I have looked at a LOT of tiny houses, and even visited a tiny factory. NONE of them can touch this design. It’s perfect! As a senior, I could be totally comfortable in this beautiful home. No lofts to climb, and lots of storage. This is a home to love, but I’d park it in Florida where I live. I plan to never have to see snow again! 😁❤❤❤

You’re dead on! My exact reason behind never thinking it was a possible scenario. Loft beds. Waking up and falling are not my go to’s of tiny living- or vacationing. As vacationing is probably as long as I can stay in a smaller than small confinement. Imagine 8 cats and 2 humans. 😆

there's a fundamental flaw in your list, often in many societies woman were kept out of competitive circles whether architecture music art.
there was a lady architecture who died i believe this year...she was very famous and her work is like no other in terrms of creativity. was stunning.
men get all the accolades because they have been at the center. so of course you are able to rattle off great male creatives. and i am not saying they aren't
      worth their salt in accolades...

I think putting a full sized closet where you have the entry way cupboard and coat hooks would have been a better use of the space. It could double as a pantry and you could still put hooks and chalk boards or even a full length mirror on the outside of the doors.

Such a great use of space. I thought for sure the pantry cabinet moved over to reveal the washer dryer combo. I think you’d have had to bump the kitchen out a few feet but plenty of room. The corner cabinet gets a lazy Susan and more cabinet space. There is so much room the possibilities are endless!! So tastefully done!! Bravo!

Really ingenious ways of creating storage for everything along with creating room! Very well planned out! For those people worrying about the bed crushing the guests below totally missed what she said about the pins holding the bed up by the cable of the grahe door. They also missed the part where she said the pins can be moved to vary how far down the bed goes. Very well thought out & planned!!❤😊

    Few problems:
    1) Heating must be inefficient with all the vertical space this house has. Roof is too high so you're heating unnecessary space + you're losing a lot of heat because of that.
    2) Too little clothing storage.
    2) Your clothes will dampen after a shower, will require ironing. OR they will smell like shit after a dump.
    3) Guest bed must be incredibly uncomfortable.
    5) Furniture, including the kitchen counter top and the "table" is very low quality. Those could easily be replaced tho.
Other than that it looks awesome. I would have shrunk the the window size a little, for privacy and easier heating.

Kazathul you can't achieve perfection with such a small space. If you want all that, invest in a bigger, proper house

    • @Well_possibly
      @Well_possibly 7 лет назад +3

My beef is the washer/dryer hidden under the counter top. If it starts on fire, which appliances do, how will you put it out if it is hidden? Also, front loading machines are famous for growing mold inside, so they need airflow between uses.
Ana did have to follow what the owner directed her to do, so she may have done a lot of thing differently if given the chance.
Regarding the guest bed, I've been sleeping on a 5 inch thick piece of foam on top of a hard board for about 2 years and it is super comfy. Most foam will compress and become worthless, though.
I do agree with most of what you wrote!
