I found this workout on RUclips the other day and decided to try and do it this morning. Mission accomplished even though I thought that would be too hard for me. This was the hardest cardio workout of yours I have done and it’s an oldie but goodie. I have been so frustrated and aggravated over a renovation project we are in the midst of so I felt I needed a really good cardio workout. I sifted through lots of them that you have offered and that I have done and then I found this one. Best therapy ever! Someone once asked me how it’s possible to do cardio if you’re not walking or running or cycling outside or on a treadmill. This is how 😁

This workout burned off some of my pent up energy due to self-isolation. To add insult to injury, we had a heavy snowfall yesterday and it is cold and windy ( on April 2nd ), so no pleasure in walking outside. I know exactly what you mean by negative comments sticking like Velcro. I dwell on them, too, rather than looking at that them as interesting. Food for thought! Personally, I love your chatter during the workout and your talks during the cool down. Hearing your voice is especially welcome during this time when we are not seeing our friends and having visits. I am using this time at home to call friends and catch up with them, rather than texting back and forth. Anyhow, thank you for a hard workout. I look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

Hi Tracy! Wow, this was a super awesome, super tough cardio HIIT! I loved/hated it =) I do so many of the combination cardio HIIT and strength workouts, and sometimes it's really good to just blast it out on cardio. I made it through most of the workout without modifying, but towards the end I was so tired that I did have to modify a bit, but I made it to the end. WooHoo! I hope you don't change your teaching style based on that one comment! I personally love your personality, and I love your little stories. They are fun, and I feel like I'm working out with a fun girlfriend! But I'm exactly the same way, people can say nice, sweet things all the time, but that one negative comment can pierce me through the heart! I wish I was a little more thick skinned =) Anyway, I think most of us are like that, because as humans, we want to be loved and liked , and when we hear something that makes us think someone doesn't like us, it hurts. Thanks for another great workout and fun time =)
Tracy! This was one hell of a tough workout but it was just what I needed intense wise and length wise. I too felt my self fading at the end. I liked that new move with the hip openers. I felt like I was doing the Irish jig. Lol. I hated the one legged burpees. Loved how there weren't any repeats. Please please keep talking and telling your stories. You make the time go by fast and you really do make me laugh simetimes. It's hard not to dwell on a negative comment or even constructive criticism but you must look at the majority of your followers comments and it seems we all love when you are talking to us and just telling us what's going on in your life. Please don't change anything about you or your RUclips channel except if you want to post more than 2 workouts a week!😉. I don't think anybody would complain about that. I love your work outs (I do no equipment but just ordered some bands) and I love your energy and personality, which is vital for me in whom I choose to be my instructor and guide. Thank you for making videos. I have a request for a one hour cardio and full body no equipment workout, if that ever flows for you to create. Also, I react the same to negative comments, it hurts and then I observe the hurt, honor it, and check in with my self-worth to see if there are any insecurities that need tending to, then use logic/mindfulness to let it go. I appreciate you talking during videos because it's like having a morning friend workout sesh. Your personality comes across very warm, down to earth, and insightful. I think that's as important as being a knowledgable and motivating teacher. Thanks again, this comment is long!
Another great no repeat, no equipment workout! I still enjoyed it even though it had sprawling frog kicks 😉. I know that you love them but they are hard for me! I liked the cross over jacks and the fast feet burpees. I liked your chat at the end about Teflon and Velcro. I definitely struggle with that! Tell me positive things about myself and one critical thing and I dwell on the one critical thing.
Your story reminds me of the Max Lucado books- about why bad stuff sticks to us. It’s a children’s book. I love the story You are Special and discussing it with my kids.

Killer workout. I only did 30 minutes as that’s all the time I have this morning. The intervals make the workout go by fast and you definitely have some fun exercises.
Loved that workout! I always worked out at the gym on my own now that I am at home I have been using videos! Love the cardio in this one! I’m used to doing 45-50 minutes of cardio and then upper body with weights. I don’t really like mixing it together!

Honestly you deserve more subscribers I see RUclips channels who will post 4 min workout videos and have 500 thousand subscribers it's ridiculous that you don't have at least have 100 thousand. Aside from that I can't wait for your channel to grow more and hopefully you get nothing, but positive comments, because I know the more your channel grows the more negative comments you get. I hope the future holds nothing, but greatness for your channel.

