I don't get why everyone is so mad that this is so big? It's still significantly smaller than a typical 2BR house, and for $75k, it's much nicer than the dumpster of a house that you could buy for the same price. I personally love the idea of living in a tiny house, but I don't think that those ultra compact 16ft houses would be sustainable for me. I stayed in Sedona several years ago and this looks like a cottage that's on a mobile home trailer. I stayed during with my timeshare and it was actually quite nice. The price is redonkulous. For that amount of money you can buy yourself a regular mobile home but this mobile home is fully furnished it's kind of cool. So I would need to see a breakdown the actual house the upgrades and there's got to be places where you can go home or economically.

Yea I'm gonna need to know the price too. I have a feeling it will be more than a mobile home or the nicest rv of life.
I wont purchase anything from anyone that doesn't disclose the price upfront
@@kimmckinney44 The reason why we dont say selling price on videos is because We deliver all over the country and if someone wants a house in Indiana and my stock unit is in Washington it would be much less expensive to just build a new one in Indiana (where my plant is) other than shipping it all the way from Washington back to Indiana. It would save about 10k right off the bat just in shipping. That home is $74,046 with all the options and furniture everything shown in the video..... But my unit in Washington is $83,500 delivered to Washington. Does that make sense? If your interested in getting a quote feel free to give us a call when you get a chance. (888)222-2699

❤This is such a beautuful house , this is the nicest ive seen.. thank you for sharing...Wish i had it!😇
I stayed in Sedona several years ago and this looks like a cottage that's on a mobile home trailer.
