Most tiny homes come on wheels for the sole purpose of transporting them to their destination. If your tiny home doesn't have wheels, you probably bought a shed from Home Depot.
This is the best tiny house I have ever seen. I'm a 20 year old and I'm saving for my own tiny house and it shouldn't be long before I start looking for builders. Please keep this floor plan because this is in my near future.

From the tiniest through to the luxurious, over the last six years, Bryce has presented all types and styles. You may have already seen his channel. They demonstrate just what a motivated individual can do, from an 18yr old school girl building her home as a school project, through to a couple using tiny home principles to make a warm and functional suburban space. Okay, you get the idea. I'm a big fan. The world is your shellfish.., err.., oyster.

This isn't a tiny home. It's a single-wide trailer home. This unit does not emphasize utilization/maximization of space.
Please stop trying to re-brand trailer homes into tiny homes. It's a nice looking trailer home. Period.

American Capitalists have learned absolutely NOTHING about quality or function in housing since the 1890's...Bigger is better just so the can justify higher prices... 200 sqft per person with 9' minimum head room is optimal for economy and comfort my eight year research has shown me. Oddly it also showed me a couple should have 1.5 bathrooms as well....
I don't get why everyone is so mad that this is so big? It's still significantly smaller than a typical 2BR house, and for $75k, it's much nicer than the dumpster of a house that you could buy for the same price. I personally love the idea of living in a tiny house, but I don't think that those ultra compact 16ft houses would be sustainable for me. This is a great balance between minimizing your lifestyle while maintaining quality and comfort. Just because it's not your cup of tea doesn't mean it's wrong.

Actually dishwashers use less water than hand washing because the water isn’t constantly running.

These are the best tiny houses I've seen, yet out of my price range. Expensive tiny houses defeats the purpose of getting a tiny house + you have to buy the land to put it on. One might as well get a regular house for what you'd pay for a tiny house and the land to put it on.

This is one of the smartest designs I've seen. I've been considering a Tiny home for quite some time and these are ALL the things I often wondered why they didn't do. BRILLIANT.

@@revmcl1 Friend of mine bought a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath, full basement, oversized 2 car detached garage - all in move in condition - on an acre of land for $80k in western PA last year; taxes: $900. You buy something like this - first there is the shipping cost, then the land, then the septic, well, and electricity hook up - that could easily put you well into the mid $100k range. No mention of the insulation value of this home. It looks beautiful - now - but economically built (when he zooms into the corners - trailer house like). In 5 years it will look really tired and probably need a lot of maintenance due to leakage - similar to a low-end RV, I'm guessing. But it would be nice to have as an in-law/guest house - if the existing septic allowed. Still, it is a nice layout!

A very nicely done “tiny house”. At almost 400 sq. ft it is one of the larger ones.
I am still chuckling on his comment about storage/sleeping in the upper loft: “You could store your grandkids up here”. I guess you could “store” them until it was convenient to take them out of “storage” & play with them? 😂😂
I’m in love with the decor, the black and grey 🖤 the loft is also pretty nice and roomy!

Just about every tiny house you see on TV is actually a "mobile home". Not built on a foundation, built somewhere else and moved to location. These guys are smart for marketing with the "tiny" terminology.
There is also tiny houses on wheels. Lots of people choose that option.

Love the kitchen & dining room. Love the loft space, love the full size fridge. Love the railing for the staircase & loft space. I would want a washer/dryer in mine though. I wish they would include storage in the staircase, I would skip the carpet on the stairs & in the loft area. I wish they would have a stand up tub /shower combo. Moving furniture around & climbing stairs makes your body tired.
This layout is awesome! I’d do the upstairs loft for a bedroom and maybe writing space and the downstairs room as a bunny room!

I knew this wasn’t a “tiny home” the second I saw the trimming, the sofas, and the wall materials. This is made from the same materials travel trailers are made from. That’s a huge turnoff and these should be called what they are: trailer homes. They’re a tiny version of a manufactured home. That bathroom? Looks like my parent’s trailer.
You could get a solid wood construction tiny home with custom build and space saving designs for this cost of $80k+. Don’t get me wrong...it’s a nice $80k trailer but you’d have to want to live in a mobile home/trailer to buy this.

I suppose that if you consider Compton and Beverly Hills to not be part of LA, then yes, but even then it's irrelevant. See, Cambridge MA isn't cheap simply because it's not actually Boston. Likewise, Kirkland WA isn't cheap simply because it's across the lake from Seattle instead of actually being Seattle. But if you go by metropolitan areas, the numbers can go as high as 80% (Eighty!).

This is a lot of newer and very niche work, so labor is more expensive, and they also have to get a return on the cost of designing and starting up. A lot of people don't have the time to build their own, they just want to pick one out and have it mostly designed already.
I agree, this is the best floorplan I have ever seen. You can finally have a really big screen TV not a 32" or 40". It is a beautiful tiny home
Why do you use mobile home wall paneling, chair rail, and wall strips. A beautiful layout, but it's a mobile home and that cheapens it!

It’s nice other than the fact that the bedrooms look like hotel rooms. It doesn’t feel homey in the bedrooms/loft.
I think this would be better by opening up the loft by pitching the roof. That way there would be more room up there. I'd rather have more headroom in the bedroom.

Anything under 400sqft is a tiny house. U might be thinking of what is known as tiny house on wheels... that is like a fancy rv. That is different but they are all considered tiny houses
rReal estate includes land. A house with land is paid for through a mortgage. A mobile home is paid for through a sales contract (like a car). Resale value for mobile homes is poor compared to houses with land.
It is a mass manufactured tiny house. A small mobile home. Usually subpar compared to the kind that people make themselves but that does depend on the skill and standards of the builder. "Tiny house" covers a lot of different types of housing. They aren't all meant to be used for constant travel.
So campers and RVs are tiny homes? I don't think so. This is a park model camper.
You can get a house cheaper, hell even a mobile home. By putting tiny in front of it means more expensive.

The house is beautiful and modern but that couch and recliner looks like something out of 1990 trailer park special 😂 u need a more modern wrap around couch for the room it would sell better
Plus added storage! 1/2 could fold out to combine with the other side, and the other side could just be for extra storage such as bedding.
