I loved this workout! It was super challenging, but a lot of fun at the same time; I think the candlestick was my favorite exercise. For what it's worth, I liked the format of this workout better than the ones that have several circuits--my mindset doing this one was more like "I wonder what we're going to do next?" versus the "oh man, that was hard, and I have to do it two more times!" doing some of the others. But regardless I've been loving trying out your videos so far!

I did all the low-impact mods cuz I didn’t have my trainers with me, only sticky socks. Man was I lucky: jumping lunges AND burpees in the last group!! You’re mean, Tracy! I loved it! Will try another time with shoes...and jumping.

Great to do this powerrrr 💦cardio workout again. Hard excercises on the floor and the cardio to keep up tempo. So much better than the first time I did this workout. It's good to know how I improved to repeat this workout after a longer period. Thanks again Tracy.👍😘
You're not wrong, that is what a true HIIT session would be. I'm using hiit in a different context (one that my subscribers understand) that this workout is indeed high intensity intervals, just in a longer format. I allow the viewer to stop the video when longer rest is needed. Of course, this could also be done at a very high intensity, and you can turn the video off after 20 minutes. The thing is, people usually don't work out at an intensity that causes them to need a break after 20 minutes, so that's why I've done it this way :)
