saved this to my favs :-) loved the foam roller session: my legs needed that and OHHH the pain ...haa haa haa, its lovely to be able do a bit more active exercise now the ankle is on the mend. I have always done morning exercise (at bootcamp) then I injured my MCL, then my ankle, so have been unable to exercise properly for well over 12 months and some extra pounds crept on. I have been doing your session for the last 3 month and am loving them, love your encouragement and the fun workouts. and am trimming down nicely. Thanks Tracy xx
Woo hoo hoo! This HIIT cardio was KILLER! 💪🏻😄. You know it's a tough workout when Jumping Jacks become a "resting move", lol! 😂 (At least it was for me 😁). I was sweatin' up a storm, even though my house was super cold this morning 🥶.I even had the window open, and the ceiling fan on 😄 Well, I ended up thoroughly drenched in sweat, muscles shaking, out of breath, and totally worked out 💧💪🏻🔥. Thanks for this, Tracy, You're the best!! 🤗💖

Yes, I bet! I'm sore today too from that 20 Minute Holiday hiit I filmed live yesterday. I think I'll be doing a beginner workout for my members today, that's all I can handle! lol
Wow, workout completed with modifications (flat-friendly) an very heavy breathing. At some points I thought I'm having heart attack. That was great I like no repat. I 'm doing it again next week.

Tracy, I've been looking around for workout mats that can sustain all this jumping/hopping etc. I have a crappy yoga mat but it's full of tears and rips from my HIIT/tabata workouts. It also slides all over the place! I am having a hard time finding something that's more heavy and durable. Do you have any recommendations?
I feel ya! I have had some that just shred to bit when I jump, useless. This Lole mat is awesome. It's the one I'm currently using in videos. I've jumped on it a lot. And, it's sturdy on my hardwood floors. amzn.to/2LSVylF
Very accurately named ‘sweaty’ felt this one, but felt amazing after!! 😊 just have to modify press ups to planks or wall press ups as that’s the only range of motion that still kills my shoulders.
