It's not a mobile/manufactured home. It's a true modular home. Technically, it is a stick built home, but they're built inside a warehouse in separate sections and installed together wherever it's going. (No wheels) And that one room isn't a bedroom. Needs and escape and a closet to be a bedroom. It's more of an office/storage/flex room!

Don’t building codes say you can’t have a room without windows as a bedroom? Not sure about EVERYWHERE but apparently where I live you can’t. People built a home next door and one of the rooms has no windows so they said it can’t be a bedroom. I have never seen a modular home with a bedroom that has no window. Beautiful home though.
Yes your wife was EXTREMELY RITE about the whole bathtub situation.... If the back of the tub goes straight up then it's very uncomfortable and it's pretty much impossible to even get comfortable.... I made that same mistake once an every since then I've learned to always check the tub.....
The kids won't be fighting over who has the biggest closet, but they'll be fighting over who has a room with windows! The whole house is gorgeous but that bedroom let's it down

Ive been doing a lot of research on frabricated / modular / mobile homes. Franklin Homes look nice but the reviews of the dealers they use scares me off.

What is with that shower. The tile looked like it was full of mold.
Maybe it is an adobe shower. Looks like mud to me. That can't last for a shower.
It wasn’t grouted yet. It was just the tile with the spacers. When it sets they will come back and grout it.