THis was perfect! I personally love the no repeat, especially with cardio! My favorite moves are burpee variations, but ironically my least favorite are partial burpees, they are horrible, lol. So for this workout the burpee, the sprawling frog, the bear crawl, and elevated mountain climbers were my fav!
Old was elevated mountain climbers that was the first time I tried those and I did not love them but I think doing them up on my fireplace the corner was really sharp so it hurt my hand! What did you do it on?
The fireplace would be very difficult. I actually used an old aerobic step platform that I have, rubber bottom that doesn't slip! Just doing the plank up downs without the (mountain climbers) on an elevation is a good exercise too! My mountain climbers in that exercise were definitely not fast!
Great cardio HIIT. Gruelling and so many excercises I hit the pause button in between some of the moves. So hard I tried to keep up without modifiy. Even though the one leg burpee I modified. I love the variety of the excercises sooo many! Lol I finished and sweat a lot.💦💦 Negative comments aren't appreciated when there is no reason for. You are who you are. If people are negative that tells a lot about that persons character I think? If they don,'t like it than let them speak for themselves and not for others. Hi, Tracy first I want to say I love you're videos the more challenging the better I always say😊 the moves I love pretty much has to do with doing planks I love planks and squats the one that I disliked its the donkey kick imo who ever created the donkey kick needs kicked in the caboose because that is probably the hardest move I did. I'm pretty advanced in workouts like these training for 11months even know I'm still in the mid 200s I love a good challenge unfortunately my sinuses wasn't having workout tonight I got to 51:44 and had to stop because i can't get enough oxygen tonight. 😑 hopefully tomorrow my sinuses will cooperate *crosses fingers* thank you for another great workout 😊

Hey Janet, no I don't have any like that. Trying to think of what standing ab exercises I like. There are the stomach vacuums, where you use your diaphragm to inhale, exhale and hold the contraction for 30 seconds. I wouldn't do a lot of weighted standing side crunches, because if you want the hour glass shape, you don't want your obliques too big. At the gym I do a lot of hanging leg raises, to me that is one of the best ones, not really standing though, kinda just hanging, lol.
Holy hell this was HARD! Thanks 😅 Fitbit says I burned 475 calories, that would be a record for me! Those windmills.....🥵 What you were saying about negative comments, I think a thick skin is needed for this type of job and if you didn't have it at the start it gets there eventually....At my job people complain all the time for the craziest thing. At first I took it very hard but now that I'm used to it, it's definitely water off a duck's back now.

Can you please provide more info on the cardio/itchiness concept? I break out in extremely itchy hives when I workout and the doctor's can't determine an answer to my pain!! Any leads? Thanks!!
Oh my goodness, you too hey? Okay well I don't know too much about it honestly, but what I have found works for my client is that she needs to build up her immunity. So she'll start with 3 minutes of work on the treadmill next day do 5 minutes next day do 7 she has to keep up with it and can't stop for longer than 2 to 3 days or else it has to start all over again. But if she's consistent then she's totally fine it's the weirdest thing!

I had one doctor say my immune system must have been weakened by an illness as small as a cold/flu and then never strengthened back up again so she thinks my hives are an allergic reaction/my body response to fighting an infection. But the thing is I am no beginner to fitness so it's not like I am suddenly shocking my system and need to start slow. I am an athlete, professional dancer, have done many 1/2 marathons, marathons, etc. so you'd think my body would be used to strenuous physical activity. Thanks for the tip though!

Decided to do another one of your workouts today so I could properly answer your questions about the music! If I'm honest I had actually never noticed any music on the videos I had done of yours but since you said there was music and that you actually paid for it, I turned the video up and did appreciate it!! Forgive me if I'm wrong but I really think there's lots of great copyright free music you could use on your videos!! I am used to playing videos with songs with lyrics that I can really get into and it always helps me push along!! One example - ruclips.net/video/cuHwoCWFLIw/видео.html !(Since I was tuned into your music I did actually notice one song with lyrics!!) That's just complete music preference though I guess and I'm not actually sure whether I could even compare the two kinds. I think you offer something completely unique with your style!! Like I literally LOOOOOOOOVED THIS routine! Not knowing what's coming up next and the whole spontinuity of it! Your support and encouragement through it is also so helpful and your instruction of how to do the expercises properly with reminders!! You don't faff about which is brilliant and the whole thing just flew by!! I really enjoy your wee stories too about your life!! Most exercises in this I fricken loved so was a pretty happy bunny smiling the whole way through! Find it hard to even pick a favourite exercise but maybe the cross country skiers?! Least favourite probably would be the partial burpee ...you're a MACHINE at them!!! I couldn't go anywhere near as fast, they are killers! And the very last exercise I didn't have it in me to do those front and back squats so just did high knees running back and forward :) I just feel like I'm having fun in your workouts and that's the most important thing at the end of the day isn't it? ENJOYINGGGGGGGG moving our bodies! Today I actually didn't want to get out of bed and felt stiff and sore and thought the last thing I would be able to do was cardio (which is rare for me as it's usually my favourite) but the no repeat drew me in....and OMG now I'm feeling on top of the world !!! No pain in my body, feeling energised and just thank you genuinely!! It's often the times you don't feel like moving is when you need it most right ?? Lots of love xx

