I agree about the kitchen cabinets. The open shelving is beautiful and all, but it is not practical and people need space for their dishes and also for food. I would change the open shelving to either White kitchen cabinets, or cab made out of the open shelving material. There is also a large amount of open space above that kitchen window that could either be shelving or cabinets
Nice layout. I would put cabinets instead of shelves and the microwave over the stove then skip the triple slider for something else--depending on available options.
What a stunner! It's gotta be close to $180k retail. Wish it had tub/shower combo, and I'd be willing to have a lower kitchen ceiling to accommodate a loft, as well.
RV’s are morphing toward Park Model layouts and becoming more residential looking. I wonder when Park Models will add a slide out for the sofa or bed? Waaaiitt fooor iiit 🙃
Please move fireplace farther away from awning kitchen window. Or perhaps an accordion window so it doesn’t interfere with the TV and tall people. The GoGoGadget window is cool but practical, is better.
Just by an add on shed conversion outside for the kids, like a small guest house as long as they aren't too young. It can be close enough to they could even share the restroom. With the way it looks designed to add a deck to the side you could add the "guest room" there to share the deck and have easy access to the main house. It would also not be too expensive to cover that section of the added deck so you'd have covered entranceways then as well.
This is a very nice park model home my problem is I don't like that opening window on the front where the bar is looking out onto the front deck. Someone that was tall could walk into the corner of it and get injured. I would much rather see a taller window that would slide up to open instead of opening out where someone could walk into the edge of it and poke their eye out or gouge their forehead.
What would be better is to put the living room up front and have the kitchen in the middle and the window.. slide into the wall when opened.. It’s pretty but not functional… Unless you’re living in the backwoods no one’s wants to grill & entertain on the front porch.. you want privacy.. absolutely an ignorant layout..
This is the nicest one I have ever seen on your channel
My favorite so far. I need that porch since I love in the Gulf Coast
This one is perfect I love everything about it I think it’s not necessary for the sliding door but it’s still nice I’d take it in a heartbeat
Great layout!
Absolutely Beautiful 😊
Very nice Park model home 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😊😊
Beautiful ❤

One of my favorite tho 👍

Saw this on FB! ❤
Thanks for following us!
Perfect for someone who appreciates life! ❤ unless they have too many grand kids 😂😂😂
We have lofts to store the grand kids 😀

I like this one

No kitchen cabinets, where do you put stuff? It’s beautiful tho.
Oh this one is beautiful...thank you for taking the time to make a video walk through 🤗🤗🤗God bless
Glad you enjoyed it thanks for following!
Pretty tight in front of that bed. I wouldn’t call that lots of space. I like the layout but I don’t care for open kitchen shelves.
Where is this lot located at? I saw another one out the window, without the big deck and would love to see it in person.
What is the floor plan dimension?
Is it possible to have both fireplaces be wood burning?

We are getting longer arms for the window so it's taller 😉
⭐⭐ Nice model however, it doesn't have a 2nd floor were I can place my grand-kids when they visit. Therefore, this model is useless to me.
You can add a lofted to any of my floor plans. If you like this layout and want a loft we can make that happen.

Very pretty but, no real storage space. This would be nice as a vacation rental, but not for long term living.

Too much kitchen.
