Is it possible to do a custom materials to be use. I mean if I’m a customer and wanted my choice of materials to build the home 🏠 is it possible? Example I wanted treated woods to be use like Bluwood and Pinkwood, Roxul Insulations, Quietrock for drywalls and triple pane windows 🙂. I also notice the shower room had no place to put your shampoo 🧴 or soaps 🧼.

When I was living in Washington state, I owned a Clayton Getaway home they resembles these cottages, and I miss it terribly, but struggled a little with space, the 18’ wide model with 2 bedrooms seems like a dream come true. I am curious as to the base price of the home the way it is usually built?

Oak Creek Homes I stopped by Oak Creek Homes in Alvin, Texas, and I have an application I am filling out and dropping off tomorrow on my way to work with my earnest money/deposit. I chose the smart cottage Starling D40EP8. It has a front and rear porch. It’s a modern take on the Getaway from Clayton. In the end, I loved that little home, regretted selling it, and want it back. So, I’m getting my little home back!

There nice cottage home the only issue I have is the washer and dryer is inside the bathroom not a big fan of that.
In some Smart Cottage homes, there is a choice to have it outside the bathroom, but not enclosed.

Its just a well made mobile home. No smart about it. No smart switches or anything.
You can add smart options like a keyless entry, smart thermostat, smart smoke alarm, front light with security camera, and smart lighting switches
I would be a sure buyer of starling or mockingbird, but you won't deliver to any states but three. Major disappointment. Major.
Why can't you come to the east coast like the four state area MD, PA, WV, VA!!!