This was hard, like a 41 minutes when you were like hard, hard, hard. It was hard. The last 10 minutes I was moving but pretty winded! 558 calories and lots of sweat. I love burpees but I have to say i really enjoy the jumping jack high knees. Jokers are on my no list. If someone doesn't like the commentary, they can just mute it. And yes, it's hard for me not to take constructive criticism personally since my work is a reflection of my personal self. It's ME going in to that work but I have gotten better at it. I am almost perfect now. hahahahahaha.

Hi Tracy! Wow, this was a super awesome, super tough cardio HIIT! I loved/hated it =) I do so many of the combination cardio HIIT and strength workouts, and sometimes it's really good to just blast it out on cardio. I made it through most of the workout without modifying, but towards the end I was so tired that I did have to modify a bit, but I made it to the end. WooHoo!
I hope you don't change your teaching style based on that one comment! I personally love your personality, and I love your little stories. They are fun, and I feel like I'm working out with a fun girlfriend! But I'm exactly the same way, people can say nice, sweet things all the time, but that one negative comment can pierce me through the heart! I wish I was a little more thick skinned =)
Anyway, I think most of us are like that, because as humans, we want to be loved and liked , and when we hear something that makes us think someone doesn't like us, it hurts.

Tracy! This was one hell of a tough workout but it was just what I needed intense wise and length wise. I too felt my self fading at the end. I liked that new move with the hip openers. I felt like I was doing the Irish jig. Lol. I hated the one legged burpees. Loved how there weren't any repeats. Please please keep talking and telling your stories. You make the time go by fast and you really do make me laugh simetimes. It's hard not to dwell on a negative comment or even constructive criticism but you must look at the majority of your followers comments and it seems we all love when you are talking to us and just telling us what's going on in your life. Please don't change anything about you or your RUclips channel except if you want to post more than 2 workouts a week!😉. I don't think anybody would complain about that. Thanks again for great workouts and guidance and encouraging words. 💕💓

I love your work outs (I do no equipment but just ordered some bands) and I love your energy and personality, which is vital for me in whom I choose to be my instructor and guide. Thank you for making videos. I have a request for a one hour cardio and full body no equipment workout, if that ever flows for you to create. Also, I react the same to negative comments, it hurts and then I observe the hurt, honor it, and check in with my self-worth to see if there are any insecurities that need tending to, then use logic/mindfulness to let it go. I appreciate you talking during videos because it's like having a morning friend workout sesh. Your personality comes across very warm, down to earth, and insightful. I think that's as important as being a knowledgable and motivating teacher. Thanks again, this comment is long!

Another great no repeat, no equipment workout! I still enjoyed it even though it had sprawling frog kicks 😉. I know that you love them but they are hard for me! I liked the cross over jacks and the fast feet burpees. I liked your chat at the end about Teflon and Velcro. I definitely struggle with that! Tell me positive things about myself and one critical thing and I dwell on the one critical thing.

This workout is hands down your most difficult HIIT workout - I loved it soooooooo much! I liked the side hop burpees :)

Loved that workout! I always worked out at the gym on my own now that I am at home I have been using videos! Love the cardio in this one! I’m used to doing 45-50 minutes of cardio and then upper body with weights. I don’t really like mixing it together!

THis was perfect! I personally love the no repeat, especially with cardio! My favorite moves are burpee variations, but ironically my least favorite are partial burpees, they are horrible, lol. So for this workout the burpee, the sprawling frog, the bear crawl, and elevated mountain climbers were my fav!
Old was elevated mountain climbers that was the first time I tried those and I did not love them but I think doing them up on my fireplace the corner was really sharp so it hurt my hand! What did you do it on?
The fireplace would be very difficult. I actually used an old aerobic step platform that I have, rubber bottom that doesn't slip! Just doing the plank up downs without the (mountain climbers) on an elevation is a good exercise too! My mountain climbers in that exercise were definitely not fast!

