I loved this Tabata. Tabata is probably my favourite format. I have looked at the 1000 rep challenge and I am giving myself lots of positive self talk in order to take on that challenge this afternoon. Thank you.
I just finished this. This was a great workout. I was a little bit short on time so skipped the abs, and did 2 rounds of shoulder taps. The hardest move for me is the donkey kicks. The pushups felt like a break! My single leg burpees were questionable.. those felt awkward. I think my favorite move was the jumping jacks..lol. I changed those into jumping jack's to a side squat. I'm very sweat and tired. Thanks Tracy for the great workout!
I did it yesterday, this was something that my body needed - simple cardio with multum of reps 😁 I was missing that. And this tabata style - perfect ! 👌👌

Lol, I just filmed a Metabolic Smash yesterday after that week off for vacation, and my legs are so sore today! I mean, we hiked and walked everyday, but nothing compared to weight training.

Hi Kate, I don't specifically, but in our summer program, I am working with a nutritionist who deals with all that. We will be working together in the fall to address some of these issues so stay tuned!
