Just did this workout today. I love when you post no repeat workouts. If there are some exercises you don’t like or find difficult there is just something about knowing that you will not have to do it again that makes you go a little harder.- Delta

I totally feel the difference as well! The strength no-repeat is actually one minute intervals. I feel like you need at least that amount of time to get some benefits since we're only doing each exercise once. Have fun with it!

I did ur 20 min abs n 30 min no repeat yesterday now this session my abs feels the worse! I remember when I came to yr session before I didn’t like the cardio but now I can catch up with you n enjoy the sweat. Really thankful . Nice change of outdoor workout!
Yes we did, WE MOVED DAILY!! This was an awesome frickin' workout, Tracy 💪. Super intense, and with a few sort of "breathers" thrown in to keep me going when I thought I couldn't go anymore 😬. I made it to the end, and that cool down felt fabulous after all that hard work. I don't know how you did this workout in the sun at high noon, whew! 🔥😮. You are one tough cookie!!
I took 2 breaks, but there was a bit of a breeze too. It was just something different and the cement was actually easier for me than my carpet...I gotta look into changing that. Thanks Christine!
Did this one today (it is really on for Wednesday ) but i switch each workout to instead fit my other activities to balance everything (you know what i mean!) Love the poolside cardio ! You know whats funny , no one went in the pool while you were there and you were there at 12 pm! Good choice of cardio moves ended with killer burpess !

Loved it and my 5 year old son kept up with the workout until those turbo squat jumps. He modified when he needed to and upped the game sometimes...doing donkey kicks as opposed to ab work. We both thank you!
That's a good question! I would use a cross training Runner. You need something with the kids support because you're up and down and a lot of jumping you want to make sure they're not too flimsy!
