Seen other comments about it but I like the fireplace wall giving some separation between kitchen and living room. I’d put a wash/dry stackable where pantry is. Like the layout with kitchen on the end instead of in the middle. Can’t hardly find that in my part of USA.
❤this is really nice, I could turn this into a 2 bedroom by taking off some of the kitchen & living room and but a small room before the bathroom. Also would need a drawer dishwasher in kitchen and a chair in the shower. I just need to know how much I already told my children I want a tiny house but I need an extra room that is a most. 🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾🥰
Hey Joel, this is a Canadian model. So you can not have this in the US. If you email me at brittany@seacoastrv.com I can get your info to Kropf and they can help you find a local dealer!
The 🇺🇸gets all the good stuff. Finally a tiny home I can fall in love with and it’s for 🇨🇦🥰 my new fav 💗 and I don’t feel like I’m settling. I’ll have to go check out pricing and shipping.
@julievanroy160 this is a Canadian model so I do not have pricing. They are have regular residential roof trusses so they do hold up for a heavy snow load.
Looks nice, BUT...in previous video of this model for Canada, it never says what the insulation value was for walls, so many windows for Canadian winter - stupid, plus are all water pipes routed thru interior walls - NONE should be in exterior walls !! Open the double glass doors and there's goes all your heat, really bad design for winter anywhere !
@@brittanySCRVsales why is this when they tow units over 70' long and up to 16' wide (counting the eaves/guttering) in the US? Is it because it's coming into the US from Canada? Thanks in advance for your response. Just curious. Such a beautiful unit!
@@angiespencer3854 It is a recreational vehicle - so it is still built to RV standards. In Canada they have different RVIA build codes so this unit is built to those codes vs the USAs codes which state an RV can only be 399 square feet. Canada is allowed more than that.
A "tiny home" that costs 250k and built on a camper traiper chassis isnt looked down on. A 16x40 or 60 foot trailer/modular home is $150k built much better and is looked down upon. People are stupid
I love all the warm wood tones and the updated shower door.😊
Beautiful...and for 55k is incredible!!!
There's no way that $55,000 is the correct price. Where did you find that number?
Not a lot of storage?
This unit is not $55,000 - you would need to check with a Canadian dealer for pricing.
There are many other floor plans with additional storage options!
Excellent build. I wish some of these nicely built tiny homes didn’t come with that stigma. This is gorgeous.
Beautiful

I like the fireplace, but dislike the island. Seems a little cramped.
The exterior is beautiful!

Nice layout!
Excellent
My dream home 🏠 ❤
Love it! I'd like it to be at least 16' wide, though.
מדהים כל מילה נוספת מיותרת
That is a lovely little unit. However, the different heights of the kitchen cabinetry and the jutting fridge are bum notes.
Love it
Be still my heart ❤️
I love this one
Long gone are the days when homes like this were affordable. Its a nice home though.
An orange is no longer affordable!
They can be built for half to 2/3rd the listing price. Just need to hire someone.
So do you guys carry this model? If so how much ? And can it be delivered to Texas
Hey Joel, this is a Canadian model. So you can not have this in the US. If you email me at brittany@seacoastrv.com I can get your info to Kropf and they can help you find a local dealer!
Needs a bigger front porch/deck. Nice home.
This is just a demo deck - you could build whatever you would like on to it!
La minicasa mas bonita😊❤(colombia)
Where's the hookup for the washer and dryer?
@@natashayoung2638 it is in the bedroom next to the wardrobe!
If you read the article, they are not shown in the video.
it is in the bedroom
Did I miss for the washer and dryer once or the all in one unit? Come on RVs have them🤷♀️
it's located in the bedroom (looks like a closet door)
That is the upgraded furnace.
This model does not have one - there are many models that do have them, just not this one!

Veey nice❤
AWESOME!!!!
I like the floor plan but the floor vents make it impossible to have rugs. Not a smart idea.
Looks like a realestate sales office for vacation type property
Anything like this with two bedrooms?
@@jmiles4430 there are dozens of options for floor plans! Two bedrooms are definitely available!
What's the overall length.
This is a Canadian model. As an US dealer I do not have specs. You can go to Kropfs website and check out the Canadian models if you live in Canada!
😅 did. I hear that right , approximately price 55.000$ ??
That is not correct, you would need to reach out to a Canadian dealer to get pricing!
Only thing I dont dig is wall between kitchen and living room. Steals space.
Can certainly adjust the floor plan to fix that!
Price? Are they goid for heavy snow areas?
@julievanroy160 this is a Canadian model so I do not have pricing. They are have regular residential roof trusses so they do hold up for a heavy snow load.
Sonho de casa impossivel pra mim qye vivo aqui no Brasil
How much is this model and can we get it to Texas
This is a Canadian model, so it can no go to Texas.
It’s beautiful except for the fireplace wall… unless you need it for structure I would replace it with a sofa and put the tv on the opposite wall
Nice
Washer/dryer? Price?
There is a washer/dryer in the bedroom. Unfortunately I do not have pricing as this is a Canadian model and I am an US dealer.
First thing I saw was a ugly floor heating vent smack in the middle of the living area floor…tacky
They can be moved to the side on request. Easy fix.
YOURE TACKY!!!!!

No safety or privacy with glass doors 😔
Can i have information to purchase please?
You will need to reach out to Kropf and find a Canadian dealer in your area.
I want this one i dont care how much it cost
Unfortunately I do not have pricing as this is a Canadian model and I am an US dealer.
How much?
We can not have these in the US. If you want to email me at brittany@seacoastrv.com I can get you in touch with Kropf.
Just what I thought too expensive to list. Which means unaffordable.
@robinlooney5440 this is a Canadian unit. I am an American dealer so I don't have what their pricing is.
Size dimensions please.
This is a Canadian unit so can not be in USA. The dimensions are 45' 3" long by 11' 8" wide.

Too bad there was no space for a washing machine and dryer

Narrowest doorways and hall. No wonder it cannot come to U.S.
In the US they can only be 399 square feet. This one is over that for a Canadian model.