Hi, Tracy first I want to say I love you're videos the more challenging the better I always say😊
the moves I love pretty much has to do with doing planks I love planks and squats the one that I disliked its the donkey kick imo who ever created the donkey kick needs kicked in the caboose because that is probably the hardest move I did.
I'm pretty advanced in workouts like these training for 11months even know I'm still in the mid 200s I love a good challenge unfortunately my sinuses wasn't having workout tonight I got to 51:44 and had to stop because i can't get enough oxygen tonight.
😑 hopefully tomorrow my sinuses will cooperate *crosses fingers* thank you for another great workout 😊

Hey Janet, no I don't have any like that. Trying to think of what standing ab exercises I like. There are the stomach vacuums, where you use your diaphragm to inhale, exhale and hold the contraction for 30 seconds. I wouldn't do a lot of weighted standing side crunches, because if you want the hour glass shape, you don't want your obliques too big. At the gym I do a lot of hanging leg raises, to me that is one of the best ones, not really standing though, kinda just hanging, lol.

What you were saying about negative comments, I think a thick skin is needed for this type of job and if you didn't have it at the start it gets there eventually....At my job people complain all the time for the craziest thing. At first I took it very hard but now that I'm used to it, it's definitely water off a duck's back now.

Can you please provide more info on the cardio/itchiness concept? I break out in extremely itchy hives when I workout and the doctor's can't determine an answer to my pain!! Any leads? Thanks!!
Oh my goodness, you too hey? Okay well I don't know too much about it honestly, but what I have found works for my client is that she needs to build up her immunity. So she'll start with 3 minutes of work on the treadmill next day do 5 minutes next day do 7 she has to keep up with it and can't stop for longer than 2 to 3 days or else it has to start all over again. But if she's consistent then she's totally fine it's the weirdest thing!
She also said that wearing pants is better than shorts for her.

I had one doctor say my immune system must have been weakened by an illness as small as a cold/flu and then never strengthened back up again so she thinks my hives are an allergic reaction/my body response to fighting an infection. But the thing is I am no beginner to fitness so it's not like I am suddenly shocking my system and need to start slow. I am an athlete, professional dancer, have done many 1/2 marathons, marathons, etc. so you'd think my body would be used to strenuous physical activity. Thanks for the tip though!

Decided to do another one of your workouts today so I could properly answer your questions about the music! If I'm honest I had actually never noticed any music on the videos I had done of yours but since you said there was music and that you actually paid for it, I turned the video up and did appreciate it!! Forgive me if I'm wrong but I really think there's lots of great copyright free music you could use on your videos!! I am used to playing videos with songs with lyrics that I can really get into and it always helps me push along!! One example - ruclips.net/video/cuHwoCWFLIw/видео.html !(Since I was tuned into your music I did actually notice one song with lyrics!!) That's just complete music preference though I guess and I'm not actually sure whether I could even compare the two kinds. I think you offer something completely unique with your style!!
Like I literally LOOOOOOOOVED THIS routine! Not knowing what's coming up next and the whole spontinuity of it! Your support and encouragement through it is also so helpful and your instruction of how to do the expercises properly with reminders!! You don't faff about which is brilliant and the whole thing just flew by!! I really enjoy your wee stories too about your life!! Most exercises in this I fricken loved so was a pretty happy bunny smiling the whole way through! Find it hard to even pick a favourite exercise but maybe the cross country skiers?! Least favourite probably would be the partial burpee ...you're a MACHINE at them!!! I couldn't go anywhere near as fast, they are killers! And the very last exercise I didn't have it in me to do those front and back squats so just did high knees running back and forward :) I just feel like I'm having fun in your workouts and that's the most important thing at the end of the day isn't it? ENJOYINGGGGGGGG moving our bodies! Today I actually didn't want to get out of bed and felt stiff and sore and thought the last thing I would be able to do was cardio (which is rare for me as it's usually my favourite) but the no repeat drew me in....and OMG now I'm feeling on top of the world !!! No pain in my body, feeling energised and just thank you genuinely!! It's often the times you don't feel like moving is when you need it most right ?? Lots of love xx

This was hard, like a 41 minutes when you were like hard, hard, hard. It was hard. The last 10 minutes I was moving but pretty winded! 558 calories and lots of sweat. I love burpees but I have to say i really enjoy the jumping jack high knees. Jokers are on my no list.
If someone doesn't like the commentary, they can just mute it.
And yes, it's hard for me not to take constructive criticism personally since my work is a reflection of my personal self. It's ME going in to that work but I have gotten better at it. I am almost perfect now. hahahahahaha.
I think it's hard for all of us, but it's about learning and growing, if we are doing that... We're doing just fine.
