I love it. The bump outs makes the home look very residential. A lot of people would be buying mobile homes more if it all looked like this instead of a long shoe box home.
No...ppl are scared of mobile homes due to storms...
All homes are residential. You can't have a certain look and call it "residential looking". There is no specific look to a residential building.
@@debbiestorm3751 I have seen mobile home communities stand for over 20 years, through tropical storms, small hurricanes, etc.
It boils down to the construction and materials used as to why people don't like the old ones compared to newer ones.

Gorgeous! I love the attention to detail. And it looks like a house, not a trailer.
This house is incredible! I never thought that a tiny house could be so spacious, and roomy, with full-size appliances, a large laundry room which will accommodate a full size washer and dryer, and a big master bedroom and bathroom; the only addition I’d make to the shower in the master bathroom, and the shower in the guest bathroom is to have a couple of grab bars; one at the back wall of the shower, and one near the side where you step out of it.
My three small dogs and I could definitely live here!

This is absolutely the BEST design I've ever seen! My husband and I are retired and wanting to move up to our son's place out in the country. This would be the perfect size for us and I LOVE all the design choices!!! IF I'm blessed enough to win a lottery, I will definitely get this for us and set it up on our son's place (he has 66 acres out in the country!). I don't want to crowd his space, but we will need to be nearby so he can check on us from time-to-time, as we are in our mid-70s. Still able to get around, but who knows for how much longer! The perfect home for country living!!! P.S., I have written down your contact information, just in case!!!

I love the white trim. Makes rooms look bigger. Great idea with the large windows and vaulted ceilings. All in all a beautiful home done very well.

Window over the kitchen sink ? Yes, that’s a must have. This is a very nice house, beautiful. The only thing lacking would be a place for a freezer in the utility room.....thanks for a great video, too...

This is my favorite home. Love it.
Beautifully done. Try a 700 sq ft one bedroom home with a loft just like the falon. I would love, love to see that. That would be great for a retired or small family. Add an outdoor water spout for watering your grass, house windows, and plants.

Wow, this home is a home run. In fact if you could have a home run and a half, this home would win one. The smart home features really set it apart. I normally find lots of items to be critical in my reviews. In this instance I find none. It’s a winner from top to bottom. For me I’d use this home as my retirement home. Can easily see myself relaxing on the porch enjoying the evening sunset. A rock solid 10/10.
I can't tell you how much I appreciate your commentary. We still have just a couple little tweaks we want to do but I'm with you.. a porch swing and sweet tea call my name on this one!

Nice small home, love the ceiling venting, just a couple of issues.
1. Master shower head shouldn't be at the opening to the shower, major safety fall hazard.
2. Bedrooms should be carpeted.
3. Why don't you go with a tankless water heater system? So much SMARTER, than regular water heater.
Otherwise great Small Home. I hate folks that try saying a 3 foot deep porch is useable? No room to move, this one is definitely useable.
Showerhead placement has nothing to do with someone's clumsiness, or balance issues and Carpeting is disgusting 🤢

I am single inearly 70’sand really donot this mush space and probably will notwant much more than 2/2and a halfjust incase someone might need a place for overnight, you never know what mightor who might come your way. My brother was left 40 acreas from our uncle and he can do whateverhe choses but plan to drop lots,lots of hintsfor my sister and myself but God well make the final decision for all. God is in charge of our ives and future. God bless al who watch this and think on this project.

Lovely, light-filled modern home. I love the light colors chosen for the flooring, cabinets, showers. The only thing I question is the placement of the shower head in the master bath shower. It's at the shower opening and would undoubtedly result in water on the floor - placing it at the other end of the shower, where the shower is enclosed, would have been better. Thank you.

That made NO sense. I'm surprised they did that. Other than that, I love the home. I wouldn't buy it for that reason.

What a cute little home! I could live there if it was just me. The only thing I didn't care for is the shower in the master bathroom. Having the shower head on the same end as the opening to get in the shower to me would just mean a lot of water going on the floor. I don't think the splash guard would do much good.

You guys should open a plant up here in the Midwest! We want the chance to buy one of these gorgeous, and truly affordable, homes too! I'm in Michigan and can't find anything like this. All we get is those ugly, embarrassing long box models that haven't changed their aesthetic in 50 years. Things like the tower dormers and no ugly seams are so awesome and we want some too! Texas gets all the cool stuff!

From the outside I really love the color, the style and the porch.
The home is nicely laid out except for one feature in the master bath. I really hate not having a sink next to a toilet. The fact that the guest bath has one would make me overlook that detail. It is lovely.

I always get in my shower on the side with the faucets tho.. Exit the same side I came n. So I think thats how its supposed 2 be.

I love this cottage. The ONLY problem I have is the master shower. Having the showerhead at the opening instead of the opposite wall is going to now require the use of a shower curtain to keep from having the water spray all over the bathroom! That's a bit unfortunate. IF there is the option for either moving the showerhead or moving the splashguard wall, I would be VERY interested in this! Is it suitable for 4 season use? Probably a stupid question but I had looked at a couple of these and when I explained I live in upstate NY and this would bea permanent residence, I was told it was not created as a 4 season home and would not be well suited for living in, in the winter. Can this home tolerate winters where the temps can reach -35 in a windchill condition?
