is more open to the living room than I usually like. Thanks for showing us this, Nate, because I think it was one of your best home tours 😊
Beautiful home. Glad there was no carpet. Did not like electric fireplace in the home with wood fireplace on the back deck. Wonder if you could get a wood fireplace in the living room.
The main thing I would want changed is the back porch area. That area needs to be made into a den, and if the power goes out there you are! All comfy cozy. I would also then use the area on a daily basis, for as a single person it would otherwise be wasted space.
This is a beautiful house but there are quite a few things that I would change. When you walk in that foyer is huge but all you see is those useless windows, I say useless because they do not open. As well as taking away precious wall space for decorating/furniture. The black cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms are terrible, they have to go and be changed to a much lighter color. Eliminate the window over the bathtub in the master bathroom. The pantry is wonderful as is the utility room and if there is a way to enclose the back porch to make it an office it would be perfect.
Can the back porch be closed in for an office?? This is a great home, almost perfect. If the back can be closed in, then this is a perfect home. Thanks for showing it.
Will that wood in the shower above the tile swell because of the moisture? I don't think it's a good idea to have it there, with such close proximity to so much potential steam in the shower. I would think the wood might eventually warp.
Nice, but a few things that could be improved upon. That master shower is going to spray you with some cold water because of the location of the handle. It needs to be on the other wall to avoid that! Second, you made a point to say that the laundry room has room for a freezer, but there was no electrical outlet in that space, or the space next to the furnace door. I think it needs soft touch drawers instead of just the cabinets. Lastly, when you showed the shower, there were nail holes in the trim. Personally, I think that looks tacky and cheap. Otherwise, nice house and a good price point. I dont think it would hurt to modify any of these things.
In theory, this is a lovely home. Most of the features from the kitchen back to the laundry room are good. The complete waste of space - to me - is the 'foyer' area. It has too many windows where they could have put in a closet. And you don't need two ways to access the back patio. I wonder if insurance would be higher with a wood burning fireplace - especially one on the outside of the home but attached. My same old complaint about barrier-free shower access for the aging population continues.
Yeah I agree. Be upfront and people would appreciate that way more. I fast forward and look every time bc it’s slap in our face. You can put so chance off you just be yourself w your own ideas. I mute chance. Just saying. That’s why I like mr tiny bc he throws price out there first. Proud of it
Hello Nate. This is a nice home but... Eleven foot ceilings is a waste to me let alone one higher. What do you need that high ceilings for? I don't know anyone that tall! And you would have to hire a professional to clean that high of ceilings; at least I would. The porches are great , especially the back porch with the Fireplace. But that Foyer is a bunch of wasted space to me. What are you gonna do with it? You can put benches in it, but who would you have seating in it? I'm not sure there's room for Grandma's China Cabinet either - it would be tight. The Water Closet in the Master Bathroom is way too narrow for me as well. Not sure how they would fix that either. The other bathrooms Commode area is okay. The Utility area is fine too. Pantry if great. I would put a Gas Fireplace in Living Room. And a Gas Cook Stove. All-in-all, it's not a bad place. I like the wood, it's pretty. The price is pretty good too. Very good video Nate. God bless y'all.
The spaces, wooden shelves are exceptional. However the wooden shelves and walls don't fit me. Feel like seeing a home from the seventies or an abandoned home now being remodeled. I will say the price surprised me totally because of the fireplace outside, highest ceiling and spacious ceiling for manufacturing house.. I could do this with an additional $25,000 modern/contemporary upgrade. The fireplace should be inside the home as well. Not electric! Hey...next time a tour a home completely staged and LIGHTS on.
@@NatesHomeTours im sorry we lost power and i wasnt able to stay till the end so i will go back and rewatch we have a hurricane slapping us right now so it's spotty at best with power.
We appreciate what you do but you need to work on your introduction. Talk about the outside while you are outside. Then talk about the inside when you get inside. Thank you for showing the house
Who decided to put a pop up outlet in the exact center of the kitchen island? So, if you're like me and do a lot of baking or cooking, you can't utilize that island fully for fear of getting flour or liquid on it. You couldn't maybe put an outlet on the side where every other builder would? Wake up and think people! 😠
I would change a Lot! When you walk in, that’s just way too many windows, I wouldn’t want all those windows there and I rather just have the door on the side plus it takes away from wall space to do things and have extra things like tables and hutches crescendos. I don’t like the ceilings angles, and that’s going to be a pain to keep hot or cool, with the height of those ceilings and all those windows. The wood is way too orange. At least that’s how it’s showing on my television really orange although wood is nice, that orange color is awful, and in the master bathroom the window over the tub looks like a basement casement window. The pluses are the pantry is very nice. I love the freestanding tub, beautiful laundry room or utility room and I love that door as well in the utility room.
Dont like all the wood inside and dark kitchen cabinets sure they have lighter colors .would not have the outside fireplace either. But has great potential
I beg you to change your format to anything but the way chance does it. God it’s frustrating, I might as well watch chance and I’m trying to get away from that annoying crap.

Gorgeous home, so spacious and I just love the 2 porches. Great job, Nate!
Wow. I think this is one of the best I've ever seen. Like you said, that's what I call a home.
Gorgeous ❤

I was sold as soon as you walked in. Incredible
This is gorgeous. 😊😊😊😊
Awesome home, the ceilings are beautiful, such a feel of grandeur… great house…
Luv the high ceilings and the shelves in the pantry I would convert the shelves to clothes racks for a huge walk in closet
I love this house. ❤

HA. I sure was gonna say the same. like. I hate electric fireplaces. what's the purpose.
Well they want you dependant on them. Ask all the hurricane victims. How great debit cards, electric cars, electric stoves and water heaters are

I would make the fireplace area part of the kitchen dining room. It's wasted outside. It could make a awesome space then.
i love this one
Love everything about it except the colors. Great tour Nate😄👍👏👏👏
Unreal - beautiful - thanks Nste
Nate, I love everything about this home. It’s absolutely stunning!!! The exterior is beautiful. All the wood trimmings brings out the homey feel. I absolutely love it!!! Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!
Love this home. But I would put a real fireplace in the living room
I enjoy watching your videos

Like, this home
😊Sort of grand or epic like home!! Love the wood schemes throughout which does bring out the floor plan. Thanks for the view Nate.😊
love the vaulted

This is a beautiful unique home , the only thing I would change is a small window in the guest bathroom. Ca this home be put on a foundation?
As toured it is Modular, so it has to be on a foundation.
This looks like the Timber Creek one called the 'White Oak' ...
That is what it was based off of.
@NatesHomeTours Lol, I figured...Thanks hun!
Beautiful six panel doors but they're white?

This was based off the White Oak by Timber Creek, I would look at that one also and see if it can be changed in that way.
Will that wood in the shower above the tile swell because of the moisture? I don't think it's a good idea to have it there, with such close proximity to so much potential steam in the shower. I would think the wood might eventually warp.

I wonder what the total cost would be including foundation in Northern california.
I'm not sure you would be able to get this one in California.

Beautiful but the space between the porches seem like really wasted space. Love the size of the bedrooms
I like this home, but would still make some changes.
What good is a fireplace outside when the electricity goes off the fireplace should be inside the house
We'd be driving down the road when I was a kid and dad would say "God hates mobile homes, don't ever forget that" Turns out he was right!
I like this plan....Too bad they are in Texas, doesn't help us much in Alabama
I like except the double sink in master I like my own space and my husband does to right we have double sink it sucks
Nice ceilings, but your ac and heating bill will be way up there also.
what no hook-ups for TV in living room
I think that wood fire place needs to be inside not outside. Winter in Wyo. is cold in the winter.
Is it drywall
Is what Drywall? The home is full drywall, tape and texture.
Can you get a real or mat gas fireplace instead of electric
I'm not sure, but the dealer could tell you.
Omg just tell us the price

Wood in the shower oh no way.
What's going on with the trim work.😂
and what kind of price tag are we talking about here?
Price was given at the end

I am not a fan of all the dark colors and too much wood. I would rather painted trim and less rustic feel.
